I chose the pink gold colourway, which looks premium and stylish without being over the top. The case is compact, sleek, and easy to carry. The earbuds are extremely comfortable for extended wear, and the touch controls are a noticeable improvement, with much more intuitive and responsive than previous models. Sound quality is excellent, with clear audio and strong noise cancellation that’s noticeable as soon as you put them in. Battery life has been reliable and easily lasts through extended daily use. These dont pop out like all the others & the sound quality is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!! I almost gave up on investing on another pair that would just sit on my bedside table because they would be so annoying to keep in my ear. Im so glad I gave these a go, once you pop them in there is no need to continuously keep pushing them down your ear canal because they simply don't budge & they stay in like they are supposed too 💕 The battery life has also improved from the buds 3 pro

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I pre-ordered the galaxy buds 4 pro in white and I got it pretty soon too. The fit is perfect for my ears after I changed to large tips. I use a pixel 10 pro and I had to download galaxy buds app as I was already using buds 2 pro. Coming from buds 2 pro it is definitely an upgrade but the app feels rushed or rather not polished/ finished. I can't add widget to my home screen and Google assistant is not supported in touch or voice control. The noise cancellation is awesome and works very well. I am happy with my purchase but I am expecting app updates to make it even better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these about a week ago, and in comparison with the previous version of these (galaxy buds 3 Pro) they look too sleek, delicate. I assume it's the trade off from it's weight which feels almost like you're not wearing any earbuds at all (extremely good) but I wouldn't have made that trade-off knowing the final result. Sound quality is just as good as the previous Pro version, probably a bit deeper bass can be heard and definitely comfortable to wear. Just feels like they were designed to be left on the low/cheap quality case they come in. Overall I rather use my galaxy earbuds Pro 3, as I feel more confident that they're not going to suffer any easy cracks from a drop knowing I can get just as much sound quality.

And I'm glad I did, the new buds 4 pro fit perfectly and I feel like they are lighter than the originals, the sound quality of the new buds blew me away with such clarity and depth in sound, alongside the stem design which seems to be far easier and versatile with more uses than the originals tap based controls. I also loved the great earlybird offers. And the improvement in noise cancelling is certainly appreciated

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] did one ear each for my current CMF buds 2 plus and they sounded pretty similar at first but when sticking both of the buds4 pro in the difference was very obvious how much clearer the sound was. Also the other features are what makes them so much better like voice detection to automatically lower volume and turn on ambient mode and wireless charging, case is great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my Buds4 Pro (Pink Gold) last week and instantly thought the design was lovely. Upon using it, it feels comfortable and secure in ear, audio sounds good, is easy to adjust the volume and noise cancelling works quite well. What I like the most so far comparing to my old Buds is that I can have a phone call on a train - we both could hear each other pretty clearly although the person on the other end said there was a bit of noise coming through. Also I was pleasantly surprised when I could actually accept a call by a simple nod.

Do not get this, it's just been over 2 months , i got a friend who is at similar position. It doesn't charge or shows anything. New update then, got slow connection, used to take few seconds to connect. Sound was good earlier started chopping off. I'm so frustrated now, paid as much as it would be buy a decent budget phones at this price. Hopeless. When will they learn to build a quality product and call it a day. Just making it expensive and trying to please everyone changing design every year doesn't make a good product. Make 1 excellent product and leave it untouched for 2-3 years people would buy it, you don't even have to discount it. I know they won't listen but I'm frustrated by now, i own everything samsung..i hope they refund me all for this buds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have just got these babies after having the OG samsung galaxy buds for many years and it is crazy how good the noise cancelling is !! If you are on calls, the other person cannot hear any background noise and when listening to music/anything, the outside world disappears, but you can allow ambient sound if you start talking. Very impressed. The only reason I have given 4 instead of 5 starts is that for me personally, the shape of the bud causes some pain after prolonged use. I'm sure my ears will get used to it soon enough. :)

For me, they have been the best fit and sound especially when moving around as I never worried about them falling out. I just used them recently on a 2 week trip to Korea and they were great on planes, trains or just walking around. I like that you can choose the different levels of Noise Reduction so you can hear what’s going on around you or just block it all out completely plus they last quite a long time on a single charge. Build quality is great, sound quality is great and they fit in ear really well although the lid of the case could've been a bit sturdy, I don't know how to put this but it feels like the hinge of the case lid go a little loose after a couple days of use. Over all these buds are the best buds I've used so far. My favourite buds were Samsung budspro I used those for 4 years and now these buds4pro, I love them.

I enjoy quite a few features, the head movement for answering/declining calls is fun to use and the app support through youtube music for 360° audio is amazing. I do find that it's a little but clunky having to go into setting to change settings, but that's easily bypassed by adding the buds widget to the home screen. All in all, great earbuds for a reasonable price!

Much to my surprise, this is the first pair of ear buds I've been able to Mow my lawn with (I have a powerful battery mower/weed wacker) and not have ear muffs over my ears. The mouse cancellation is that good! As an in ear design, I also find them just as comfortable as my buds 3, and they don't have that in ear pressure you get with some, where it's annoying as you walk/bounce. Absolutely a Pro level product!

The fit is much better than the buds 2 pro and the buds 3 pro, especially when exercising. These haven't fallen out of my ears at all. The ear tip sizes are good. The pink gold colourway (online only) is less obtrusive than stark white or black and a better option for me. The ANC is much better on these than the buds pro 3, possibly due to better fit. Hoping we avoid the charging issues of the 3s, but only time will tell.

