We originally purchased a Hisense U88N because of the rave reviews it received. The picture quality was very good but everything else about the experience was awful. We returned it and purchased the QN90D instead because we had an older 43" Q60C in our bedroom that was responsive, intuitive and just better overall than the Hisense (from a 3 year old TV). So it made sense to get another Samsung but of obvious higher quality. Well suffice it to say, our experience with the QN90D has been nothing but perfect. The same picture quality as the Hisense and a significantly better overall user experience (thank you Tizen). I can't recommend it enough.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s been 2+ weeks with Samsung Neo QLED 4K QN90D 85” TV being mounted on a wall using a slim mount able to carry 200lbs of load. 4K streaming is flawless. Blu-ray to 4K up-conversion is stunning. Streaming up-conversion of SDR content to 4K is really good. Can tweak the picture to one’s like. Audio is okay-ish, while mainly use external device to for sound thus it’s a non-issue. SmartThings Hub works flawlessly that gets nested with other Samsung products. That said, I have calibrated both with Samsung AI and AppleTV 4K. Still in early stage, but I think almost there taking full advantage of all the bells-and-whistles this TV has to offer.

I was not in the market for a new television, since I was more than happy with both my Samsung Q60BA 60" and TU690T 43" models. When I saw the 85" Neo QLED offer in my inbox, I knew I didn't need it- but I just had to have it. The monitor fits my tv stand perfectly. Not only is the picture gorgeous and the sound crisp, the size of screen is huge. I couldn't wait to show it off to friends. I'm planning on many nights of gaming, streaming and sports viewing enjoyment. As a loyal Samsung customer, I look forward to adding some sort of home theater hook up in the near future. Thank you Samsung for delivering an awesome entertainment experience.

I have to keep telling grandkids to get off my coffee table because they like to be be 12inches from the screen! Lol! I think they like the feel of being immersed in whatever they're watching. I'm ready to replace the tv in my bedroom and I think itll be my largest samsung yet. At 68 my eyes aren't what they used to be and I need something where I can read onscreen text without squinting or getting out of bed! All my Samsung products (frig, dishwasher, washer, dryer, tablets, phones) have been well made and reliable and this TV was no exception!

Very disappointed that I cannot watch closed caption since I cannot turn on the microphone using your remote control. I can't find the switch on the bottom edge of the tv. I've tried many, many times and called service for help. I've used my phone to try to figure out where the switch is. Impossible for me to find it. Some shows Netflix, MAX, etc , it's not easy to understand what the actors are saying. I need the closed caption to claify. I also have Sonos Arc Ultra. What am I going to do with a tv that I cannot always hear and can't turn on the microphone?

I bought this set in early December 2024. The picture is OK, but not as good as I was hoping for. I was watching an early morning news show at 6 am, and all of a sudden, the screen turned black. The sound stayed on. I fooled with the remote, the HDMI cables, cable boxes, inputs, nothing. I noticed that when the set turned off, it no longer displayed the thin, horizontal white line it usually did. This confirmed the video was gone. I returned it to the store. Bought an OLED TV of a different brand—much better picture. We'll see how that one lasts. A real disappointment. I have many Samsung TV in my house, this one was a bust.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got the 85” and it was a lot bigger than expected which was great. I upgraded from my 55” Samsung, so it was a big difference. Streamed my streams right away to see the picture quality and it was amazing. I even plugged in with my previous Samsung soundbar and it was pumping out sound just as it did before with no problems. The only thing I will say is you do want a little bit darker of a room to avoid glare completely. It isn’t annoying, but just noticeable. I also found it a little harder to navigate to different input devices. Overall though, very happy and can’t wait to have family and friends over to share the experience!

The picture quality is simply stunning, with vibrant colors and deep blacks that bring movies and shows to life. The 4K clarity is incredible, and the Neo QLED technology really makes a difference. Tizen OS is easy to navigate, and I love the variety of apps available—everything from streaming services to games. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is used primarily for streaming and gaming. I have it fully calibrated in bith filmmaker mode and game mode. There is never any motion blurriness or lag. Colors are fantastic, darks are more than sufficient for me. I had the same size in the 90A so I knew what I was getting. I am a little salty, that shortly after I bought the 90D, the 90F came out, and I had asked about model timing prior to purchase. I find it weird that they skipped "E", but whatever. If I ever have a more dedicated area with less light, I would like to try an OLED. I keep wanting to buy an 8K TV, but there is just no content or console gaming that warrants the purchase.

