I received this vacuum cleaner from Samsung for product testing purposes.’ Having never owned a cordless Vacuum I was not expecting this to be anything special, after all it's battery powered so how could it do all the the tasks that a ordinary corded Vacuum could do ? Well I have to say I'm surprised at the actual power and versatility. I mean if you read through all claims from Samsung you would expect a little bias wouldn't you ? Well the claims are true enough . This is so easy to use, the attachment's are so well made and do the job without a problem. Only negative I would say it's the lack of a spare battery .

I received this vacuum cleaner from Samsung for product testing purposes - I thought my carpets were clean, but the 'Jet' power removed deep ingrained dirt with almost no effort. I walked into a room and asked me partner if they had vacuumed – it was that clean! Emptying the dust is a joy with the charging stand and automatic emptying. It is really light - far lighter than my normal stick. The downside is the battery life, even with 2 batteries, especially with the Jet power. Accessories seem to cover everything that is needed and feel more solid than some other makes. Overall this makes vacuuming much less of a chore

I have only the bespoke hover for a few day but already know it great hover the power this has even at min Is very good and they jet power is brill all be it a short time frame, so good in small bursts, the hover it's self is light for doing high to reach places ie tops of bookcases and photos/ pictures on the wall, the pet adapter is good, but wee bit behind with other makers as they have no hair tangle, one.two.done sides, The middle pole could be a wee bit longer if over 6ft will feel your bending alot the hover color would have been nicer if it matched the clean station, and if the bin closed After emptying that would be good but am sure future models with have these details,

‘I received this vacuum cleaner from Samsung for product testing purposes.’ I was pleased with the vacuum itself. It looked good and the power of the vacuum was good. The different attachments worked well. Particularly liked the display telling you how much power you have left. Now the negatives. Why are back to using vacuum bags and particularly bags with significant amounts of plastic. This is not good for the environment in the this day and age. Also the bag was being detected as being full after less than a couple of days use. The bag itself was less than 30% full. Considering looking at reviews you can't get these bags its not very good, and makes the whole base unit pointless.

Really impressed with the bespoke jet 210w package, previous hoover was a dyson v11 which is now out of warranty and losing suction, samsung are currently offering an insane discount with a trade in and 5 years warranty so i couldn't resist. Over all the samsung feels more robust when pushing it around but also lighter and easier to control. Im also impressed with the adjustable height on the hoover and adjustable crevice tool length which are really good bonuses over the dyson equivalent which have restricted its use at times. Im very happy and would advise anyone on the fence to buy it

After just 7 months one of the heads has a problem with the motorised roller, keeps seizing and then freeing, intermittent fault. All we need is a replacement roller, not the whole head, just the roller. Get in touch with Samsung support and, after a week, their approved repair agent gets in touch to arrange collection of the whole system so they can test it all… why, it’s a roller brush in a head that is at issue, this means no vacuum cleaner for a while whilst it’s transported, tested, new parts ordered, fitted, tested again and returned, how long, hmnnn, who knows.

This is a great vacuum cleaner for hard flooring or short pile rugs etc .. the option to switch the suction power during use is useful when going from hard floors to thicker rugs or to turn down for thin door mats do they don't get stuck in the attachment. The vacuum is light and manuverable around furniture. The time display for the battery time let's you know you won't run out halfway through a room. It picks up dog hair and other debris with ease from hard floors and short pile rug. The self emptying feature is a time saver and takes the messiness out of tiding up. Only downside I have found so far is you have to remember to push the bottom of the waste tank back up when lifting off the stand to use after auto emptying.

The Samsung Bespoke Jet is one of the most powerful vacuum cleaners, easily coping with all types of floor surface. I love the battery display on the back of the unit, which gives a live countdown of battery life. With plenty of power on Mid mode, the Bespoke Jet made short work of all dust, with excellent edge performance. Cleaning is so good that the 24-minute battery life is plenty of time to tackle most homes. Thanks to the Clean Station, when you’re done cleaning your floors, dirt from the vacuum is sucked out into a bag without making any mess at all.

