Your Watch 5 Pro will prove to be extremely useful for both keeping you in touch with your world, and managing your life, Bill. You won't always need to have your smartphone in your hand to see any incoming messages as the watch will alert you to them and even let you respond on the go. We've designed it to be as customisable as possible, so every customer is able to tailor it to their own personal taste or style. The lengthy battery ensures that it's always by your side when you need it, thanks also in part to how quickly it takes to fully recharge it. We're glad that you're loving it! ^DB at Samsung Support

We're disappointed to see that you're not enjoying the look and design of your Watch5 Pro. It's been designed to be more lightweight, stylish and has sapphire crystal glass to make it even more durable than ever. To choose a new watch face, simply touch and hold the watch face to enter Edit mode > Tap a watch face to select it, and then tap Customise to change features like the background colour. You can also add widgets to appear on the watch face, if available > When you’re finished, press the Power (Home) key. The changes will instantly appear on your watch.
