Al año un auriculares empezó a hacer pitidos si lo ponías en modo cancelación total de ruido. Ese mismo auriculares con el tiempo empezó a reducir el volumen. La solución ofrecida por el local fue comprar unos nuevos, porque reinstalar el software no iba a corregir el hardware

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Galaxy Buds2, the sound quality is really good, but can be a bit muffled at times. The Ambient Sound and Noise Cancellation works so incredibly well. I also LOVE how easy the connectivity is across different galaxy devices, and even my school MacBook! The case has a very nice look to it and it feels very smooth. The only downside is that whenever I drop them, the buds always fall out of the case and onto the floor. I got the Z Flip3 styled case but that doesn't seem to affect it. the Z Flip3 case looks really cool though! It's like a mini version of my phone! Overall, I'm in love with my Galaxy Buds2, and I can't wait for the Buds3!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the average Joe, you won't be disappointed. The sound profile is good enough to enjoy any media but don't expect to hear every detail. The ANC is better than nothing and will cut out a bit of noise. The pass through mode is helpful for listening to your surroundings but does have a little bit of a tin can effect. The only issue is the battery life, with either anc or pass through mode on you're looking at 4-5 hours of battery life. It can be annoying running out battery but letting them charge in the case gives about an hour to keep you going. Overall, they are a very highly capable set of earbuds that won't give you much to complain about.

I've had my Buds2 for well over 2 years and they still work perfectly. The sound quality is really good and the noise cancellation is a life saver when commuting or when flying. I love the design, they are really comfortable and great for when I'm at the gym (although, they can slide when you have a sweaty session) and way more appealing than the stem design on AirPods. Not subtle at all. The case is quality too, I love the sound it make when it snaps shut. They are easy to connect and never fail and they last for ages so you know the battery is good. I'll be upgradibng to the Buds2 pro rather than the Buds3. I don't want the AirPod look.

E el uso diario que le doy en transporte publico la cancelacion de ruido es MUY buena al igual que la EQ de graves, que combinado con una buena equalizacion en el reproductor hacen una experiencia unica de sonido. Son livianos, practicos, facil de llevar y la bateria tambien muy destacable en su duracion, cumple con lo que dice. Felicitaciones !

However, in the process of acquiring a new Samsung phone, I decided to take advantage of the offer to get the galaxy buds2. I couldn't be any happier. It was a game changer. I use it for work, during Zoom calls, and also outside of work, mainly at the gym. I really like the noise canceling features and how it isolates me from the outside noise at the gym. I lost my case a couple of weeks ago and I realized how much it made a difference during my workout sessions. I actually just came to the website to check if they have the case to sell, otherwise I'll get a new pair.

In my experience battery usage is great and last long with battery not diminishing if not used for current period. Earbuds are slightly Big but still comfortable from my personal use. The noise cancelation can get slightly annoying if not playing an audio, and the ambient sound is loud and clear but has a static to it. The integrated app is okay at most not the best with little customization. Overall a good experience with audio not much of a audio guy more of a options and features. For the price it's well done and a good product.

But the buds are too big for my tiny ears! Even with the smallest rubber inserts, the buds fall out too easily if I'm talking, eating, or moving around because the bulb is bigger. It's kind of disappointing because I loved my Bud+ so much, and I thought the Buds2 would be even better. I guess the trade off is that the 360 sound is incredibly good! Ambient sound is also better that previous models and it's easy to hear both your music and ambient noise doesn't sound overly amplified.

Like the surround sound affect while having the piece if mind of knowing what's going on around you. I am giving a 3 star rating because I discovered a latex allergy to the materials used to make the earbuds. I found that Samshng is aware of the problem but hasn't provided a warning of possible allergic reaction when using the earbuds. Took me months before I realized the earbuds were causing severe ear canal issues. Sadly, a lot of companies use a form of latex in their earnuds & headsets. I had to invest in a different set from a competitor.

The noise cancelation works exceptionally well, along with the noise amplifying. This allows me to truly focused on what I am doing or being able to hear everything going on around me all at the same time. The Bluetooth range has completely surpassed my expectations. These are the only earbuds that I have found to handle heavy sweating or even moderate rain without being destroyed. Which is a major plus in hot and humid areas like Florida. You truly get what you pay for with these. I will definitely get the newer version once these finally die out.

