[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this just 2 weeks ago, so far they are beyond impressive coming from the galaxy buds 3 pro, the active noise cancellation is a night and day difference to the 3 pros, completely cutting out sound in the bus, where the 3 pros didn't quite get there for me, the fit is outstanding and the overall shape I find to be quite pleasant, and doesn't slip out how the 3 pros did for me, at the moment the ambient mode is a bit worse than the 3 pros, so you would have to take a bud out to engage in conversation, however even the audio quality improvement alone, alongside the far improved ANC, I highly reccomend these as a great wireless audio option!
We appreciate such a balanced and thoughtful review. It’s great to hear the improvements in noise cancellation and fit are making a noticeable difference for you. We also hear your comments about ambient mode, feedback like this are incredibly helpful as we continue upgrading the experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these to upgrade from my GBP2 after watching a few YouTube reviews and I'm glad I did! These are a clear generation upgrade - comfortable fit without the fear of them falling out, and no long-period irritation (i have sensitive ears). The sound is also impressive, boasting explosive bass with crystal clear mids and highs. The sound isolation is also impressive, often catching me off guard when putting them back in on my commute home or switching it on from area mode. I still need to get used to the controls being in different spots, but all-in-all very happy with the purchase and have already recommended to a few mates.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Galaxy Buds4 Pro honestly surprised me—I went in thinking they’d just be “another pair of earbuds,” but once I started using them, they felt genuinely premium. The sound is clear and well-balanced, with bass that hits without overpowering, and I noticed details in music I didn’t expect. The noise cancelling actually makes a difference in my day—I can tune out trains, traffic, or office noise and just stay in my own space. They’re also so comfortable that I forget I’m wearing them, and calls sound clean without people asking me to repeat myself. What I thought would be a bonus ended up becoming something I use every day without thinking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the Buds Pro, Buds 3 Pro and now the Buds 4 Pro. The original ones fitted my ears amazing, but the sound quality wasn't great and would cut in and out from my phone. Buds 3 Pro sounded amazing, but would always fall out of my ears and the touch setting on the stems was awful. These ones, the Buds 4 Pro do everything brilliantly! They sound next to none, the touch controls are effective and easy to use, the extra features built in like voice command controls, translate mode are very handy and convenient. Also love how the Buds are all built into the phone and doesn't require another separate app. Well done Samsung, you absolutely nailed it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] "I’ve been using the Galaxy Buds4 Pro for a week now and honestly, the Noise Cancelling is a lifesaver. I use them on the bus/train and it completely cuts out the background hum. I’ve been also using these for my daily commute to work on the bike and some longer weekend rides. I previously used a third-party pair that started causing ‘ear fatigue’ and actual pain after just an hour under the helmet. With these Buds4 Pro, there’s zero fatigue and no pain at all. They stay secure, the profile is slim enough that they don't catch on my helmet, and the sound stays clear even over the engine noise. If you ride, these are the ones to get.

This is fantastic to hear, thank you for sharing! Comfort and stability during long rides are so important, so it’s great they’re working well under a helmet and helping reduce fatigue. Really appreciate the recommendation.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using Beats and Soundcore earbuds for the past two years, and since I've been a Samsung phone user for six years, I wanted to try something new from them. So, I decided to buy the Buds 4 Pro, and honestly, they're the best earbuds I've ever tried! I'm super impressed with the ANC compared to my other two pairs. The only thing I don't like, and have trouble with, are the controls, they don't always work as advertised. They sound fantastic and fitting is great too even when doing a intense workout session at the gym. I would definitely recommend these earbuds to everyone who want something that actually delivers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On first view I loved how cute the case for these was. The transparent lid gives it a 00's feel while the buds themselves have everything you expect from modern day earphones. In my opinion these aren't as comfortable as the Galaxy Buds 2. But they are a more sophisticated piece of tech. The touch controls pinch and slide techniques aren't as intuitive as previous models but are a point of difference that take no time getting used to. The noise cancelling is great for day to day use around a busy office or household. These aren't my favourite for comfort reasons but they are certainly more technologically advanced than previous models and offer great value for money.