I have a 4K Blu Ray Player connected and movies are absolutely amazing.The built in HDR functionality enhances movies even more. I have my Xbox connected to it and get 120 FPS for First Person shooters. 4K Role based games with HDR is abolutely crsytal clear and vibrant.If you are looking for a clear and bright TV then this is for you. Hardware under the hood is impressive. One small complaint is cleaning the display.If you get a smudge mark its dificult to remove it. Once you have wiped it with a fibre cloth you wil notice a mark that is left behind. Almost like you have wiped a protective layer off. My advice is to wall mount it so that no one touches it.

Pretty happy with it so far, it is what I had hoped for in picture quality, sharp and stunning IF and only IF you have 4K streaming channels. Most noticeable were the streaming shows from the subscribed services I purchased this with a sound bar and it makes a huge difference but could not connect unless I used an optical cable. I will look into why it did not work for me with an HDMI cable. I would also like to consolidate the remotes, so I have to end up using 4 remotes to be able watch all channels Part of it is for me to learn everything that I can about the TV but that will take some time. So....., so far, so good.

The picture quality is incredible, with deep blacks and vibrant colors that make movies and shows look amazing, even in bright rooms thanks to the excellent anti-glare coating. Gaming on this TV is a dream too, with super-smooth motion and support for 4K at 120Hz—it’s perfect for my PS5. The design is sleek and modern, and the sound is surprisingly good for a TV this slim, though a soundbar would still enhance the experience. It’s not cheap, but for the premium features and performance, I’d say it’s well worth the price.

I have had the TV for about 2 weeks now. I like the TV a lot so far. But not having almost nothing for instructions makes it difficult to figure out how to navigate all the bells and whistles. It also lacks any good information on picture optimization. But once I figured some of it out it is very good now. But still need time to see if I can improve on what I have learned. The TV sound is Terrible but great with their sound bar. The only issue is if you want to mount it to the TV you must take it back down to install it. It needs to be more operator friendly. Overall great buy and hope I get many years of enjoyment out of it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung tv that was replaced by this fantasic, easy to use and amazing picture was only 3 years old but technology moves so fast theses days. I must admitt l am a fussy bugger and like the best whatever it is and this QN90D is the best in my book. The interface is easy to use and coneccting devices to it is a breeze. I love the fact that the picture and sound can be adjusted for diffrent type of movies and shows. Hooked up with a 990C soundbar, Q symphony is the best way to hear the sharp crisp clear sound that they produce. My 2022 75" tv thats in the lounge room is going to be updated to one of these models as well.

My Review, 43" Neo QLED 4K QN90D Tizen OS Smart TV. I only purchased this unit as it was the only one I could find with a center stand as opposed to spread legs. There doesn't seem to be an easy sinc with our provider Bell Canada. Every time we turn it on, we have to wait for about 1 minute before Bell options become selectable. - Very annoying. Secondly, after months of use, I've not been able to adjust the colour to my expectations. My previous and other TV's are SONY which definately have a better colour control and contrast. IF SONY had a similar size unit with a centre stand, I would not have purchased this unti.

I just replaced my 9 year old Samsung with a new NeoQLED and it's definitely been worth it so far. The picture is good, almost great in many cases. I think where it isn't great is likely just due to the Streaming Service and internet connection. The AI customization and mobile calibration are both really nice, along with all the extra, manual adjustments that can be made. The speakers are actually great for TV speakers, and cloud gaming is brand new for me so... that's pretty exciting. There is some lag but, again, that's likely the internet connection as much as it might be TV related.

The tv set up was easy, walks you though everything. I have a sound bar, so I cannot speak to the quality of the sound on the TV. The TV is AI and has a built in speaker to wake up the tv and ask questions to, however it often has a hard time hearing or understanding even with a quiet room. There is also a mic on the remove and it works really well. When watching older shows the tv does improve the quality of the picture which is great. overall I would recommend this TV and I am happy with my purchase.

