Poor product I purchased this case as part of the s26 ultra pre-order which was shipped to me on 24th March 2026. I have never dropped my phone and within 2 weeks of use I noticed the corners at bottom of the case (near the s pen and near the Sim card) has visible cracks. This is a very expensive phone case and the quality is worser than non-samsung cases. I purchased this thinking the quality and fit would be much b etter but clearly not. Don't waste your money. I'm very disappointed in this product.

That’s really disappointing, especially given you expected a premium level of durability to match the phone. Cracking under normal use within such a short period definitely isn’t the experience you should be having. Pésima experiencia. Apenas al segundo día de uso, la carcasa ya está completamente rayada sin haber recibido ningún trato brusco. La relación calidad-precio es terrible; no protege estéticamente el equipo y el material es de muy baja resistencia. Es una pérdida de dinero total. No la recomiendo en absoluto. Ahora compre la de silicona y va por el mismo camino. No entiendo que paso este año con Samsung y sus accesorios para el S26 Ultra. Decepcionante.

I purchased this case as part of the s26 ultra preorder which was shipped to me on 24th March 2026. I have never dropped my phone and never took the case off the phone after placing it on. Within 2 weeks of careful usage, I noticed the bottom of the cases where the corners are (near the S pen and sim card slot) has visible cracks. This is a very expensive phone case and the quality is very poor. I would not waste your money on this.

El producto no está cumpliendo su función básica: el material es excesivamente resbaladizo y carece de agarre, lo que provoca que el teléfono se deslice constantemente de las manos durante el uso diario. I have always been using the Galaxy Ultra all the time and for this S26 Ultra, I have found this to be one of rhe best so far. The battery can last longer and the AI is great, help me with a lot of things. Also the fingerprint sensor is lbetter thean the previous models.Great that I bought this phone, no regrets

Extremely disappointed that there is no S View Wallet Case option available. This used to be one of the key differentiators of Samsung and the S Series. None of the current options seem to offer any real distinction now. I only bought one so I could leave the store, but I am extremely dissatisfied.

Es increíble que se ponga a la venta este tipo de funda tan nefasta; sinceramente, un producto con fallas tan evidentes no debería estar en el mercado. Vale muchísimo dinero como para recibir una calidad tan pésima. Los acabados se sienten baratos y no justifican para nada su valor.

DO NOT BUY. It broke within 4 weeks of use and Samsung will not offer warranty replacement for it. I ordered online. I tried to go in store, they told me to call Samsung. Samsung said it's not covered under warranty. Don't waste your time.

The case is overpriced. Its just a thin plastic case with no protection for the phone. The profile is slim however if you drop the phone likely the phone will be damaged.