I found this earphones at a good price at Samsung and bought them. They are much better than my previous pair. The battery works longer, the sound is impressive and the possibility to choose between active noise canceling and ambient sound has quite certainly saved my marriage! The Find My Earphone was a life saver and I was able to find the left earphone almost 20 hours after I had lost them in a pile of leaves. Again, the health of my marriage was on the balance and the Galaxy Buds 2 came to the rescue!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wouldn't choose any other option for premium sound quality. Samsung buds have always delivered with surround sound and outside noise control. I use them for everyday tasks such as listening to music, podcasts and making calls all without interruption from any outside noise around me. When I'm on an important call, the caller doesn't even realize I'm using them, nor can hear interference from the crowd I'm in, and vice versa. The entertainment aspect of the buds is just as incredible with true 360 sound. I would never switch over to another brand, I'm locked in. They fit well, connect no problem and have good audio. I do wish they held a little longer charge, with no noise canceling they will last 6 hours but charge very quickly in the case so it's not a big issue. The case lasts about 4 days. I'm told the microphone isnt the best and i often have to repeat myself, especially in outdoor conditions. My main issue is the fact that it has nowhere that allows for a keychain as I like to keep them on my person instead of floating in my bag. Overall happy, I can always count on Samsung products!

I use it to time different tasks to keep me on track and set alarms and reminders. I am a mother of four boys. Life is chaotic. This watch helps me to keep things on track and to monitor myself because, let's face it, mom have a difficult time taking care of themselves when they are focused on their kids. The battery lasts quite a while. I put it on the charger each day when I take a shower and I have not had an instance when I'm afraid it is going to die prematurely as I've had with previous galaxy watch models. It looks good too!

I have little odd ears and most wireless headphones fall out or are to big for my ears. These fit amazing one does still work it's way out of my ear a little but I have never lost them. I have went running with them I work in them everyday. The only problem I had was for about a month my right one wouldn't stay connected. I did all the normal steps uninstalled,checked for updates, unpaired repaired them still wouldn't stay connected then one day I tried and they went through an update and worked. I am not sure if my phone had to update so they could or what happened.

The fit is super comfortable with no chance of them taking out. The touch controls took a bit of time to get used to, but once I got the hang of it, I had no problem increasing the volume, pausing, or skipping a song. Connectivity to my Galaxy S21 phone is flawless. I do wish there was a find your charging case feature because when I misplace the buds they are always in the charging case. I love these so much, my wife and kids each got a pair of their own for Christmas. (My son kept "borrowing" mine without asking!)

The sound has balanced bass boost and is clear even when you are far away from your phone. The active noise canceling also is amazing when you need to block out other noises. The buds are very simplistic and not too flashy. They also have a unique design and the eartips are really soft. Another thing I love is the connectivity features. You can control volume, ambient noise control, and track your earbuds all from the "Smart things" and "Galaxy wearable" apps ob your phone. This makes it easy to have everything connected and controllable.

They paired quickly with my Z Flip 5 and seamlessly can switch from my phone to my tablet. The sound quality is amazing and the noise cancelling and ambient sound modes work well. Whether I'm watching a movie on my phone or TV or playing music, the sound is always crystal clear. The charging case always fits in my pocket and the battery life is great. The find my buds feature is also extremely useful if you happen to lose either of your buds. The Galaxy Buds2 are great Bluetooth earbuds that I would definitely recommend. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my galaxy buds 2 every day 4 hours minimum as my daily commute takes up 2 hours and combined with usage for music, watching videos, and attending online classes, my usage ends up being 4 hours or more. With that they easily last up to 3 days. I absolutely love how easy it is to switch between non Samsung devices as well once my buds are paired. Just turn on Bluetooth and they connect instantly. The sound quality is also some of the best I've had out of the various headphones I've used however samsung does have other models which surpass the buds 2. Overall I'm very satisfied with these headphones as I've been using them for 2 years now with no issues!

They still have good as new sound quality and have had consistent battery life for the year I have had them for. Another amazing property of the galaxy buds2 in my life would have to be the accessibility options and the quality of life changes such as them reading you your notifications, or being able to use and set up some limited touch controls. Overall I would recommend them to anyone looking for buds. My only complaint would be the microphone quality isn't always the best, however that is greatly outweighed by the positives.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use them for work to listen to music and podcast and for hands free calls .. they were loud and great when I got them. very comfortable to wear all day .. then they started losing battery but only on one at a time.. I reset them and all was ok .. then they quit sending updates and now my left bud has very muted sound (a whisper at best) and the right side isn't as loud as it once was.. I've reset, blown it out, cleaned, reset settings, even got into developer settings to change volume limit... still didn't help.. I downloaded several sound amplifiers . They helped a little for right side and nothing for the left side.