This tv has all the smart features I was looking for and the NEO QLED picture quality is amazing. Whenever I have family over they always compliment my tv as if it was the first time they've seen it. Every time the are mesmerized! I paired my tv with a Samsung Q symphony sound bar and when watching movies the sound and picture quality strongly compares to a theater feel but at the comfort of my home. I would strongly recommend this tv to anyone and in fact I've recommended it to several people I know whom have gone on to purchase one of their own.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has amazing picture quality, I got this 65 in Samsung for my bedroom. So far in terms of picture quality it is the best I have ever owned. It did take some time to learn the new Samsung software on the TV compared to previous generation. I personally use a direct ethernet cord to the TV vs WiFi because everything i use the TV for is connected to the internet for all Streaming services. Sound quality is better than any previous Samsung TV I have owned. Gaming on my PS5 pro or Xbox one X looks great and plays incredible. Only complaint is the controller is small and charges on Solar or plug into USB C cable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old Samsung TV died after years of use. It was only a 65". We chose to upgrade to the 85" and it is GREAT to see. The picture is clear and crisp, and the sound is just right for us. It has been easy to set up, very similar to the last set. The remote is solar powered, so we have to remember to move it to a room with a window periodically because our TV room has no windows but that is way better then buying new batteries all the time. A new feature that our old set didn't have is the recent watched on the home screen. That makes it so easy to pick up where we left off when we watched prior, rather then signing into whichever app we were using at the last watch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to own TV that come with google Android TV. It is VERY VERY easy to use. When it comes to Samsung TV, it comes with different style how user requires to access device settings. It is not easy to use. Bixby is good. I can see notification when JetBot cleaner start or stop. It is very nice to have from TV. But incorporating with third party applications to work with device TV, it turns out to be problematic, or even just sleeping or shutoff TV and leave the speaker on is such a complicate way to deal with. The OS from TV has many (too much) menus. Keep it simple please. Look at Google Andriod TV, no kidding!

I personally find them to be reliable, and if high quality. I don't look for bargin models, but not top of the line either. 2nd tier usually. they have suited me with awesome combination of quality, features, and value. Excellent TV, great brightness great contrast and if something comes very close to OLED like display it has to be this TV. The speakers are good and the TV can be used without any soundbar, I have the HW Q990D, and Samsung Music Frame so Q-Symphony with this TV just takes the audio experience to the next level. The OS is fast, takes some time to learn as some options get enabled only when something else is disabled, like picture mode will be enabled only when intelligent mode is disabled. This is slightly on the heavier side and the center stand makes the 85in screen wobble at the top, this is my only problem with this TV but apart from that super happy with my purchase.

First what a fantastic screen that full of amazing colours and contrast that makes I feel watching TV as more realistic and exciting. Lots of functions especially AI is a top tier in the market no doubt. Remote controller is also stunning no hassle for the battery for a life time. Fast and smooth responses while using it. Guess what the ambient mode will turn your living room in delicate vibe all day long. 100% recommends this 75in TV wish I could afford to buy a bigger one but very satisfied with my new TV.

I bought this TV in 98". They advertise that it has a slim wall mount but it's not available. I asked Samsung about it and they brushed me off rather poorly I must say. I really want this slim bracket to hang my tv but does it even exist? Should I just leave it on its stand... Waiting... Waiting... Not what you'd expect when you buy a tv of this price. Otherwise the tv itself is great. Very bright. The remote is even smaller than the previous one which hmm its Okk. Hate accidently clicking 'prime' or 'Disney' buttons all the time. Not the biggest fan of the new operating system. But I guess it's growing on me.

Working long hours staring at the screen, its been a delight to look at all the colours and amazing upgrade from my full array led monitor. Games have been just amazing with the local dimming zones, and the brightness capability at daytime. Colours and detail are vivid and easy to see. I would highly recommend anyone this TV as a monitor and when required a very capable and bright TV. The larger screen matters with a resolution of 4096x2160p at 120 Hz. And better yet no issues with burn in to worry about! So what are you waiting for?

The brightness is the first thing you notice—it easily handles bright rooms without washing out colors. HDR content looks fantastic, and the local dimming does a solid job of keeping blacks deep without too much blooming. For gaming, it’s a beast, and super low input lag makes it feel buttery smooth. Movies and sports look great too, thanks to the strong motion handling. That said, it’s not perfect. The lack of Dolby Vision is a bummer if you stream a lot, and the price is definitely on the premium side. But if you want a TV that can do it all—movies, sports, and gaming—this one delivers big time.

Every single one of the things we watch is beautiful and stunning. It makes going to a movie theater irrelevant and really makes you thing about if going to a sporting event is worth the hassle! It’s Cristal clear and colors are stunning. The 90D is the best 4K TV out there. No one can compare to the vivid picture of a Samsung tv. The ai upscaling even makes older movies and none 4K content so crisp. It really is worth every bit of its price tag if you want a true to life color reproduction with fluid motion.

Attractive feature being that it features GameHub, a centralized location for all things video games including game streaming applications. Has good picture qualities that are adjustable on the fly during gaming sessions. Big enough screen to accommodate individuals with poor vision or used for streaming video applications. With the Smart Things hub you can seamlessly connect, control, and remote various Samsung products on/thru screen. Only con or downside that doesn't disappoint me too much (as I game with headphones) it the sound quality while playing video from streaming applications could be better.

