[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me tell you I am in love and I am not being funny. This washer is really nice. I can wash two loads together which normally it would just be one load at a time. No, I am not talking like the washer is packed to the max either. Literally two loads that does not overload the washer. If you know the older washers there is no way I could wash the way I am washing now it would come down to more loads. The features are nice I would suggest just going over the instructions and you can read what is important. You would really be cheating yourself if you passed on this washer machine.

Recieved this product one week ago and it is straight up trash. Complete waste of money. It doesn't clean my clothes properly. Even using the correct amount and type of detergent, on the heaviest soil cycle, with hot water, and a pre-soak my clothes still have dirt on them. I am so, so disappointed. And to top it all off, even though I just bought it and am not outside the 15 day return policy, Samsung will not allow me to return the product. Complete and total waste of money. You are better off with a sink full of water and a stick.

we bought this washer on black friday, didn't realize how dark this experience was going to be for us. the washer quit working after 10 loads. after a bunch of phone calls where we had to do the work, a service tech from a 3rd party came out to look at the unit. he determined it needed a replacement board, which we found out a week later, is not available. customer service from samsung is non excitant, nice people to talk to, but no one can make a decision. we've had this non-working washer now since nov 22. and no satisfaction from samsung. oh yeah, the store where we bought it "can't do anything" because we've had the washer for more than 48 hours. i had no idea that we only exist as customers for 48 hours, then its someone else' problem... very sad!

Got this product about a week ago and could not be more disappointed. Even using the correct type and amoubt of detergent, the heaviest soil setting, hot water, and a pre wash my clothes are still not coming out clean. Samsung will not let me return or exchange it. Buyer beware! You will be stuck with this. Please do not buy until you have at least $600 to spend on a device that works as well as a sink full of water and a stick.

I purchased this washer in May and it was delivered in June. In August the washer began to make weird noises during the cycles. Then it stopped working properly, it would not start and if it did start it would stop mid cycle and not complete the wash cycle. They came out and repaired the washer in September. It’s now November and the washer is making even louder noises and not completing the cycles again.

Terrible product purchased late 2021 and already having issues and have to replace parts. Can’t even run a wash cycle without unbalance warning. Obviously it’s the suspension rods however I was led to believe I was getting a product that would be trouble free for at least 4 years. Appliances of the past loved for 15-20 years but those days are long gone. Last Samsung product for our household.

Worked for about 3 loads and then stopped filling. Water hoses are attached correctly and turned fully on. The active waterjet works so it’s not a plumbing issue. Cycle starts and then the machine makes noise for about 2 minutes and then stops with the timer showing the same amount of time. Do yourself a favor and buy a washer from a different brand.

This new black stainless has plastic top and its a lot quieter. Both problems solved. Looks great except black does show a lot more than a white appliance. Does a nice job on washing clothes.