Compré este producto hace 3 meses s y me han funcionado perfecto, el aspecto que más se destaca es la comodidad del producto y su diseño,sin remarcar que tiene buena duración de la carga. Encuentro dos detalles que para mi no son tan importantes pero para otros tal vez si sobretodo el aspecto de que se caen mucho, hay que estarlos ajustando constantemente y el otro aspecto es que s e puede apreciar un valumen no tan alto en ciertos ambientes pero para mí este último no es de gran importancia ya que destacan más sus virtudes que sus desventajas. Anteriormente tuve los Icox X y se escuchaban más fuerte pero eran muy incomodos.

I also have the Galaxy watch 45 mm and the Samsung Bud 2 of all the symptoms I have devices I love the bus two more because of the long battery life. I'm always on the go and they don't really watch TV a lot so madrider the time I use them to listen to books, podcast, music and YouTube interviews. One of the main features I love about the device apart from its battery life is the independent usage because while I'm at work I still need awareness even though it had the ambience feature I used them independently of each other just for it to last longer so I have continuously.

Not only does it fit my ears perfectly (there are 3 sizes for ear pieces), the quality is amazing compared to my old Buds+ . What's convenient about the Buds is that you can customize the touch setting to your liking (e.g 1 tap to pause songs or pick up the phone while 2 taps to skip songs or end the call, etc.) Changing the volumn is very quick and easy and there are other settings to make sure you get the best of your purchase. I bought them last year 2022 and they're still working very well despite my clumsy hands always dropping them. Over all, they are an amazing purchase.

I really like the ability to control them through multiple devices. I like the smaller size and the way the fit into my ears without sticking out. I use them daily. I use them for conference calls, watching Netflix and even while mowing the yard. However, I use them most frequently while working out. The stay in very well, wether I'm lifting weights or running on the treadmill. The only downfall I can report is their high exterior touch sensitivity. I have found that I have to be careful if I'm wearing a hoodie. Inevitably it will rub and stop my music or movie.

My few grievances are that the cade for the Buds 1 looked more premium with its shape and matte finish over the square shape and glossy finish of the buds 2. Also, the ear fits in Buds 1 made the buds more comfortable and, they always stayed in my ear. The buds 2 fall out of my ear too commonly. As such readjusting happens more than I'd like. Lastly, the touch panel doesn't seem as accurate as the Buds 1 so, the touch features don't always work as intended All in all, a high quality with only a few quirks that, I recommend to all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The equalizer is top notch, and I love the sound. You will hear the sound cut in and out. It does not matter how great the sound is, or how easy it is to tap the sides as buttons. These buds have horrible connectivity issues that you will quickly become frustrated. Especially with the left ear bud, it will drop connection for a second or two, reconnect, and in 30 seconds drop again. It's incredibly jarring. I've gone through 3 pair, 2 warranty. I've tried pros as well, and the beans. The same problem persists in all of them that I've never had in another brand that isn't bottom shelf. Samsung makes great phones but I can never, never recommend buying any earbuds.

But there are some things i need to bring to light about the buds 2. 1) I've had to switch from the buds audio when talking on the phone with them to putting the phone to my ears people said i was very quiet or muffeled. 2) the fit (my ears) dont fit the best. No matter which ear tips i got on it still tends to slip out of my ears and i find it annoying to adjusting it in my ears so much. The buds 1 fit better in my ears if im honest 3)they couldve use slightly better audio like a bit louder and/or more base but overall great!

I love the ambient noise and noise cancelling features along with the customizable options for one, two, or three taps. One thing I also like is being able to use features in beta like being able to tap my earlobe to access extra Touch features. I do wish that they had some sort of Samsung AI integrated at a touch, that way I could interact with Galaxy Ai and set timers or call someone or access other features of my headphones without needing to take my phone out of my pocket. Overall a five-star product and I love the green color of my headphones.

I love the fact that there's noise canceling, so that I can concentrate and listen to music or podcasts while I'm working. At home, I use these mostly for music or watching videos. The sound quality is beautiful. Compared to my cheaper earbuds I use as backups, the sound is richer and more clear. I can even hear background noises while watching movies - things you would only notice if you have a surround sound system. These earbuds are comfortable to wear for long periods of time, as long as you have the correct fitting. They're also easy to pair with my S22 and my Galaxy Tab S6 Lite.