I previously had another non smart tv which was slightly smaller and which I had trouble watching because it appeared slightly blurry to me. I walked into a store near me and could not believe how clear and bright the picture was for me. I purchased it straight away and took it home, hooking it up to the wifi internet effortlessly in minutes. I hadn’t had a smart tv before this and now I watch everything from music videos, wildlife documentaries and movies as well as live tv. I just love how easy it is to navigate with the rechargeable remote. I’m now watching more than I think I’ve ever watched before. Love it

We have a great room that has a great deal of daytime light, and this TV has The Best compensation for the brightness of the 3 TVs we have had in the room. If anything lets us down, it is the occasional issues from the streaming services, Never the TV. Internet browsing with the remote is quite the task, but we are getting better with time and practice. Mirroring from a phone or tablet works well with YouTube.Sound from the TV is good, but we use a soundboard with a subwoofer, which really matches the impressive picture. Very impressive television, highly recommended!

The picture quality is way superior, smoother YouTube streaming, better user interface etc. It enhances my gaming experience with game mode. The picture quality is just much better than it use to be and I love it. Remote controller is solar powered (no need AA or AAA batteries) with option to charge using usb type c. Indeed a great effort to support a green environment. The price I got during Black Friday is also very reasonable. I have no complaints, just wish my new Samsung TV can have the same lifespan as my old Samsung TV.

Colors pop hard, especially when I’m watching anime or playing Warzone. The screen’s big enough to feel like I’m at the movies, but it’s not too huge for my room. It’s got like all the apps built in YouTube, Netflix, Hulu so I don’t even need my Xbox for that stuff anymore. The only thing is the remote feels kinda cheap, but whatever, it works. Also, the speakers are okay, but if you care a lot about sound, I’d say get a soundbar. Overall, for the price and size, it’s solid. I’d give it like 8.5 outta 10. Looks clean, plays smooth, no lag when I’m gaming. Definitely worth it.

It’s easy to navigate and lighting quick to switch between applications. The Dolby Atmos and Object Tracking Sound Lite bring sounds to life and you actually feel like you’re in a movie theater. Incredible! I love the 4K upscaling. It makes the picture look so much better. But wait, it also has the auto remastering! I love how the brightness auto adjusts based on the lighting in the room. I get a message telling me that this service is unavailable. Yet if I click through to "Settings" I can do it. I've hooked up an antenna but I can't get over-the-air reception that was immediately available on my Roku set as soon at the antenna was connected. I find the remote frustrating. Sometimes it response; sometimes it doesn't (Batteries are new). The mute button should not be the same as the volume button. It makes it hard to get the response you want.

I wanted a bright, high quality 4K QLED and had shopped for over a year, before pulling the trigger. I have been impressed with almost every aspect of this TV. It is brighter than I thought possible in my well-lit room, picture quality is outstanding with fast motion and no visible artifacts. What I love the most is the Q-symphony connection that provides a truly immersive 3-D sound experience. Watching my favorite shows is now even better with a theatre like experience every day. My only suggestions would be an extra HDMI port, 4 doesn't seem like enough for today's connections.

This smart TV has everything and even be controlled by Alexa or Siri or any other device. I have already bought a 55" and a 75". My main issue with the TV is that it gets glitchy with content from YouTube, not sure why the refresh rate is having trouble with some of the video transitions. Reach out to samsung and they did not provide a solution. They just had me play some testing videos. Issue is mainly with youtube but recently started with other networks as well. Great TV, quality is great and sound is great as well but it has issues with the refresh rate. A little disappointed since this was a replacement for our last samsung qled from about 5 years ago.

Oh boy was I wrong! This tv makes everything look amazing. The TV is also future proof for gamers. It can run up to 144 hz at 4k! Consoles can only run 120 hz. So this tv won't fall behind when the new consoles lauch around the corner. My only wish is that samsung will add Dolby vision support. There is not much HDR10+ support and samsung either needs to fix it or except the decision they made and cut loses. On the next remote please include a source button. I get tired of having to click so many buttons to switch sources. Other than that this TV is 10/10 amazing!!!

