                    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this just 2 weeks ago, so far they are beyond impressive coming from the galaxy buds 3 pro, the active noise cancellation is a night and day difference to the 3 pros, completely cutting out sound in the bus, where the 3 pros didn't quite get there for me, the fit is outstanding and the overall shape I find to be quite pleasant, and doesn't slip out how the 3 pros did for me, at the moment the ambient mode is a bit worse than the 3 pros, so you would have to take a bud out to engage in conversation, however even the audio quality improvement alone, alongside the far improved ANC, I highly reccomend these as a great wireless audio option!

These are a clear generation upgrade - comfortable fit without the fear of them falling out, and no long-period irritation (i have sensitive ears). The sound is also impressive, boasting explosive bass with crystal clear mids and highs. The sound isolation is also impressive, often catching me off guard when putting them back in on my commute home or switching it on from area mode. I still need to get used to the controls being in different spots, but all-in-all very happy with the purchase and have already recommended to a few mates.

The original ones fitted my ears amazing, but the sound quality wasn't great and would cut in and out from my phone. Buds 3 Pro sounded amazing, but would always fall out of my ears and the touch setting on the stems was awful. These ones, the Buds 4 Pro do everything brilliantly! They sound next to none, the touch controls are effective and easy to use, the extra features built in like voice command controls, translate mode are very handy and convenient. Also love how the Buds are all built into the phone and doesn't require another separate app. Well done Samsung, you absolutely nailed it!

I use them on the bus/train and it completely cuts out the background hum. I’ve been also using these for my daily commute to work on the bike and some longer weekend rides. I previously used a third-party pair that started causing ‘ear fatigue’ and actual pain after just an hour under the helmet. With these Buds4 Pro, there’s zero fatigue and no pain at all. They stay secure, the profile is slim enough that they don't catch on my helmet, and the sound stays clear even over the engine noise. If you ride, these are the ones to get.

The transparent lid gives it a 00's feel while the buds themselves have everything you expect from modern day earphones. In my opinion these aren't as comfortable as the Galaxy Buds 2. But they are a more sophisticated piece of tech. The touch controls pinch and slide techniques aren't as intuitive as previous models but are a point of difference that take no time getting used to. The noise cancelling is great for day to day use around a busy office or household. These aren't my favourite for comfort reasons but they are certainly more technologically advanced than previous models and offer great value for money.

The fit is perfect for my ears after I changed to large tips. I use a pixel 10 pro and I had to download galaxy buds app as I was already using buds 2 pro. Coming from buds 2 pro it is definitely an upgrade but the app feels rushed or rather not polished/ finished. I can't add widget to my home screen and Google assistant is not supported in touch or voice control. The noise cancellation is awesome and works very well. I am happy with my purchase but I am expecting app updates to make it even better.

                    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these about a week ago, and in comparison with the previous version of these (galaxy buds 3 Pro) they look too sleek, delicate. I assume it's the trade off from it's weight which feels almost like you're not wearing any earbuds at all (extremely good) but I wouldn't have made that trade-off knowing the final result. Sound quality is just as good as the previous Pro version, probably a bit deeper bass can be heard and definitely comfortable to wear. Just feels like they were designed to be left on the low/cheap quality case they come in. Overall I rather use my galaxy earbuds Pro 3, as I feel more confident that they're not going to suffer any easy cracks from a drop knowing I can get just as much sound quality.

Upon using it, it feels comfortable and secure in ear, audio sounds good, is easy to adjust the volume and noise cancelling works quite well. What I like the most so far comparing to my old Buds is that I can have a phone call on a train - we both could hear each other pretty clearly although the person on the other end said there was a bit of noise coming through. Also I was pleasantly surprised when I could actually accept a call by a simple nod.

                    Do not get this, it's just been over 2 months , i got a friend who is at similar position. It doesn't charge or shows anything. New update then, got slow connection, used to take few seconds to connect. Sound was good earlier started chopping off. I'm so frustrated now, paid as much as it would be buy a decent budget phones at this price. Hopeless. When will they learn to build a quality product and call it a day. Just making it expensive and trying to please everyone changing design every year doesn't make a good product. Make 1 excellent product and leave it untouched for 2-3 years people would buy it, you don't even have to discount it. I know they won't listen but I'm frustrated by now, i own everything samsung..i hope they refund me all for this buds.

If you are on calls, the other person cannot hear any background noise and when listening to music/anything, the outside world disappears, but you can allow ambient sound if you start talking. Very impressed. The only reason I have given 4 instead of 5 starts is that for me personally, the shape of the bud causes some pain after prolonged use. I'm sure my ears will get used to it soon enough. :)

For me, they have been the best fit and sound especially when moving around as I never worried about them falling out. I just used them recently on a 2 week trip to Korea and they were great on planes, trains or just walking around. I like that you can choose the different levels of Noise Reduction so you can hear what’s going on around you or just block it all out completely plus they last quite a long time on a single charge. Been very happy with them.

These buds have very good sound quality, I was taken aback by the quality of the base. I enjoy quite a few features, the head movement for answering/declining calls is fun to use and the app support through youtube music for 360° audio is amazing. I do find that it's a little but clunky having to go into setting to change settings, but that's easily bypassed by adding the buds widget to the home screen. All in all, great earbuds for a reasonable price!