The sound canceling is like your ears lock onto the headphones and you can only hear what is being played in these headphones. The headphones comes with different size buds for your headphones which is very convenient! The tapping gestures to control the volume, picking up phone calls, to change songs, etc the list goes on! Also with the shape for the headphones with them also being earbuds you would think it would be uncomfortable, it is NOT. It's so comfortable, I actually fall asleep with them sometimes in my ears lol .

The sound quality is great as well for the other person hearing me because I usually have good feedback from people about it. Which I have actually bought and gifted some of these to family as well. The charge lasts for such a good amount of time on the buds and the case I dont have to charge it until several days later or after a week. I love the find me option on them since I have misplaced them in my home before so that is an added bonus. Definitely worth the price. I have had them for 2 years now and they continue to work as if they are brand new.

While the sound quality of the buds 2 is great, and the noise cancelling is really amazing, these buds never stay in my ear for more than 5 minutes without having to be adjusted or pushed back into my ear. They constantly fall out and the shiny plastic material they are made from becomes slippy instantly. There is no silicone or ridge on them to keep them secure, and every time you push the earbuds back in your ear the touch controls activate and turn of the ANC or pauses your song etc. So you end up in a constant cycle of pushing in, touching to unpause, 2 mins of listening and continue the cycle. Incredibly annoying and such a downgrade for wearability from the buds 1.

If I find myself in a busy space, I waste no time popping them in. If that space is especially louder than your average coffee shop, I switch to noise canceling which is usually on by default. These Troopers help me throughout the day and with the added assistance of my galaxy watch I can essentially accept phone calls phone free. I will say they are also very durable. They've endured fall damage and water damage (I accidentally washed them) and they will still be with you the whole 9 yards. There's nothing more I could say about these Troopers except they are very worth it.

I use my buds for music on walks or private listening in public or group settings. I also use them for phone calls and occasional Zoom calls. The sound quality is fantastic. The microphones appear to work really well as noone complains of not hearing me. Thus far battery life has also been good, although I have not tested their full life yet as I have only had them for 8 or 9 months. The case recharges them and protects them. I love this. This is likely why I never have battery issues. I definitely recommend them for anyone regardless of device you pair them with.

Me regalaron estos auriculares hace casi 3 años. Admito que pasar de auriculares de cable convencionales a esto fue un salto enorme. La calidad del sonido es excelente. Que se pueda configurar casi todo mediante la aplicacion esta muy bien. Los materiales son de buena calidad. El punto malo que puedo decir es que después de 1hr/1hr 30min se vuelven incómodos. Da una sensación rara que te dan ganas de sacártelos. Es como si se sintieran muy grandes en la oreja. Primero pensé que era mal elegido el tamaño, pero probé todos y con todos me pasa lo mismo. Para correr nose si recomiendo, da la sensación que se van a salir, es mas un par de veces se me ha salido, pero no muchas.
Recomendé este producto.

The fit was great and snugged in the beginning but now they tend to slide when I'm walking or running fast. They charge really fast and the battery last for days depending on how often you use them. They pair quickly with my Samsung phone. Lastly, the down side is that 1 ear (left ear) stopped working correctly and consistently after 7 months. The volume would go low for days and then come back. It would do this off and on. Now it just stays that way. I haven't had time to get it fixed or inspected but I ran out of the warranty window so I just dealt with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy Buds2 are an overall solid pair of earbuds. The sound quality is pretty good, and the speed of connecting to your phone is very fast. I have enjoyed the customizability (although limited) of tapping and holding your finger to the earbuds. The only two things that have not been perfect for me are the double-tap on the inside edge of the earbuds feature to change the volume and how well they stay in my ears. I believe the volume adjustment feature is a beta feature, so I can't blame Samsung for not yet ironing out the wrinkles on that. Overall, these are a really solid pair of earbuds for a great price.

The touch interactions on the earbuds are easy to customize and work when you want them to with little if any accidental touches being recognized. The sound quality of the earbuds are excellent for the price with a nicely tuned U-Shaped EQ that can be customized in the Samsung Gear app if desired. The 360° sound is comparable to a similarly priced headset. I would highly recommend these earbuds to anyone with a Samsung or Android device. The Windows app also improves seamlessness of having separate profiles between devices. Very good product.