Other brands always looked clear and vibrant in the stores but when I got them home they were a disappointment. Samsung always looked like it was vivid and clear as displayed. This TV has the best side viewing angle I have ever purchased, when sitting on the side of the TV you can still see everything very clear. Also the glare resistance this TV has is immaculate. I have over 20 windows in my living room, dining room and kitchen area with tons of natural sunlight on this TV and it does not affect the visual quality at all. This TV replaces a QLED Q60 I purchased in 2014. I have always been happy with that TV and it still works so I gave it to my son and replaced it with this new Neo QLED QN90D. The picture is noticeably better, with deeper blacks and brighter colors. I left all picture settings on "AI" due to varied lighting conditions in my great room and it seems to do just fine without the hassle of fiddling around looking for the perfect picture settings. I paired with the Ultra Slim HW-S800D soundbar which I love; Q-Symphony for the win! Up-scaling is also very good. Most of my content source is cable which is 1080P and the 4K upscale is impressive. All in all I'm very happy with my QN90D and highly recommend!

The picture at times looks very unrealistic, and fake, at time the shadowing is blue on people. The sound while watching general tv shows and the news is horrible, the tv adds to much base and has a rumble type sound to it when there should be little to no base. It's difficult to understand men's voices due to the excessive base it gives them a very deep voice and not very clear. I tried changing the settings for the picture and sound with unsuccessful change. You missed it with this one Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall this TV is great. The menu is fairly easy to navigate. The sound is really good. It is not overly affected by glare. It has plenty of AV ports to support just about any peripheral. The one knock I have is picture sharpness. This picture is by no means bad but I just can't seem to dial it in to really good. It still has what I call "electronic edges." Subtle hints of non clarity around the edges of some objects. My wife doesn't evens what I'm talking about, so maybe I'm just over scrutinizing, but I see what I see. If it weren't for that one minor issue, this TV would be perfect.

Let me just say that in the few short weeks of having this TV, it is exceeding expectations. The colors, the HDR, the brightness.....WOW! I have it paired with a Q990F sound bar and the Q Symphony works great. Little to no set up for the TV other than adding and configuring streaming Apps. I use it for streaming shows/movies and PS5 gaming. I also have the Hue sync app and light strips that run seemlessly with the Samsung TV. So far Samsung has blown me away for how good the TV and whole ecosystem works.

It's beautiful picture is amazing. Then I have a samsung Q90C soundbar to match. Paired with the qn90D is unmatched by far. I watch 4K blu rays as well. Blown away by tge picture and sound. Recently streamed Rambo in 4K wow amazing picture. The clarity of this TV of colorec, the response time when I do gaming on it. Wow I can't express enough how amazing when this TV is. I shopped everywhere and compared numerous TVs at this size and found that this was the best deal and the best value for my dollars. The picture is extremely high quality and the fact that it is a cute lead technology TV makes it even more attractive. The sound is great as well and when I watch movies and sports on it, the picture pops. my kids love it when they attach their game console and get to see amazing graphics. I highly recommend this product for anyone looking for a large size TV.

its nice. not as punchy or brightness like my 2018 qn sled 49 inch. the blacks are really black which I'm impressed . blacks are comparable to old tv color accuracy and brightness is off a little bit so I'm trying to get used to it. it does wonderful with cartoon movies on certain settings like movie or eco. but gets washed out in dynamic or standard mode which is disappointing compared my 2018 sled I gave away . now it it was color accurate in all settings like my old sled then this would be the ultimate Neo led. unfortunately to get. that better crisp picture of the Neo qled tech you would have to get into the bigger more expensive size 8k models and spend a fortune because they dont make smaller 8k Neo qled.

I am a third generation Samsung tv owner and have never been disappointed. The sound is also an upgrade to my previous QLED model. The remote seems very basis but my streaming device controls most of what I do. The SmartThings app also seems to work better in this tv. It is always connected. I don’t do any gaming, but fast action scenes do well as far as retaining picture integrity. Overall, I am totally satisfied with this purchase.

The remote, although solar and doesn’t need batteries doesn’t have numbers so you have to scroll through guides to find your channels but it does have voice capabilities. Unfortunately the sound quality is horrendous. You have to purchase a sound bar in order to make the TV usable. If they would figure out a way to put quality speakers in the set it would be a great TV. So. 5 Star for picture quality. 0 stars for sound quality =‘a 3 star rating.

Great Samsung quality for the price. That said... The new OS changed the home screen and it's less convenient than the previous version. When you press the home button on the remote, it cuts off what is playing and opens a completely different screen. It no longer opens the pop-up bar at the bottom of the screen while allowing the TV to keep playing simultaneously. The new home screen has a very small, icon-sized "recently played" window, but that window stops as soon as you start to navigate the home screen Definitely more steps, more convoluted, and less user friendly home screen setup.

I selected the exact same model but the newest version. So I have noticed that there is some difference with software to start with. The welcome menu was different and isn't as user friendly as the previous year model. But I have noticed the screen is not as detailed as it was before. There are times that my 2009 plasma tv looks clearer than this neo OLED tv. I wish that I could fix my screen on my other neo OLED, but it is quite expensive just to replace a screen.

