The All Round Light feature gives good brightening from top to bottom, you an easily find the items when you open the fridge. Easy access to vegetables, fruits and snacks. Pitcher in the side door is an amazing feature, you no need to fill the ice water every time, it fills automatically and ice water available all time. I love the freezer section, again the All Round Light feature helps me to find the freeze home made meal easily( I prepare very week) and the ice cubes tray is another fantastic added feature. Overall I love this model externally and internally.

The fridge size is much bigger than I was expecting and the drawers/shelves go back pretty far, and there isn't a lot of weird angles inside the fridge. The ice dispenser in the freezer is great as it has two baskets for ice and the large ones aren't too big, and the small ones are great for beverages. It is also nice that the shelves come in to parts so you can have a half shelf if needed for tall beverages. The water pitcher auto refill is really nice and quick so no waiting for fresh filtered water.

Got this fridge 2 1/2 years ago. The fridge does not last, plain and simple, error code 23C and a bunch of cascading errors after this. We had a repairman come in to replace the condenser and a couple more parts. Great its working again, but only for about 3 weeks until it fails again. The reservoir that cools the water before dispensing it cracked because of ice build up we were unaware of. Now we are getting 23c error code again. How is your product so fragile? The cost of parts to replace are almost as much as a new fridge. How is this possible when your parts are so cheap? Cannot recommend ever buying Samsung again because of this.

Touch automatic door opening is wonderful and works great. The automatic water filling pitcher is a nice feature also along with the two different size ice cubes available in the freezer. Water filter is easy to get to. Refrigerator cooled down pretty quickly. Samsung’s fingerprint resistant stainless steel is much more appealing to the eye than a shiny stainless steel. It is almost a cross between black stainless steel and regular stainless steel. It has a little bit darker hue to it that works great in the kitchen.

Once again, Samsung has FORCED garbage on their customers. If it isn't forcing ads on their TVs, it's forcing worthless garbage like the "Auto door" function on its refrigerators. Our freezer is constantly being opened and closed because of this crappe and we have freezer burned food and ice clumps instead of cubes from it. That's what happens when you have a constant stream of room temperature air being puched into your freezer all day long. Oh, you can disable this "feature" on other models, but not this one. So, Samsung KNOWS the Autodoor is absolute garbage and yet, they won't let you disable it on this model. Way to go, Samsung. Keep tallying up these wins.

Well, my wife sold me on the idea and I’m really glad I listened. The white glass refrigerator is the highlight of our kitchen, in the best way possible. I particularly like the water and ice systems, with the dual function on each. I also have to mention the lighting, which is distributed evenly throughout the fridge, making it easier to look at everything. And even though it’s not counter depth like our old one, the sleek handle-free design makes it almost not noticeable.

Shelving is adequate and overall the refrigerator is very well made. Only two negatives: 1 the push button for the water dispenser inside the door is very difficult to press (a challenge for my 8 year old daughter). The controls are simple and easy to use. However, I don't see the added benefit of wireless home connectivity to try to remotely control the refrigerator. I rather have a good reliable dumb refrigerator then a smart one that is using more power for lessor functionality.

It is very sleek (due to no handles), the beverage center is VERY useful and appreciated by family members, and the dual ice drawers are also a welcome feature for family gatherings. The refrigerator is VERY quiet. The shelves and drawers are much deeper than our previous model. So far, we've only used the Samsung app to set the cooling temps but we're looking forward to using the other features. This purchase has exceeded our expectations and we recommend it for anyone looking for a modern refrigerator with ultra modern features.

It looks beautiful in my kitchen, it looks very modern and I really like the glossy white panels. It makes my kitchen look more spacious than the stainless steel one I had before. I'm also very happy with the size and design of the 2 door and shelf layout. My food fits much better and looks much more organised. I was used to having the French doors with a bottom drawer freezer. I prefer the two door and I feel like it's much easier to organise and access items in both fridge and freezer.

The space inside is very spacious. I love the big bulky drawers and the shelves on the doors. You can customize and change the front color. You just have to buy the panels and Samsung will come and install it for you. The touch buttons make it super easy to open and close the fridge. They aren’t very sensitive, so if you open the fridge, the freezer won’t open. The door can hold a whole galloon of milk and juice. The inside is deep and shelves have lots of space making it easy to stack things or put taller bottles in. We have not hooked up a water line, so I can’t review the ice maker or the water pitcher. But having a water pitcher that auto fills is cool.