Conveniently spoiled 3 months after the warranty expired. We don’t even use this heavily everyday. Still have to pay a couple of hundred dollars to fix the issue and then the warranty for the fix is only 30 days. If the issue occurs after that or if an issue happens within 30 days but for a different part, you will be charged again. It’s like as if designed to not work after 2 years so you either buy a new one or spend money on repairs. It’s not even an exceptional vacuum to begin with taking away the function to empty itself which other brands already has. The parts are also not stored within the vacuum itself which makes it a hassle to keep. Not great with hair either. Spend your money elsewhere if you can, regret buying this.

I recieved this vacuum cleaner for testing,and i found it perfect with ability to clean everything from the lightest settings to clean curtains,to the max for the carpets and dig beds. It was also the my daughter who walks with a stick was able to use it as it was so light ,which also helped her with her mental health as she was able to help more. The accessories stand was another brilliant idea as it was easy to take around the house with me and out to do my car,with the extra battery i was able to clean from top to bottom of the house in one go changing the adapters from hard stone slabs,lino,curtains,wood,carpets ect.it didnt let me down. Also both me and my daughter have longish hair and it hasn't been a problem. I will definitely be getting one.

I absolutely love this vacuum cleaner, it is powerful and practical, it has three suction settings, Jet being the highest of them all. It works well on carpet, rugs, wood and vinyl flooring. Having a dog I found it collected the fur well and did not wrap around the brush. To empty the cylinder you place it onto the stand where with one push of a button it completely cleans it out, almost like a hoover for a hoover, pretty genius! It comes with an attachment stand which i like alot because I love to have a place for everything, this gives you that option and really helps with space saving. I have managed to hoover a reasonable sized four bed house without the need to recharge during use. Dust bags are included and easy to install. Highly recommended

I received this vacuum cleaner from Samsung for product testing purposes. The freestanding stand takes up a lot of space,put makes up with it for the fact it empties the vacuum for you. It could be improved by not requiring bags for this. I like the fact once it's on its on there is no button to hold down and it gives you how much longer it will run on the screen. The telescopic pipe is a nice feature as well as the narrow head to get in small spaces. I used it on rugs and hard floors and it picked up great on both.

‘I received this vacuum cleaner from Samsung for product testing purposes.’ So we have a mixture of floors, laminate, tiled,carpeted and thick rugs. So the first thing i noticed was the smell, like a burning smell, was not overheating and the smell does eventually go, but returns when you initially use it again the following day! Suction is brill, but the battery does not last long on the high and jet settings. Pros - Good suction, lightweight to use and does pick up alot, plenty of attachments. Cons - Low battery life, does not stay propped up, very noisy, and not practical to store, especially if you have a small space. The docking station is very heavy and not easy to move, you need 2 sockets, one for battery other for docking station, not worth the value.

I have just read a review where the user gave the vacuum 1 star. I must live in another dimension as I have found my Samsung Bespoke Jet™ Pro to be amazing. It is really powerful, picks every thing up, deep cleans my carpets. The cleaning pads are great, I use it with a cleaning fluid for hard floors and it does a great job. The vacuum stand is brilliant. It takes months to fill a bag. having two batteries means I never run out of power. The cleaning tools are great. By far the best cordless vacuum I have owned.

Make sure the door of the barrel is clicked properly shut after emptying it in the cleaning station as the contents will empty onto your floor. the cleaning station ids good and efficient. The only downside is there is no light on the brush unit. For this price it would have been awesome to have it. Opened box with youngest daughter, very easy to put together, with the little battery charge available to begin, both of us tested on what we thought was a clean carpet, the couple minutes we used it for proved otherwise. Very easy to manoeuvre, was worried at 6’ plus that it was gonna be too short, seems alright. Looks very nice, and with all the extras, allows for easy cleaning to carpets and tiled floors. 2nd battery a bonus.

Cleans great, even on the minimum setting. It's a little tricky to push on my low pile carpet but it easy to extend the length of the vacuum, its easy to empty the bin manually or via the station and it looks like a piece of furniture as opposed to Dysons which stand out like a sore thumb with their purple and gold design. So overall I'm happy.