The sound is top notch, the noise cancelling is amazing and they are easy to use, except for one thing I found slightly annoying. I'm not liking the little button you have to click to perform all the major functions. I'd much prefer to tap the stalk to play/pause/skip and maybe keep the little button for calls only. That's the only function I would change on these, otherwise they are almost perfect.

However, the first day was surprisingly frustrating. I couldn’t find, or get working, the “touch” button for play/pause, double‑tap, and other controls. I was coming from the Buds2 Pro, which use true touch controls that are extremely easy to locate. After spending several hours on the first day, and another hour the following day, I finally discovered where I actually needed to "press". It turns out the control isn’t a touch function at all, it’s a physical press located right near the base of the stem. The wording definitely made it sound like a tap-based control. Once I figured that out and made a few tweaks to the equalizer, the Buds4 Pro became brilliant. They’re a definite improvement in both comfort and sound quality.

Only issue is the changing of the ear tips are the worst I've ever experienced of any ear bud I've ever owned - particularly in the premium tier. Poor design and release mechanism, no matter how many instructions and videos I watched for help, I couldn't remove them and ended up tearing one of the tips due to the amount of times I tried. No idea how the tip change mechanism passed development testing.

When I want to listen to music or just keep the office noise out of my head the over the ears headphone were great. But people don't know that I can hear or not as the size of the headphones were indicating I was not a great look, for the office. I bought the Samsung bud4 pros and I can not be happier. What's of critical priority for many people, myself especially, is the quality of the microphone and how it sounds on calls (MS Teams/phone) for meetings. Unfortunately these still don't get there. Better but more to go. Otherwise I like the features and form factor and they are comfortable for sure. I also use the Bose Quiet Comfort Ultra 2 and the Samsung's are more comfy.

And the right bud has gone extremely quiet and crackly once since I have had them. Love the ANC although these are the only ear buds I have had with noise cancellation so I am not coming from experience. I do like the sound full and rich and will more then likely purchase the next model when it comes out.

The sound quality is miles better and it has auto noise cancelling but doesn't feel stifling. The controls are intuitive and you can adjust the buds in your ears as needed without accidentally changing settings.

The sounds they produce are i think better then the previous versions although the active noise cancellation can feel a little overwhelming for me like sensory deprivation so I often have it turned off. Overall a very positive impression and the shape and ability to wear them long term without pain/fatiguing of them has definitely improved! Also the way they sit into the new case is better too, and I havent had any charging contact issues yet like sometimes happened with the old earbuds where only one would charge as they weren't contacting the charging points properly and had to be reseated later when you wanted to use them. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The buds are similar but better in function compared to buds 2 that i own and iconx from 2018, The only thing that annoys me is that plastic hold down for button, it sounds annoying and cheap plastic in ear. when clicked next song or pause, its hard to find the correct spot and needs more control, icon x and buds 2 both uses touch which is light and even had swipe functions. The quality for music is better but control needs improvement.

However, when I'm turning the "ultra high-fidelity audio" through my S25, the sound gets worse, and the volume goes higher for a few seconds, and then lower again by itself. And there's no gestures control in S25 for buds4 pro. Does ithis feature only work with S26? I hope all these flaws will be fixed in the new software...

With the correct fit and ANC on I can vacuum hard floors without interference. I listen for upwards of 5 hours a day on my bicycle and these buds are great. They have many many options which I greatly enjoy. And the sound is equally easy to make suit my ears. Great buy, reasonable price for a quality speaker system, well integrated software wise.

The sound quality, battery life and noise cancellation are all a great improvement. I use these for work around very loud machinery and no longer have to have the volume up so loud to cancel out the noise there also isn't any crackling when the noise gets very loud. Highly recommended product.

Hopefully these are as long life. The build quality if definitely way better than the old models even though I prefer the shape of the old ones. Sounds is miles better and these actually have a massive soundstage and impressive low frequency hits. Definitely recommend!

I absolutely loved my buds 2 because of the no stem design and sound quality, however, they weren't starting to work as well after having them for a few years. The galaxy buds 4 pro are great, the sound quality has improved, it has just taken me a second to get used to the new pinch feature as opposed to tapping the buds (I know this is silly but I miss being able to tap my shoulder to my buds 2 to pause or skip my music when my hands were busy) - also take note that with the buds 4 pro, it's more of a button than just a light pinch. I have however noticed that the buds 4 pro have never slipped out of my ears (apart from when lying on them etc.). Overall I think these are great, and with presale discounts, student discounts, and a birthday voucher, I was able to get them at almost half price!

I love the way they appear automatically in the phone settings and allow you to control every aspect them. It takes a sec to learn where to touch them on the stem, but once you have it down, it's very sensitive to volume changes. I love how I know exactly where to place my fingers to adjust the controls. Noise cancelling seems to be good at first. However, after a while I have noticed it is leaking of other people's conversation. Not so much environment sound. This issue still persists even when adjusting the settings.

I love the new head gestures for answering calls hands-free, and the transparent case lid is a really premium touch. With top-tier ANC and crystal-clear audio, these are easily the best earbuds Samsung has ever made. Highly recommend!

Love the haptic feedback on the pinch functionality abit of getting use to. Definitely would recommend. My only gripe would be pricing its priced quite high to compete with the big boys and I think it just falls short si pricing could be revised just a tad to reflect that.

They fit in my ears much better than my old earbuds, and the sound quality is also great. One thing I need to wrap my head around are the noise controls, however that's only because I previously had the galaxy buds 2, which had different touch controls. These are a great fit for me, and I feel like they match my vibe much better.

At first I was pretty sceptical with the design of the buds as they resemble AirPods, but the sound quality is great. They also fit my ears very well with no pain. I can actually hear a lot of the harmonisation and better bass with these buds.