Great quality, and perfect fit. The only criticisms is if you lose one, things get a bit janky. You can't update them without both in the case, the find my buds alarm is ultra quite so that makes it rough, and I wish they had a few more features not related to the touch pad. Galaxy AI integration for older models, hands free assistant wakeup would be great and maybe a manual pairing button on the case would be awesome. Otherwise I definitely recommend these and any other galaxy bud products to anyone looking for a good headset, especially for gaming.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used my Galaxy Buds2 daily for about a year, in about every condition, it could be raining, snowing, or just sunny and I would pretty much always be listening to music and they sounded amazing. The noise canceling was also good and they got plenty loud with good bass. However after about a year of use they started to get quite over time even with regular cleaning, following samsungs instructions. Eventually they got so quiet I could barely hear them on the lowest volume and I had to stop using them. They are amazing earbuds but have a somewhat short lifetime. I would recommend them to someone who could afford to switch to a new version every year or so but not many others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These ones kinda suck. Battery is only like 3 hours, even with ANC or Ambiant Sound turned off. Plus, they are not comfortable at all. I had to get 3rd party ear tips just to be able to use them longer than 30 minutes. They constantly start to slip out with the native ear tips, and I don't have that issue with any other ear bud. What ever material these are made of suck. Not really any Galaxy AI in this set, which isn't really a big deal. But just so you're aware. Hands down, don't recommend these ones. Maybe Buds2 pro? Or just spring for the 3 or 3 pro. But skip these ones. Only gave an extra star than needed for sound quality, but all Samsung headphones sound like that.

They exceed expectations in all performance categories however a major drawback is that they are uncomfortable in my ears and fall out easily. I've tried changing the size of the silicone ear plug but that did not seem to help at all. Microphone performance is excellent and audio quality is superb. The noise canceling feature works well and basically saved my upstairs roommate from me flipping put on him. Conversely the amplify ambient sound feature seems to work well. Although I don't have a reference point for comparison as this was my first experience with that feature. In summation, if they fit better, they would be perfect.

I think the sound quality and incredible portability make them incredible. The battery life is also great, I use them daily and charge maybe once or2x a week. I don't listen for 6 hours straight of music so the maximum is never reached. Find my earbuds is also incredible. I've had them tossed on accident once but the galaxy device network detection combined with the Bluetooth radar by signal strength let me find them which otherwise would have been impossible. They can also chirp loudly to help you echolocate them. These features have saved my earbuds over and over.

My beats earbuds have a slightly better quality of sound but it's a great contender. The fit is very comfortable in my opinion and they obviously come with the different size ear pieces for a more customized fit for the individuals ear. The only reason I didn't rate it five stars is for the simple fact of the touch response. I felt like it was to difficult to find the right spot to touch to either skip or pause my music(really whatever you have it set to). Overall they are great.

However, I have noticed a significant reduction in sound quality over about a year. The buds have been progressively getting quieter - first it was just one, then the other dropped out too. They're still usable, but they definitely don't sound as crisp and clear as they used to. The design is also comfortable but falls out of my ears easily regardless of what size silicone tips I use. Overall, I think they're worth it, but hopefully the newer models have improved lifespans.

The right ear to turn them up all you have to do is touch the right earbud and they turn up same thing with the left side but they will turn down the volume instead!!!. There's another setting when your listing to music and you talk or they hear someone talk they turn down automatically then when the conversation is over they turn right back up where they were. Battery life is also an amazing thing they last forever and when the earbuds themselves die throw them in the "box" and they will charge in no time. I'm pretty sure you can place them on the back of another samsung phone and the phone will charge them.

The sound quality is quite good for earbuds, and I like how they have a very flat profile. The battery life is around six hours, which is enough for most of my use cases. They are discreet and have a stylish appearance. The only major issue that I have had with them is the design - they tend to fall out of my ears a bit when I am using them for long periods of time, and because the whole bud is touch sensitive, sometimes I end up pausing my music or skipping tracks when I readjust them in my ears. This can be a bit annoying. Overall, I am happy with the product and they have served me well.

I wish they were louder, but I am also hard of hearing so that may be a me thing. They're super cute, they charge really fast. The controls are super easy to figure out, but can be a little sensitive. With having a hard time keeping them in, I do have to push them back into place and when I do that I can trigger the buttons - pause or volume. They connect seamlessly from my phone to my computer. I like the control panel on my android phone - makes operating them even easier.

I just took them for a trip and on the plane, I was listening to my music and only that. The bass is great and not overwhelming. I also like the ambient noise in case I am at a place where I want to know what is going on around me while listening to music. Making calls is just great, the other people on the line can hear me clearly and they have not noticed that I am wearing earbuds. I like that they do have Bluetooth 5.0 and both the case, and the buds are small enough to fit in my pocket or just have them in my backpack.