It is a lovely technology, it is very powerful and i love that i have got an extra battery. It does not have any problems with the running time. it is a bit a expensive, but a worth the investment, I loved the recycle scheme of my old vacuum. Also I would suggest for future models to creat a way for the vacuum to stay stand on its own.

The product is decent, light. Batteries don't last that long BUT the main issue is the bag for the clean station. Don't bother trying to source any, because they are out of stock everywhere. But also, why have a bag for a bagless cleaner? It just doesn't make any sense other than to get a nice additional income stream.

Sorry Samsung, Ive waited for weeks for my new Bespoke, only to find its too short even with it extended to max (I'm 5' 10 tall). Materials used are average compared to my v11 Dyson and it seems less powerful too. Very expensive, and I love my gadgets but alas this one is a no go.

Good suction and deals with pet hair very well. Not too heavy and fairly quiet. The only negative is the tool caddy. It takes up too much space and needs another power socket. I would prefer that the spare battery could recharge on the main hoover , as with the jet 90..

So far so good. I like the fact the hairs don't get stuck on the brush head whereas my old vacuum would just consume the hair in the head for me to cut out. It's also nice to have a bin so I don't have to go to the dustbin and get dust everywhere. Highly Recommended

We own a robot vacuum ( roborock S7 MaxV Ultra ) that we have set to hoover and mop the livingroom/kitchen/diningroom every night and to complement this vacuum we now got this Samsung woody green bespoke jet. We truly love the trade in options Samsung offer and we have no regrets we bought this new hoover. It has a great built quality, it also looks the part and we have it sat in the corner next to a cupboard so it is in easy reach but doesnt look like a toy (like the Dysons do). Not only did we get a fantastic deal with this vacuum but all the accessories it comes with are great. I also find too many cordless vacuums on the market nowadays only come with a single battery and a running time of up to 40minutes or so. With this Samsung a 2nd battery is included in the box so you definitely can hoover most of the house (2 batteries give you approx 120 minutes). Honestly we can highly recommend and the the delivery was super quick too. We own several Samsung products and so far have a good experience too with customer support.

Great features of great suction power, changeable batteries and self cleaning station! The only drawback is the weight, which is a bit heavy. Would definitely recommend to my friends.

Having owned the Samsung Jet 90 for two years now I can say it performs really well as a cordless vacuum but removing, emptying, cleaning and refitting the dust canister is difficult and messy and eventually causes the mechanism to fail. The Bespoke Jet improves on the Jet 90 design by including the dust station charger stand in one unit. Not needing to remove and empty the dust canister after every use together with improved battery life, good range of tools, informative display, lighter weight and stylish modern looks makes this a great buy. The new Jet dual brush does not seem to suck down onto carpets as much as the older model but it performs just as well and even better on hard floors. The battery life is good and is easily enough for most - who wants to spend more than 30mins continuously vacuuming - replacing it back on its stand it reaches 50% charge within 1 hour and is fully charged in about 2 hours. I don’t like is the exhaust air position when using the short attachments and the spinning sweeper on previous model, seemed like a gimmick and hardly got used so I purchased this model without it. Everything else works very well for me and so far very happy with my purchase.

I received this vacuum cleaner from Samsung for product testing purposes. I admit that I didn't initially expect an awful lot, as we have already got through two pet hair vacuum cleaners with results that were below average. With our previous vacuum, the long black hair from my German Shepherd tangled round the beater bar and needed dismantling each time it was used. The vacuum ignored the fluffy hair my cat left behind. I couldn't believe it when the Samsung Bespoke Jet Pro Plus made short work of picking up all the hair left behind from my two furry friends. It is powerful and easy to use, gliding effortlessly over wooden floors, tiles and carpet and not leaving any mess behind. There was no fur or hair left tangled in the beater bar and the vacuum was easily emptied into the Clean Station, no fuss no mess. The crevice tools and mop attachments were welcome additions and particularly useful was the fact that the crevice tools were extendable. The pet hair tool did get tangled each time we used that, but this was the only negative thing about this vacuum cleaner which was a joy to use. Sadly we have had to give it back as it was only for a review test, but we will be going out in the very near future to buy one of our own.