We bought this refrigerator just 2 months ago at Best Buy. For the first couple of weeks, it worked great. Then the left-hand freezer door began popping open a fraction of an inch EVERY SINGLE TIME we closed the refrigerator door. It's hard to tell when this happens since the gap is small. BUT. Within hours, the freezer will have lost temperature, and everything will be covered in frost. Whatever is in the freezer will defrost. The Samsung technicians who came out said a couple of things. One was that the refrigerator was "within spec", meaning they would not/could not fix it. The tech also told us that this is such a common complaint for Samsung refrigerators that Samsung simply stopped trying to fix it. Think about that. NOBODY would buy this refrigerator if they were aware it would do this and Samsung would not fix it. The problem is pretty obvious. The mechanism that self-closes the freezer door is very weak, and the magnet that holds it in place once you push it close is also too weak. These should be fixable problems. But apparently not by Samsung.

I already wrote a review, but this is an add on. Today they sent another technician to my home. Not sure why. He didn't have a part or anything. They are wasting my time. Nothing was fixed. They asked me to contact with this reference no 11468513. No phone no provider only links to Facebook, twitter. The guy would not fix anything. Just told me to dump the ice. I have done that two times and the ice continues to stick. Also, the refrigerator has uneven cooling. It freezes my lettuce, cucumbers etc. They replaced a hinge on the bottom of the door, which tells me this refrigerator was mistreated in transit. There is no reason for that to be broken on a new fridge. Still, they are not doing anything.

It's a nice fridge. However, we've only had it a couple of years and the drawers are breaking and Samsung does not make it easy to get replacement parts. I have searched and searched, but I am having trouble finding what I need. We've been forced to glue things together, but I doubt it will hold. IF, Samsung made it easier to replace broken parts this would be the perfect fridge. Aside from the ice clumping in the back of the tray we've hade no issues. The only thing I would change is replacement parts. Had I known that I would have bought from a different manufacturer.

We’ve had this refrigerator for about two weeks now. The internal icemaker is terrific although I don’t think it matters to me that much whether I have one or two sizes of ice. But the “beverage center“ is a terrific idea the pitcher Is it its best feature. It automatically fills up and can be taken to the table. However, a brand new refrigerator has a defective water dispenser next to the water pitcher. So we have had to order a new part and have yet another service person show up. Not very impressive. But other than that, the refrigerator is fantastic. It is incredibly roomy on the inside yet it takes up slightly less space in my prior refrigerator (also a Samsung, but with an ice dispenser Through the door). The ice dispenser froze and couldn’t be fixed. If you do your research, you will see that through the door ice machines are consistently a problem. Go for a machine with an internal ice dispenser. The controls are fairly easy to use. And the tap to open feature is nice, that it is fairly easy to accidentally open the freezer door when going to the refrigerator.

At first we were surprised of how much bigger it is compared to the old fridge, but now we dont even notice it. There is so much space on both the freezer and refrigerator sides for our family without having to stuff things in the freezer just to make it fit. Our favorite thing would have to be the water pitcher. Its amazing to just be able to take it out fill up your glass or whatever and put it back and then it refills itself without you haveling to do anything else. The lighting is another thing I like. Very bright white led lights really light up the inside so your able to see everything without an issue.

Although this refrigerator looks nice, the freezer section will frost up and block the vents, impairing the air flow and causing the freezer to warm above the desired setpoint. Additionally, the ice makers are disappointing. The ice bite side has never worked properly, with zero output. The output of the regular size side is way below expectations. We had to buy a countertop icemaker to make enough ice for our family (5 adults). This is not an inexpensive appliance, either. Is it too much to ask that your products live up to the advertising claims?

Purchased in August 2024.I loved the simple design, beverage center, and that it came in white. November 2024 it stopped cooling although the digital temperature read NEVER changed. So while our food was spoiling it still read that it was at perfect conditions. Had that at least been accurate we could have saved some food and the got it fixed in a more timely manner. January 18th 2025, less than five months after purchasing the fridge SAME PROBLEM. Needless to say, any fridge less than 5 months old should not fail TWICE. Don't buy this fridge.

The automatic filling water pitcher gets a lot of use. Way better then waiting to fill a cup! The two types of ice is alos a big hit. The power cool and power freeze feature is great for cooling down groceries from the store quick. Also being able to see all the fridges stats in smarthings is amazing! I can track power consumption, water usage, and am able to see when the water filter needs to be replaced!

I’m reviewing the second refrigerator that we received to replace the first one, which had a broken drawer. While having to empty the fridge and transport it out was a bit of a hassle, the replacement process itself was very smooth. Samsung responded very quickly to my replacement request, which makes me hopeful that if anything should ever happen to this beauty, I will get good service. The appliance itself is beautiful, keeps our items cold and frozen, and the price is a bargain. I feel that the arrangement of the shelves is very intelligent and the beverage center inside the door is a great idea. No fighting over who put the last fingerprint on the outside, either, the self opening mechanism works like a charm. I’m in love with this thing.