The image on the TV(s) still is crystal. I have two Samsung's (currently) . One in my son's room is a 2015, while his is impressive this N90D is leaps and bounds above in image quality. The sound is crystal clear all by its self but I paired it with an A550 and 9100S which is perfect for movies and when I'm shaking the house, streaming music! I still have brand xxxx in the livingroom which is next on the replacement list! Highly recommend *****(5/5)

We started with the fact that we were limited in size to a 50" screen due to the built-in cabinetry we had available for placement. The QN90D Samsung Neo QLED 4K TV delivers the high-quality imaging we have sought as a replacement for our older model. The 120 hz refresh rate has really been a welcome addition to our viewing pleasure, both in sports and gaming. I love the 4k upscaling feature that really enhances the viewing pleasure. The Dolby ATMOS addition has really enhanced the realism of the sound. We added a new Samsung sound system, and we are now thoroughly enjoying our new TV immensely.

We are connected through Direct Tv, stream Prime Video, Netflix, Peacock, Hulu, AppleTV, etc. and have never been disappointed in picture, or quirkiness of operation. Most importantly, you can easily set colors and tune in your exact specifications, which most folks don't do, and then blame the TV brand on a poor picture. Take the time to consult with your big box store or many excellent tunings specs on-line if you search out your exact make/model.

I purchased this TV primarily to watch football at home as, due to a medical condition, I will be unable to attend matches for some time. The picture quality is first class and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The TV pretty much sets itself up and has enough HDMI and other ports to add an array of other equipment. In my case I've added a blu ray player, a Sky stream box, a PC and a hard disk drive (for pausing and recording live TV) and all correctly recognised by the TV. I may also add a soundbar system, although the TV's built in sound is quite good.

The interface is honestly horrible. Far less intuitive than prior version. Almost impossible to find the apps page (except in the context of the home page, which has an abbreviated apps section). That means that when apps misfire, which they sometimes do and need to be deleted and re-downloaded, that becomes a challenge every single time. If you do buy this TV, buy a Roku. Use that input, that interface and that remote. Makes life a lot easier.

I am a big fan of samsung and the samsung TV+ service is one of the reasons I went with samsung for the replacement. We watch movies, stream, and I use it for gaming for myself and the kids. There is only one issue. Obviously it is a big heavy tv as I got the 75" version. The stand is correspondingly robust. The trouble is that I could not get the stand to sit just right on the TV so there is a small amount of lean to the TV. It is small, but noticeable unfortunately. After many tries and just not being able to get it right I had no choice but to live with it. There is a good chance this was just a defect on our tv, and every other aspect is perfect. I do not regret the purchase.

The apps just load faster, and there are more variety. We have DirecTV stream, and Samsung has that as an app. We didn't need a third party device. The remote is really cool and easy to use and rechargeable with usb-c charging and solar charging capabilities. 4k is also incredible on it. When we have guests over, sometimes we will put on a 4k youtube video on and everyone just gawks at our tv. We paid a little more for quality as we expect to have this for a long time. The build quality is solid, the sound is great, the picture is great, and the price makes it worth it. we are extremely happy with the purchase.

With our old TV, when you hit the home menu, you could easily choose the app you want. With the new Neo TV, you have a lot of stuff to go through and it isn't as user friendly. If there was a way to change the home screen to the prior version, this TV would be 5 star, absolutely amazing. With the new home screen, it knocks it down to 3 stars. Samsung should go back to making it simple and more user friendly for the home screen.

After the initial time spent just setting up all of my streaming accounts, I was able to start playing with the fun Gallery Art options. I'm in the midst of remodeling my home office and this beauty will be the centerpiece on my Gallery Wall. I love the crystal clear image and the sound quality is amazing. The interface is very intuitive. The packaging was minimal (appreciated!) and easy to open. I currently have it assembled on the TV stand, but am eager to use the slim wall mount feature as soon as the walls are painted! And I can hardly wait to explore the customizable frame options. I'm rapidly becoming a Samsung groupie!

The plugs are not far from the edge and are easy to reach, the power plug was a bit closer to center but still reachable. When you first turn it on it goes into a simple setup for your devices, language etc and you are watching TV in no time. The Q90D immediately recognized my network and updated itself. ROKU and Fire TV on HDMI were immediately setup and they were good to go. I made no screen adjustments at all, the picture is perfect and skin tones spot on. It was so easy to setup using Samsung Smart things app. It transfered all the relevant settings from our old TV to the new one. Up and running in no time. The picture is clear and vivid. We have an external 5.1 surround sound system that just pulls from the ARC HDMI out. Again, so easy getting the whole system up and running. Extremity happy with our purchase and would recommend to anyone that has the space to enjoy it.