I’ve had the Bespoke Jet Pro for 7 months now, so this is a balanced review after the ‘new purchase glow’ has worn off. First, the pros: This vacuum is really easy and convenient to use. The Clean Station is a dream, the vacuum is easy to manoeuvre, it has great suction on hard floors on jet mode, and carpet on max mode, it doesn’t block often, the mop attachment is really good, and it has easily replaceable accessories. It’s brilliant for quickly going over my downstairs daily. However, this brings me to my cons: it struggles with edges - the dual head leaves a few centimetres gap. Which drives me nuts. It means I can’t get to the edges or corners of my kitchen, or do the stairs properly, for example. I have to go over these areas with the round brush attachment, so I invariably run out of battery (both of them) before I can finish my house. It’s also rubbish at vacuuming the car. So to summarise, this is still a 4* vacuum. It’s well made and ultra convenient for quick cleanups. But I had to go out and buy another (corded) vacuum for deep cleaning my house, which is disappointing at this price point. @Samsung, please let me know when you release an upgraded dual floor head! Then this would be a 5* review for a perfect vacuum.

Let me be clear, if I had written this a month ago, I’d have left five stars, however, I can’t now do that. I have sung the praises of this vacuum to anyone I have met until recently. After seeing a few reviews for this vacuum on social media, I did my one research and it came out on par with the similarly priced top of the range Dyson, the deciding factor for buying this one instead was the clean station. Recently, while vacuuming my living room, the head of my vacuum snapped. I quickly contacted Samsung, only to be told this was ‘accidental damage’ and would not be covered under the two-year guarantee (now offering five) that they splash all over their website. I have used this vacuum for six months, never for anything more than whipping round the downstairs of my house and cleaning it regularly. For it to break while using it for its INTENDED PURPOSE and then to be told I’d have to pay out of pocket for a new head is absolutely abhorant and so I could never recommend this to anyone after this. I haven’t even used it upstairs as I still use my old one up there, I’ve not abused it and haven’t used it for anything other than vacuuming floors. It’s awful that Samsung have made a product they feel justified in charging premium prices for and failing to make adequately enough to withstand even light use. Don’t waste your money and go elsewhere.

While we do design all of our products to be resilient and provide a lengthy and reliable service, it is correct that any damage, even accidental damage would invalidate the warranty, and any repairs would be chargeable. How this is even for sale is beyond me. The wet pads have been discontinued, so it's impossible to use the wet cleaning feature. Yet the product is still for sale when the wet cleaning feature is useless and can’t be supported. The dust bags are also unavailable, meaning there's no way to empty the vacuum. I literally have a vacuum that is useless as there’s no way to empty it. Also who on earth reintroduces dust bags when other big brand vacuum cleaners did away with them years ago? The device itself for vacuuming tends to push dirt around rather than pick it up. The roller on the front can get debris stuck inside, and has scratched my flooring when wiping it over. The pet hair removal device frequently leaves pet hairs. The stand for the vacuum is highly static so attracts dust and requires lots of cleaning just for itself. The accessories stand doesn't have enough room for all the accessories, there's always one left over. The glass front means that every visitor to your house can see all your detritus like it's a fish bowl for viewing - who thought that was a good idea? They put the mounting so that you have to put the vacuum behind the device. Your wall is behind the device. Guess what? Damage to the wall instantly, unless you have the vacuum far away from the wall. I can't recommend it at all. Samsung should be ashamed of this product that can’t clean wet floors and you can’t empty straight away after purchase.