Perfect for my large family! The design is well thought out and had no wasted areas. I love the ice maker with two sizes of cubes! Slightly larger capacity of ice maker would make this a little better. It is programmable to my phone! And I have honestly used that ability. The auto door openers are really nice, especially when you are carrying something. The stainless doesn't smear and always looks nice. ⁸⁸

Im a sauce person and I feel like there's never enough space for my sauces without fridge looking or feeling cluttered but this fridge is well compartmentalized nothing is to tall to fit on a shelf also I really like how they set up the fridge door for beverages. Cooling wise its great and the ice drawer with scooper adds a nice touch. The provide water filter cartriages so the ice doesn't start tasting funky. They've really bailed everything right on the head.

Very sleek and well lit. It is a welcome change change from the typical stainless steel. Shelves seem study and the ice produces well. The sensors on the doors are helpful. No meat crisper and the internal water dispenser takes some getting used to but not a big deal for us given our situation and the cost. Hope to have this one for many years to come.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One reason that I ordered this refrigerator was that my last 'counter top depth' refrigerator had a curved face and extended out beyond what I would consider as a 'counter top depth model'. I really like the flat face of this refrigerator, that it is stainless and that it is a side by side model. I have placed a glass bottle in the beverage center to avoid using the plastic one and it fits perfectly! I also switched from a freezer at the bottom to this model and find it easier than bending over to get things out of the bottom drawer style. The 23 cu ft Capacity works well for having enough space to feed 4 people with using both the refrigerator for leftovers and the freezer for my BOGOs. After about 6 months now, I have had zero issues and am hopeful for a long life for this model!

We really have enjoyed this fridge! The beverage center self filling pitcher is amazing, Initially we thought it was kind of a gimmick, but then it quickly became our favorite part of the fridge. The ice maker is a little slow, it took it almost two days to fill, but it has kept up ever since. We have owned it for six months and really enjoyed it. I wish it came in black glass as well, the stainless shows fingerprints instantly, and our kitchen isn't white, so the glass option doesn't work for us.

Performance wise, I have had zero issues since we got this unit hooked up. We had tinker with the temperature a little bit. Refrigerator at 36 and freezer at -4 and everything is happy as clam. SmartThings app integration was seamless, not sure what's a practical use case of the smartthings app yet, but I am not complaining! Overall, very satisfied with this.

We purchased this refrigerator in August 2023. I was very excited to have small ice and large ice inside the refrigerator not on the door as well as having the water inside the refrigerator not on the door. However, about six months ago we started having issues with The small ice dumping water into the container so in order to you use the small ice. I have to break it up 2 to 3 times a day. The other problem with the icemaker tray is that it doesn’t fit in there properly. It’s too small and comes off of the track often. I also have issues with the water, pitcher not filling and having to pull it out and put it back in and move it around to get it to fill. So while I would love to give this five stars, I absolutely cannot and if I had to do it over again, I would not purchase this refrigerator.

Everyone wants stainless steel, black or white regular refrigerators, with handles, water & ice dispenser on the outside. They feel that it makes things easier, but when they're on the outside, they get dirty easy and hard to clean. The Bespoke is sleek, classic and easy to clean. Not to mention the fact that there is a drink station on the inside with a water picture, the self fills and a place to fill your big bottles too. Best decision ever to buy my Bespoke refrigerator. I just love it!

This is my first fridge with an ice/water dispenser on the door so i didnt know what to expect so i just wish there was some more door shelves but the little drawer makes up for it. Never had french doors either and its really pretty. Love the alarm warning you when the door has been open too long and how i am able to control the fridge/freezer from the app. Was easy to add to app too.

I thought I needed the beverage center which included the water dispenser (only used it once), but it turns out all I needed was the auto fill pitcher, super nice and convenient. Also, would have saved me a couple hundred of dollars just getting only the auto fill pitcher. I live by myself so space is good, but would recommend a bigger fridge if there are multiple people in the house.

My teenagers fell in love with ice bites. The Bespoke has a sensor handle that allows the doors open with a simple shadow of the hand. The refrigerator has more room than I expected and I was able top organize my food in sections to find it easier. The Bespoke immediately connected to my cellphone app that I had already on my phone with my other smart devices. I personally fell in love with the water dispenser on the inside along with a water picture to pour a cold glass of water. I highly recommend this product it is also a great space saver in your kitchen. Everything was an easy set up from the unpackaging to hooking up the water to connecting to the app. Samsung has done it once again.