I love the size of this TV, but it has a couple of flaws. The worst is volume. Often, without warning, the volume shoots WAAAY up. This can happen when background noise in the room goes up, which can make sense, but it also goes up when sound from the TV goes up, such as laughter from a studio audience, or roars from a stadium crowd. The volume change is incredibly loud for a few moments and very annoying. This TV has a great quality picture when viewed straight on, but the picture quality deteriorates the more to the side you are viewing from.

Even in the middle of a sunny Saturday, the Anti-Reflection coating ensures that I'm seeing the movie, not the reflection of my sofa. For a long time, "deep blacks" were reserved for OLEDs, but this Neo QLED changes the conversation. The Quantum Matrix Technology offers surgical precision. In high-contrast scenes-think stars against a pitch-black sky- the blacks stay deep and velvety while the stars pinprick with incredible intensity. The Neo Quantum HDR+ brings out textures in dark fabrics and shadows that I've never noticed in my favorite films before. We hosted a movie night recently, and I was worried about those sitting on the ends of the couch. I needn't have been. The Ultra Viewing Angle tech keeps the color 100% accurate even from the side. The brightness is unreal...absolutely needs some adjustment to mute the color a bit and tone the sun-like brightness down. Overall it's pretty straight forward and a few hours and different content and I'm amazed at the leap from my Plasma back in the day. Software makes connecting devices for casting or steaming stress-free. The biggest issue I have...THE REMOTE ...I had a 55" curved 4k Samsung from 2016 and the remote is LIGHTYEARS ahead. Even my Plasma had a touch pad to allow cursor control. BRING BACK THE CURVED REMOTE!!! The touch controlled mouse was something my Plasma had in 2012...common Samsung 😜

Once I turned it on and used it for a couple of days, I realized I had been missing an opportunity to view such an outstanding picture. All the settings were perfect, so I did not have to make any adjustments. Prior to getting the TV, I purchased a Samsung soundbar with Q symphony. Setting up the soundbar to the TV was easy. The sound is fantastic, using both the soundbar and TV speakers at the same time. Watching sports programs makes it look like I am on the ice at hockey games, on the court playing basketball, standing on the putting greens next to the pro golfers, etc. I am very pleased with my new Samsung TV and Samsung soundbar.

We bought this in July. Nice TV though watching Syracuse football this fall I thought they had gone from Syracuse Orange to Syracuse Red. There uniforms looked red though the writing on the field was orange. For a high end TV I'd expect better though I guess it's a common issue. Also you have to turn the volume up to around 30 just so you can hear. I've played around with the audio settings but can't seem to improve it. I guess this is a ploy to get you to buy a soundbar. Overall though it's a pretty good TV just was hoping for a bit more.

Bought this TV because it is rated as very bright and I am using it in a sunroom. It is definitely bright but it still has reflection due to a shiny screen. It is probably the best picture in 43" size for my purpose as there are no matte finishes in this size. I find the interface to be a bit clumsy, as when you back out of an app it takes you to another app rather than the home screen. The apps are very slow to load compared to my Sony and former LG TV. This is a top of the line Samsung so I was expecting more, and not sure if it was worth the extra money spent. This is my first Tizen so it may be partially getting used too, but had I known it was so slow to close 1 app and launch the next, I would have considered another Sony Google TV.

I have issues/questions with some features, and chat with the support team. Though they may not have the answers, they are willing to extend their help by checking with their HQ. Hopefully, their HQ can improve their user manual or FAQ by putting more number/values in example how long you need to wait for the screen to turn off for the "Auto power saving" feature. I can see that Samsung has put in a lot of effort in the TV design, but they need to provide more details on the features. Lastly, I like the TV that startups within seconds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm sure an OLED is still better with the greys and deep blacks however this is still an outstanding TV (especially for the price difference) and undoubtedly is better with glare/reflection than an OLED. Make sure you are using 4K HDMI cables. Overall I am extremely happy with this purchase but again, there is some pixelation with the darker greys and blacks at times. I was re-watching some of the newer Star Wars movies and was blown away by the clarity and refresh rate. FYI an OLED was out of the question because our living room has a lot of windows and the TV faces double sliding glass doors and the lake beyond. Way too much glare for an OLED. We purchased the 85" version of this TV and is the perfect size since our seating is about 17 feet away.