I received this vacuum cleaner from Samsung for product testing purposes. I have been using this vacuum for a week now and on the whole I was very impressed. For a cordless vacuum, I found the suction to be very good. I have a long haired cat whose fur is very silky, previous vacuums struggle to pick up the fur, yet this managed to. You are able to adjust the power level of the suction. For the most part i kept it on medium and this was more than adequate. The life of the battery was good. I was able to do the whole of downstairs (there is quite a lot of floor space to cover) and the staircase and upstairs landing on one charge. We have a mix of carpet and tiles and the vacuum moved seamlessly between the different types of floor and picked up well from both surface types. It was easy to maneuver around. Another thing I liked, on the pole of the vacuum, there is a button which allows you to extend or shorten the pole length. This enables you to find a height comfortable for you and also makes it easier to reach high up. It comes with a variety of attachments including a crevice tool and a brush which is perfect for reaching the coving or doing skirting boards. The different attachments were easy to change. Also in the box is a handy tool station which allows you to store all your tools away nice and tidy and using the carry handle, move them around the house with you. There is also a section to recharge your battery. Just plug the charger into the tool station and place your battery into the designated slot and leave it to charge. The dust canister appeared to be quite small and i thought it would require emptying after every room, but I was surprised with how much hoovering I could get done before the need to empty. Which brings me on to the cleaning station. It is very simple to use, you place a bag inside to collect the dust. You simply place the vacuum on the top of the cleaning station, you will feel it slot in nicely and press the button on the front. This automatically sucks the dust from the vacuum into the bag. When removing the vacuum from the station the bottom of the dust canister will be open and occasionally a small amount of dust will drop from it, also be sure to close it before next use. You can also leave the vacuum stood on the cleaning station as another way to charge the battery. For me personally, I felt the cleaning station to be a bit of a gimmick, it was good and did what it said. But at the same time, I felt like I was wasting time a little emptying the vacuum into the cleaning station and then emptying the cleaning station. I would just prefer to empty the vacuum. The aim is to reduce the dust flying everywhere, and it does for the most part eliminate this, but personally I would just rather have the dust bag fit into the vacuum and do away with the station. It was quite large and while it did have quite a sleek design to it, it was just stood there, taking up space in the corner of the room. I think that would be my only downside to the vacuum and all its extras it comes along with. Everything else I really enjoyed about the vacuum and thoroughly enjoyed using it.

We received this vacuum cleaner from Samsung for product testing purposes. Model tested Bespoke Jet Pro Extra. We've been looking for a new vacuum cleaner for quite some time, to replace our existing handheld bagless cleaner. Despite having the 'Animal' name, our current vacuum cannot cope with the thick long hair of our German shepherd, & requires the floor tool to be stripped down after every use to remove hair wrapped round the roller & trapped in the wheels. The Samsung Jet Bespoke appears to be the vacuum cleaner that we’ve been looking for. We've used it every day on solid wood floors, carpeted bedrooms, & slate tiles (uneven surface), & it has worked really well. We even did a test, hoovering with our current hoover, & then following it with the Samsung & it picked up an extra ½ to 2/3 of a bin that our regular hoover had missed. We tried all the tools that came with this hoover. The floor mop was great on our Oak floors, & did a good job on the tiles too. The box included a pack of disposable pads, & also a pair of reusable towelled mops. Ideally you would get a couple of extra towelled pads in the pack as we needed to wash/rinse these after every room – an extra set or two would make things easier. The disposable pack was ok, & you can flip them & use the back side, but they don't last very long & if you have a lot of uncarpeted floors like we do I could see it becoming expensive to rely on these. We couldn't really get on with the Animal head brush. It's not mentioned in the manual & we couldn't really see a use for it. We used it on the carpet where the dog lays, so it can end up covered in a lot of shed hair, & we found it just got really tangled up. The few times we used it we ended up cutting hair off the roller, so gave up in the end. I'm not sure if it's not supposed to be for carpets, but since the manual doesn't even mention it I can't see it being something we'd bother with. The crevice tool, & adjustable tools work just as you'd expect - the extending crevice tool is great for getting into narrow hard to reach places. The real bonus in the box though, is the cleaning station. It makes emptying the hoover so easy. After 10 days using the hoover daily, in a 5 bedroomed house we hadn't even half filled the bag in the station. The only slight niggle is that you have to remember to close the hoover canister when you've used the cleaning station, & ensure it's fully clicked shut. A couple of times when we 1st got it, it hadn't quite latched closed & popped open whilst being used, dropping the bin contents. This was only for the first few uses though. We quickly got used to it & it didn’t happen again. Good Points It feels like a really premium vacuum. Much better quality than our current hoover. It's actually very nice to use. The cleaning station - no mess, no missing the bin & dropping bits all over the floor. The best hoover we've tried for pet hair. It copes equally well with long dog hair & floaty cat hair. Not once had to be dismantled to clean the roller. Tool changing is quick. The parts fit together & feel reassuringly solid. Mop attachment – not having to get out a separate machine, or faff with a bucket & mop is welcome. A little cleaning fluid in the reservoir & the mops do a great job. The extending crevice tool was great, one of those things you never knew you needed til you got it. Bad points The manual isn't great. The parts identification list isn't clear. It looks like it was designed in colour and then printed in black and white so it’s difficult to identify each part. Some of the descriptions for the tools aren’t clear and the animal head isn’t even mentioned. Animal head got tangled with fur every time we used it. This was disappointing. It’s that good, we don’t want to give it back! Disappointed that we can’t buy it after having trialled it. Probably the best thing we can say about this hoover is that it’s that good, we’re going straight out to buy one. Very impressed.