Malfunctioning: I bought these buds in January 2024, and now, a little more than 1 year later, the left side is malfunctioning, making a very annoying sound all the time. A little bit frustrating since they are very new and I don't even use them that much, just when I go to the gym. Design: The design is not good, many times I have to adjust them in my ears because they start to get off by themselves, especially if I'm at the gym. I'm not even doing any different movement, they simply start to get off, which is very annoying. Features: The noise cancelling is very good, and so is the sound quality.

Connection with my samsung phone works very fast. Reliable ear piece that I can use on my daily needs. I usually use earbuds when I want to block out noises such as a baby crying on the airplane. I love the option to find my missing earbuds or bud on the galaxy wearable app. Color options are my favorite. I chose bora/purple. There are lots of ways to customize your earbuds. I got the minions case. You have the option to get ditto or snorlax or pokevall if you are a pokemon fan.

The sound quality absolutely rocks for my incredibly wide taste in music, and noise-cancelling works better than my work-provided ear protection. A simple tap enables me to close out the external world or tap back into reality as needed. The fit is great, keeping them secure in my ears with moderate activity, and the charge lasts all day and then some. The wireless charging case is great as it keeps its own charge for multiple days, and it fits in my pocket making it easy to store and charge my buds safely when not in use. Overall I've never been happier with an in-ear audio device as I have with my Samsung Buds. I won't buy anything else.

But I enjoy using them to listen to Music discreetly at work and it helps make my work more enjoyable. I'd say that the audio quality is really nice and I do like the touch features that are easy to navigate. My favorite part is the active noise canceling and/or ambient sound option. I find that really good just in case if somebody might be trying to get my attention. Overall I really enjoy them and I think they are well worth the money that I spent on them.

I don't use ambient sound very often but it seems to work well during phone calls. The microphone is sensitive which is great. The battery life is also excellent. I've had my buds for 6 months now. My biggest issue is that they fall out constantly and every time I try to readjust them, I bump the touch pad portion and pause the music. I've turned the touch pad off before but it's really convenient to be able to control your music from it. The first version of the buds were much more ergonomically shaped and stayed put much better. This is the biggest drawback to this version and I wouldn't buy them again because of it.

Thank God it was just water I love how easy it is to connect to device I also like how you can change settings by touching the earbuds. Another cool feature is Testing the fit to make sure you can hear Is definitely a good thing. The only issue I have is that some people say I sound like a robot, I'm breaking up, I sound muffle, This problem is with friends, family and business. So before I start a conversation. I always ask how well can you hear me. Plus another good thing is battery life and also how well you can charge them up and how fast they charge up.

I use these buds as my main audio source for the above mentioned uses. Only real complaints I have is when you have them in for an extended period, they seem to slightly leak out of my ear prompting me to push them back in every now and then. This sometimes triggers the play/pause touch feature - even end call feature a couple of times. Audio for listening at the gym is decent for me. Wish there was more bass but that's more of a preference I believe. The ANC works flawlessly in my opinion. I'd recommend these buds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These headphones were the best choice I ever made, they may have been expensive, but compared to Jlab, its 100 that I won't need to reenvest for many years. I am already on my second year and the battery is still lasting weeks under one charge and the software is really good quality. I do wish they brought more features to it, such as an improved noise cancelation mode to reduce even voices, or an ability to slide down on them to complete an action, but they have been great. On the side of comfort, they feel fine, they are light on the ear but they can fall out if bumped (not quite running however). The eartips do break and have no replacements. Can buy online, but they wear out quickly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pretty happy with my Galaxy Buds Pro and wasn't remotely considering upgrading but the deal with a new Fold 4 was a no brainer. I'm glad I did - the improvements are actually meaningful - the buds are much lighter and more comfortable and unlike the previous generation these ones are rock solid in my ears and don't need constant readjusting. The noise cancellation has improved from what was already a pretty impressive base and on shorter flights I'm now leaving my Sony cans at home and simply rocking the Buds Pro 2s without a problem. The sounds quality is excellent and people report great call quality for phone calls as well so no complaints whatsoever from me, great piece of tech!

I'm luv how the sound comes through as if I'm there! Which is so Amazing tht I won't bother w/any other product! I've been a loyal Samsung fan/user so long I can't imagine using any other device. Since the update has downloaded to my S21+ I've noticed that the Galaxy AI was added and I used it for the first time last week. I love it! It makes it easier to re-write paragraphs when applying for grants or responding to chats! I also noticed it's ability to help me with searching google as well.