Playing DVD's: MUST deactivate Anynet + feature otherwise TV loses connection with DVD player on a random basis (unfortunately I had to tell Samsung and store how to resolve the issue). Happened on brand new upscale DVD player and older model as well. Took 3 months and a lot of internet search to find resolution. Yes, takes 3 remotes to operate now, but it works now (DirecTV, TV remote and DVD player remote) without issue. Even had issues just streaming until I deactivated the Anynet + feature.

As power of our new family home I Had saved a bit extra to get two Samsung 75 inch TVs. It has transformed the way we enjoy our family time together. We've owned this television (the Samsung QN90D) for a little over six months at this point, and I can honestly say that this is an outstanding television in terms of both picture and sound. In addition, the operating system (Tizen OS) is simple to master, and downloading additional apps has been quick and easy. If someone were in the market for a new television, I would highly encourage them to take a closer look at this model.

Thought I was going to love this TV, but to be completely honest, I'm not impressed. I went from an old Vizio TV, 12 years old, and didn't noticed any differences. Even though this Samsung has a higher refresh rate it still looks the same. The worst part of this TV is the OS. I believe it has the tinzen OS, anda it's horrible. It lags bad! Even freezes up at times. When I try to access the input for my PS5, it doesn't show it sometimes. The didn't pay full price for this TV, since it was on sale, it else I would've returned it.

Often when I select it the TV won't change to the channel. Then if I select a favorite above or below the one previously selected it goes to that channel and if I select channel up or down to get to the original channel choice than the tv goes to that channel. It's an inconvenience, but hopefully it doesn't continue to happen. Otherwise once I got used to the new remote and can do quite allot of functions.

I live in Arizona and my large loft is VERY bright. I was SO sick of not being able to see most of my TV shows very well since a lot of stuff filmed, nowadays, is so dark. I only have Samsung TV's. I did A LOT of research and found that QLED TV's are good for bright rooms, but the Neo QLED is the best for bright rooms. They weren't kidding! For example, Silo on Apple TV+ is SO DARK. With this TV, it's SO bright that I can see so many details in the background that I couldn't see before. Attached - I have Silo paused on a frame/scene on my old 65" in my family room, which is bright, but not nearly as bright as my loft. The other two images show the same frame/scene on this new TV in my very bright loft. It's SO bright, on my personal settings, that when I put on shows for my little ones, I change it to the eye comfort setting for them because their show didn't need to be as bright as my shows need to be. I never would have thought that I could ever say my TV could be too bright for any reason. I don't mean "too bright" like it's a bad thing. It just didn't need to be that bright for kids cartoon songs on YouTube. (It's a simple change to switch between saved personal settings and programmed settings.) Definitely worth the investment! I noticed the audio, direct from the TV, even sounds better. One really cool thing, (that doesn't matter too much, but is neat) is the remote can be charged by artificial light. It can be charged in the sunlight, sure. But, it's made to be charged indoors, just by setting it face down, and the light from lamps will charge it, too. It also has the option to charge it with USBc cord. I read that the battery can last two years on one charge. I don't know if they meant if you keep it face down so it can maintain a charge or if a full battery, in a dark room will last two years. I can't get over how well I can see with this TV, now. I was going to buy it on Amazon, because that's where I get most everything. But, I found a 65" that was open box, for less than the cost of a 55" at the BB outlet. It's in perfect condition. I LOVE THIS TV!!!!! Note: I had to edit the brightness/dimness of the image of my old TV to make it as close to what I was seeing as possible. The image of my OLDER 65" TV still isn't as dim and fuzzy-looking as what I was seeing with my eyes. My phone automatically made the image brighter than it truly looked.

It was very pretty easy to install and the instructions were great. The Solar TV Remote is the highlight as you never have to use batteries. We wall-mounted it to have a better experience and must say it changed the whole view. I have never enjoyed a Marvel movie on any TV before so undoubtedly Samsung is the KING and knows how/what to deliver to their customers. Must buy, totally worth the price.

We upgraded from an old SonyHD to this Neo because of the crisp focus and riches of the 4K technology and huge reduction in reflection of light. We love the Bluetooth capability, the Dolby Atmos sound, ease of using apps and even connected our Roku, though we stream using the TV apps almost as much. The ambient feature is a favorite and I've set it up to display in the mornings. The clarity of the screen is amazing. Contrasts and darkness are automatically adjusted using the intelligence AI image and sound feature in the settings. If you struggled to view the last few episodes of a GOT such as the Long Night, you'll understand why this is important. This is a keeper and beautiful edition to our family room.