I received this vacuum cleaner product from Samsung for product testing purposes - and I absolutely loved it. Upon the initial unboxing, the style instantly hits you. Samsung intended - and has succeeded in presenting the product as dynamic and powerful. The product arrives with its different accessories and at first, you may wonder how everything fits together or where you are going to keep them all. However, everything seems to fall into place once the product is fully unboxed. There is an accessory stand in which all the different attachments are neatly stored and has a carry handle for portability if needed. This also has a compartment for charging the 2nd battery. The main stand/charging dock looks like something out of Star Wars or Star Trek! As well as charging the vacuum it has a neat function which empties it as well at the touch of a button. One press and your device is cleaned, with the contents sucked into the removable dustbag, ready to go again. On to the vacuum……this is a light and very manoeuvrable piece of kit and is so easy to use. One press of the on button and away you go. There are 4 settings, Low, Mid, Max and Jet. Each is more powerful than the other but also draining on the battery. The default setting is Mid when you switch on, which gives you around 30 mins use from a full charge. Max is roughly 20 mins and Jet around 9 mins. The digital display on the handle gives you the time left before the battery needs to be charged again. A quick button press gives you more or less power, depending on your requirements. I went with the Max setting to start with and was surprised at how light and quiet it was as I went around the room. At first, I thought there was something wrong as it didn’t feel like it was sucking up anything until I looked in the dust compartment and saw everything there! It had picked up quite a bit in that short time of use. Then I switched it to Jet mode and it showed how powerful it was. The only downside to this selection is it is quite draining on the battery. The vacuum comfortably picks up on Mid or Max so there is no worry of the battery running out mid hoovering. With a 2nd battery included the house will look spotless in no time! . It’s very comfortable to hold and use, especially with its hose and adjustable settings. This makes a huge difference in cleaning, stopping the need to stoop or bend. The change in swapping attachments is a smooth process, as much as a simple clip and you’re done. There are several attachments to use and you can quickly change from one to the next in an instant. Even rapidly changing from the extended hose to using it as a small handheld device for those awkward areas. The only downside I found is that the thin extending tool didn’t really work as well unless the jet mode was used, causing quicker battery drain. This was a very minor quibble so nothing really to worry about. The vacuum comes with a “mop” extension for hard floors. Again, a simple click on/off with the different heads and attach the pads. It really is that easy! The clip-on wipe pads work fast and effectively to clean floors and there is a refillable water container that fits neatly inside if more moisture is required. Saving this much time over a regular mop makes this part of the cleaning process a breeze, and definitely not a chore! There are even moisturised disposable wipes included for extra handiness. You can comfortably exert enough pressure to scrub hard to clean areas that may occur throughout. Once everything is completed and your vacuuming/mopping is done, it is just a case of just placing your vacuum onto the stand and pressing the empty button! The digital display tells you what percentage the battery is at and there is a small LED light on the battery that goes from red to orange and then green when fully charged This is a fantastic piece of kit. It looks stylish, feels so light and comfortable to use and really is a joy from start to finish. I never thought I’d say that about a vacuum cleaner!!!