The noise canceling is amazing and even the ambient noise setting is great! The sound quality is awesome. I love that I can charge the case and use the buds at the same time and that it charges the buds when they're just sitting in the case. The only issue i have is they are a little hard to stay in my ears and it will turn off the noise canceling just cause it won't pick up that they are in my ear. I am wanting to get the next upgrade soon but I am very very happy with these ones for now!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love to use my buds 2 to hear music all the time, i dont usually go on trips but when i do and i have to get on an airplane its the best option because the noise cancelation is excellent, i use that and some music and its like if i wasnt there, the microphone is also very good, i have been in situations with loud noises and the mic catches my voice only and very clearly, battery lasts like 6-8 hours, although it has been degrading since i Bought them 2+ years ago but i would gladly buy another pair if i ever have to, i previously had the buds 1 and these are clearly better, better speakers and its just more comfortable to wear for long periods of time plus its fast time charge, i love these

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Buds 2 as part of a promotion with the purchase of a phone. Overall, the sound quality and range in relation to the phone is impeccable. However, the biggest issue is how to place the Buds within your ear. I actually did not use them for several months because I could not keep them in my ears. That is because I was wearing them like most people wear the Apple pods. You actually need to invert them to create a good fit within your ear. Even then they tend to be a bit bulky, but I am no longer fearful of losing them every time I take a step. Given the value I would recommend over Apple, but you need to know how to wear them first, otherwise it will seem like a huge disappointment.

Listening to podcasts that are too mature for my kids to hear, gaming, watching movies late at night when my family is asleep, even playing white noise in my ear as I'm falling asleep so that I don't lie awake thinking about my problems. I'm serious, it's probably not healthy but I don't care. One of my favorite features is how easily they transition between devices. Phone, desktop, Samsung TV, it doesn't matter. How do they do it? Is it Galaxy AI? I don't know, but it's great. The only thing I wish is that they were waterproof so I could wear them in the shower.

Using it during every day works, home, office, gym works effortlessly. The fit is proper, the risk of earbuds falling of ear is very less even during running. The noise cancelation feature is top notch, with one single touch you can switch between noise cancelation mode and surround sound mode. The size is quite small but it has a long lasting battery, loved the product. One minor improvement could be connect to multiple devices at once. Currently it only supports connecting to single device at any time

The sound is great and i love that they have the noise canceling option. Plus I am able to control the volume and change the song simply by touch on the ear buds themselves! They also can be charged wirelessly!The only complaint I would even have would be they tend to fall out of my ear quite a bit and I have changed the rubber piece multiple times and they still fall out after wearing for a bit. Other than that they are amazing and I will not buy another brand of headphones again!

I can listen to my favorite podcasts, listen to music, and watch videos in relative comfort while drowning out background noise. My only real issue is when making phone calls. I've had people tell me it sounds like I'm standing in the wind whilst speaking to them. I'm not really sure what's up with that. Otherwise than that the size are what I like about these bud's the most they fit snuggly and comfortable in my ears and are practically unnoticeable.

I enjoy that they have true noise canceling, And doesn't compromise on sound quality. Another coal feature is that They will last you for hours of play on a single charge. They fit comfortable in the ear, So you can wear them for hours. These little buds sound great, they go. Hand-in-hand with my j beats in earbuds. I would say the only downside is that there's not a page button or some type of way to locate an ear Bud After you have Drop it or lost it. As far as sound quality, there a tie with the Dre beats, But they you beat them in price. I would recommend you go out and get a pair of the samsung galaxy buds 2.

Everything pairs and works seamlessly together. Easy to use, quick charge and long battery mean that you will have plenty of music or talk time. I have used them off and on for the entire day without needing a recharge. Wether I'm on the go hanging out with friends or at the gym. They are super comfortable and easy to store. Able to control them by touch rather than pulling out my phone makes it so easy to use. Can't wait to see what they come up with next.

Sound quality is good. The ANC is ok but not great, and the passive noise cancelling is basically non-existent due to the fit. The fit is terrible, they don't stay in my ears, especially the right one which constantly falls out, this is annoying as I end up constantly pausing or skipping songs trying to push it back in. I prefer my old Samsung Galaxy Buds+ from 2020 with the bit that grips your antihelix and helps them stay in your ears, they also had better passive noise cancelling. Overall, the sound quality is good, but only if you're sat still. For the gym, I still use my old ones.