We appreciate your feedback on your Samsung Galaxy Buds. It’s great to hear you like the design, case, and advanced features. We also understand your concerns around comfort and control intuitiveness compared to the Samsung Galaxy Buds2. Your feedback is very helpful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently upgraded from the original Galaxy Buds to the Buds 4 Pro and have been very impressed. I chose the pink gold colourway, which looks premium and stylish without being over the top. The case is compact, sleek, and easy to carry. The earbuds are extremely comfortable for extended wear, and the touch controls are a noticeable improvement, with much more intuitive and responsive than previous models. Sound quality is excellent, with clear audio and strong noise cancellation that’s noticeable as soon as you put them in. Battery life has been reliable and easily lasts through extended daily use. Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience so far and would highly recommend them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Galaxy Buds4 for a little while now and honestly I’m really happy with them. The sound quality is clear with good bass, but not overpowering, which I like. Music sounds balanced and calls are also very clear. They’re also really comfortable to wear. I can keep them in for a long time without my ears hurting, which wasn’t the case with some other earbuds I’ve tried before. The battery life is solid too – I don’t feel like I’m constantly charging them. Another thing I like is how easily they connect to my phone. It’s quick and simple and they stay connected without random dropouts. The touch controls are pretty responsive as well once you get used to them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ANC on the Buds4 Pro is a significant leap forward. It creates a focused "bubble" that is essential for deep-work sessions or navigating noisy commutes. The audio profile is balanced and rich, but the real standout is the ecosystem switching. Moving from a video call on my laptop to a quick update on my S26 Ultra is instantaneous. They are comfortable enough for multi-hour wear, and the microphone quality during calls is finally at a level where I don't have to worry about background wind or office noise. If you value a "seamless" digital life, these are the missing piece of the puzzle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this last week, and the audio quality is incredible, having been coming from a galaxy buds 2. The bass feels controlled and not muddy, while not washing out the high trebles, creating clear vocal reproduction. The metal aesthetic on the buds itself with a mesh microphone are so high quality and create a premium look and feel. The case is so premium, and the clear design is unique, and its practical in the sense that we can see that the buds are in the case instead of being lost. However, I would like it to be easier to change the eartips much easier without putting too much pressure.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have purchased so many ear buds from various brands over the years & thought I would give these a try... im so glad I did! These dont pop out like all the others & the sound quality is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!! I almost gave up on investing on another pair that would just sit on my bedside table because they would be so annoying to keep in my ear. Im so glad I gave these a go, once you pop them in there is no need to continuously keep pushing them down your ear canal because they simply don't budge & they stay in like they are supposed too 💕 The battery life has also improved from the buds 3 pro

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I pre-ordered the galaxy buds 4 pro in white and I got it pretty soon too. The fit is perfect for my ears after I changed to large tips. I use a pixel 10 pro and I had to download galaxy buds app as I was already using buds 2 pro. Coming from buds 2 pro it is definitely an upgrade but the app feels rushed or rather not polished/ finished. I can't add widget to my home screen and Google assistant is not supported in touch or voice control. The noise cancellation is awesome and works very well. I am happy with my purchase but I am expecting app updates to make it even better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these about a week ago, and in comparison with the previous version of these (galaxy buds 3 Pro) they look too sleek, delicate. I assume it's the trade off from it's weight which feels almost like you're not wearing any earbuds at all (extremely good) but I wouldn't have made that trade-off knowing the final result. Sound quality is just as good as the previous Pro version, probably a bit deeper bass can be heard and definitely comfortable to wear. Just feels like they were designed to be left on the low/cheap quality case they come in. Overall I rather use my galaxy earbuds Pro 3, as I feel more confident that they're not going to suffer any easy cracks from a drop knowing I can get just as much sound quality.
Thank you for your honest feedback. We’re glad to hear the comfort and sound quality are hitting the mark, but we understand your concerns around durability and overall feel. That confidence in build quality is important, and your comments are valuable for ongoing improvements.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved using the original buds pro, though it was time to upgrade and due to my past positive experience in the past I decided to stick with Samsung. And I'm glad I did, the new buds 4 pro fit perfectly and I feel like they are lighter than the originals, the sound quality of the new buds blew me away with such clarity and depth in sound, alongside the stem design which seems to be far easier and versatile with more uses than the originals tap based controls. I also loved the great earlybird offers. And the improvement in noise cancelling is certainly appreciated

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I couldn't be happier with these Samsung earbuds. The sound quality is outstanding, with crisp highs, rich bass, and excellent clarity across all types of music. The active noise cancellation works incredibly well, making it easy to focus whether I'm at work, travelling, or exercising. The fit is comfortable enough to wear for hours, and the battery life easily lasts throughout the day. Pairing with my Samsung phone was seamless, and the touch controls are intuitive and responsive. Overall, these are some of the best wireless earbuds I've owned. Samsung has done an exceptional job with the design, sound quality, and overall user experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for premium wireless earbuds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the buds 4 pro just recently due to losing my buds 3 fe (they shall be missed!). But honestly they pair amazing with my phone (the Samsung z flip 8,which I also recommend). I have the trio wireless charger on my desk which sadly my buds 3 fe weren't compatible with, but I'm so glad my buds 4 pro are! The sound on them is amazing in active noise cancelling and ambient. Couldn't recommend more! However it precent losing them I recommend finding a case you can put a clip on. I also love how it's easier to control my music and it's volume (makes finding the sensor so much easier!). If you have the means to get them I really recommend it! They are also so comfortable and the design is just so stunning! Love! Love! Love!