After that, I bought the "Side by Side" refrigerator, taking the maintenance into consideration, due to the glass doors was easier to clean, and there were no hand prints, apart from the elegance and spaciousness that it is. But, something that marked not only my life but also that of my parents is that when my father had open heart surgery in the last December, and had so many appts, I was able to help them by not only drawing a calendar on one of the doors, but also drawing a Christmas tree, to cheer them up every day, since we even spent Christmas in the hospital. So I know, I made the best decision when buying the refrigerator and microwave, which is why I 100% recommend the Samsung "Bespoke" line!

Now I don't have to worry about finding an empty pitcher in the fridge! It refills itself! Love the quick cool feature. Helps keep the fridge consistently cold even when I'm filling the fridge up after a big grocery run. Setting it up and connecting to the Smart Things app was super easy to do. I didn't even need a teenager to do it! I love that the ice maker isn't on the door, but right on the middle of the freezer. I do kinda wish there was an option to select which kind of ice cubes it made. The filter is easy to change. It's also easy to clean. Had this installed about a month ago and am completely satisfied with the purchase. Love the ice tray feature which makes little tiny cubes like bite-size ones, and then regular cubed ice on the other side which also comes with a scooper. And instead of having the water come out on the outside of the fridge. It’s inside of the refrigerator door where you can fill up a water pitcher which also has a fruit infuser, as an awesome option!

I purchased in June 2023. I gave it a great review, but now I had trouble with the Ice bites and the door making a loud noise when u open it. That was fixed, but no the ice bites side of the ice maker. I have been on the phone 3 days and no resolution. They say the part is no longer available. On a new fridge, seriously? The Cust SVC reps suck. The calls go to another country and they won't provide a supervisor.

I have had a Samsung Frig for many years but the ice maker was always a problem. Many times I had the repair guy out to fix it. He just couldnt and told me he didnt want me to waste my money on repairs that he couldnt make work. I just purchased this new Samsung and the ice maker is great. And I love going back to a side by side and not having to dig through the freezer.

Only had this refrigerator a little over a year and is already broken. Having issues with the ice maker and water dispenser. Freezer is melting items and fridge side is freezing the bottom items. Paid for a 3 yr. Coverage at Best Buy and only get the back and forth between Best Buy and Samsung for coverage. Samsung wants to charge upfront for service before they can cover anything under warranty.

Samsung wanted to replace the fridge each time we finally asked that just the dispenser be replaced. Noticed a dot on the glass door. We were supposed to get a new panel. Someone came out and put some nail polish to cover it - not sure that is going to work. Anyway we wanted it changed - never hheard from them again.

This refrigerator has been a nightmare- absolute lemon. We’ve only had a few years and during that time in the first year, they had to replace all the internal components and motor twice. Each time we lost an exorbitant amount of food and medication that spoiled. Now the freezer door constantly pops open every time we open and close the refrigerator. Also more food spoilage.

Well Samsung really dropped the ball on this one!! Not even a year in and the top rated ice maker dumped pieces of plastic and foam in my ice tray!! To top it off the service center won't repair my fridge, since the pieces are "aesthetic"!! They looked great floating around!! What a joke... don't believe the hype!! Best ice maker on the market my FOOT!! Do better samsung.

Tengo la BeSpoke Side by Side desde hace un mes y ha sido perfecta. El diseño es muy elegante y queda muy bien en la cocina, tiene mucho espacio y no se queda nada por fuera y la máquina de hielo es una maravilla... I bought this refrigerator in early November in white and love it. The ice maker has two kinds of ice and the beverage center with filtered water serves the best water I have had in years. My kids are drinking more water. Major plus! - Filtered water not as good as that from Zero Water pitcher, though better than tap - it's drinkable, but noticeably not as 'clean' tasting as the pitcher water - Exact mechanism on 'automatic' door handles unclear - do they activate off of body heat? shadows / light? general proximity of any object? sometimes it takes several tries to get them to react - LOVE the staggered shelves in the main 'cabinet' - brilliant design feature for accommodating things like tall pitchers (of which we use several), which has always been a problem in previous fridges - two different-sized ice cubes is a great feature, too - easy to clean surfaces, inside and out - for some indefinable reason, this fridge is not as imposing as one might expect for one of its size - which is a good thing, for sure. Not thrilled

Freezes items in back of refrigerator if temp is adjusted down so front food in doors stays cool. So many dents and scratches beginning the first month of use. Had our previous stainless steel refrigerator for 10+ years and got one tiny dent in all that time. New Samsung dishwasher also dented multiple places. Awful.

There are only two minor concerns--if you don't use the ice quickly, it gets stuck together, and, if you have smart dogs, they can figure out the auto-open and get into the refrigerator, so you may have to turn that off.

Now a month of use, first noticed, its very quite, had to open the door to hear it running. The door openers are very helpfull, just put finger to the sensor and it pops the door open breaking the magnit seals. Word of warning, the shelves are not adjustable for height!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