No son estrictamente relación "costo-beneficio" pero son la puerta de entrada a una calidad increíble para unos auricualares de estas características. Prácticamente sello de calidad, muy bien Samsung. Le daría 5 estrellas pero tienen 1 punto en contra: las almohadillas son las peores en la historia de unos auriculares (y sin considerar el efecto glossy del plastico de los propios auriculares que en si perjudica el punto de las almohadillas de silicona). Sólido "top 1" en el Tier 2 de auricualares truewireless.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The earbuds still have the power in the sound, it fits so good inside the ear and the experience with the music and call is so smooth, the responsive touch in-built is really good, you can make a lot things just touching the earbud. The noise control is even better, when I'm outside and I just want to listen my music, I just touch for 3 seconds the earbud and automatically get the noise control ON. The microphone is really good to recognize my voice on the calls, just capture my voice and some ambiental sounds. I really love the wireless charging cause I don't have to be worried about to connect my earbuds, I just turn on the Wireless power sharing and I can enjoy for more time my music and calls.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to think the Samsung earbuds would not be worth the price. I didn't think they would be any different than any other earbuds. I never realized that they could make such a difference in my life. I have some hearing loss in one ear. I struggle with online meetings and with streaming. With the Samsung buds, I can balance the sound off each earbud with an app on my phone. I can balance out the sounds and control the volume. They also fit great and don't fall out of my ears like most of the other earbuds I have tried. They have great sound. I keep them with me all of the time. The case is small and easy to carry in a pocket or pouch. I really couldn't think of any way to improve them.

I walk/run a lot, so I needed ear buds that are comfortable, good sound, and long lasting battery. The sound is amazing with customizable sounds. Great bass, with clarity. The comfort, fit and them staying in while moving is great. I love that they can locate the earbuds when not in case. They charge fast and last awhile. The only thing I dislike about them are the shape, being round and smooth is easier to drop them. Other than that Samsung Galaxy Bud2 are my everyday, anytime ear buds I listen to.

I often use the product to speak on the phone because the microphone and sound allows for easier conversations, especially in loud places. The only thing i dislike is that the buds start to slip out when youre sweating and its water proofing could be better so it can be a bit nerve racking when its raining out. It can be kind of a pain to clean because since they are buds, they can get a bit waxy over time. But nothing that some alcohol and a qtip cant fix. All in all, would recommend to others.

I wear them all day to listen to music and audio and they never get uncomfortable! They stay in my ear nice and snug for the duration of my workout - aerobics, cardio, weightlifting, or yoga. The noise canceling features are amazing - wether I am listening to something or taking a call - especially considering I have a 3 year old toddler in the background for most of my day. The battery life keeps going all day long with me. I would highly recommend these headphones!

After watching a few YouTube videos I found out that the buttons have their own volume that can be adjusted by touching the right bud. Once I was able to fix the volume I was satisfied for the price I paid. Now it's been a few months and I notice a few things like whenever I'm out for a walk with them on I notice a weird crackling sound whenever I put my phone to sleep or changing the songs. The best way to describe the sound is using aux headphones and moving the cord where it makes somewhat of a static noise. I would like to try the Buds Pro 2 but at the price listed and the quality of the Buds 2 I would prefer to wait for the next deal.

The sound is crystal clear, without the constant "crackling" sound I noticed on an older model I had. On the other side with calls, the microphone is outrageous. Sometimes the person I'm speaking to can hear birds chirping from across the street as if I'm surrounded by a flock of overly excited pigeons. The only issue I have is the battery life. Lots of power. Great sound. Great microphone, but these die faster than a mute's poetry career. I have less than an hour before I'm hearing the beeping to charge again. All in all a small gripe for such a great set of buds. These aren't even the newest model, so I can only imagine what those are like.

Me los regalaron hace 5 años y la verdad super bien, se me han perdido los audifonos por separado y me encanto que puedo ubicarlos por gps. Una vez se me perdio un audifono en la calle y logre localizarlo. La bateria me dura bastante, los puedo conectar con dispositivos ya sea celulares de otras marcas y ipads (excepto macbook) . Estoy enamorada del diseño, son discretos. Yo los tengo vinculados a mi Galaxy Watch fit 3, a un Galaxy flip 4, un Galaxy M35, una imac y un ipad. Los recomiendo. Yo los amo, suenan muy bien, se han caido con y sin caja y no se me han descompuesto.