Much to my surprise, this is the first pair of ear buds I've been able to Mow my lawn with (I have a powerful battery mower/weed wacker) and not have ear muffs over my ears. The mouse cancellation is that good! As an in ear design, I also find them just as comfortable as my buds 3, and they don't have that in ear pressure you get with some, where it's annoying as you walk/bounce. Absolutely a Pro level product!

The fit is much better than the buds 2 pro and the buds 3 pro, especially when exercising. These haven't fallen out of my ears at all. The ear tip sizes are good. The pink gold colourway (online only) is less obtrusive than stark white or black and a better option for me. The ANC is much better on these than the buds pro 3, possibly due to better fit. Hoping we avoid the charging issues of the 3s, but only time will tell.

That's the only function I would change on these, otherwise they are almost perfect.

                    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve owned many Samsung earbuds over the years, so upgrading to the Buds4 Pro was a no‑brainer. However, the first day was surprisingly frustrating. I couldn’t find, or get working, the “touch” button for play/pause, double‑tap, and other controls. I was coming from the Buds2 Pro, which use true touch controls that are extremely easy to locate. After spending several hours on the first day, and another hour the following day, I finally discovered where I actually needed to "press". It turns out the control isn’t a touch function at all, it’s a physical press located right near the base of the stem. The wording definitely made it sound like a tap-based control. Once I figured that out and made a few tweaks to the equalizer, the Buds4 Pro became brilliant. They’re a definite improvement in both comfort and sound quality.

What's of critical priority for many people, myself especially, is the quality of the microphone and how it sounds on calls (MS Teams/phone) for meetings. Unfortunately these still don't get there. The fit is spot on—really secure without that "plugged ear" pressure that gets annoying after an hour. The Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) is the real winner here. It’s "scary quiet" when you turn it on; it managed to completely drown out the hum of the dishwasher and the general ruckus of my kids playing in the next room while I was trying to focus. Sound-wise, they’ve got a really punchy bass that doesn't muddy up the vocals. I’m also a big fan of the "blade" design. It makes the touch controls much less fiddly than the older rounded models. If you’re already in the Samsung ecosystem, the pairing is basically instant. Definitely a solid bit of kit.

                    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using them for a couple weeks now and they have totally replaced my Buds 2 Pro and Buds 3 Pro which I used to use both to last me throughout the day, so the battery life must be great! The sounds they produce are i think better then the previous versions although the active noise cancellation can feel a little overwhelming for me like sensory deprivation so I often have it turned off. Overall a very positive impression and the shape and ability to wear them long term without pain/fatiguing of them has definitely improved! Also the way they sit into the new case is better too, and I havent had any charging contact issues yet like sometimes happened with the old earbuds where only one would charge as they weren't contacting the charging points properly and had to be reseated later when you wanted to use them. Good headphones! 5 star!

The quality for music is better but control needs improvement.

With the correct fit and ANC on I can vacuum hard floors without interference. I listen for upwards of 5 hours a day on my bicycle and these buds are great. I absolutely loved my buds 2 because of the no stem design and sound quality, however, they weren't starting to work as well after having them for a few years. The galaxy buds 4 pro are great, the sound quality has improved, it has just taken me a second to get used to the new pinch feature as opposed to tapping the buds (I know this is silly but I miss being able to tap my shoulder to my buds 2 to pause or skip my music when my hands were busy) - also take note that with the buds 4 pro, it's more of a button than just a light pinch. I have however noticed that the buds 4 pro have never slipped out of my ears (apart from when lying on them etc.). Overall I think these are great, and with presale discounts, student discounts, and a birthday voucher, I was able to get them at almost half price!

I love the way they appear automatically in the phone settings and allow you to control every aspect them. Issues with LE on the Pixel. It is tagged as "Experimental" so I'm not too annoyed at this, but I wish SSC was supported on all Android devices. Calls do not work when in LE and I need to reset device to get them to work on calls after turning LE off

                    The Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro 4 are an excellent choice for anyone who loves great sound. You can hear every single beat with impressive clarity, making music much more enjoyable. The fit is also fantastic and much better than the Pro 3, so they feel comfortable and secure to wear. I really enjoy listening to music with the Pro 4, and the battery life is quite long as well.

I tried every size but still not fits that well and when I am at gym they just pops out every now and then. Depends from person to person though may be it fits well on you. Sound wise no issue. ANC is next level and so is its ambient sound feature.

They are very customisable via the App, to create the sound you want. Easy to connect to Samsung devices and reconnect when required. Fit was great out of the box.                     [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new design Buds4 Pros are much nicer to use straight out of the case. the flatter blade design is easier to hold and access the controls but the best improvement is in the overall fit. I don't know if that alone contributes to the better noise cancellation and sound quality but these sound much better than the Buds3 Pros. The new case is compact and also easier to use when removing and replacing the buds. I much prefer the way the new case opens. the only downside of the Buds4 Pros is in the call quality. People on the other end of the call are mentioning that I am hard to hear or the call is noisy and I never had these issues with the Buds3 Pros. It's hard to say at this early stage whether this is just an isolated issue on a couple of calls or whether it is an ongoing aspect of these buds. However, the improved design, noise cancellation and sound quality are worth the upgrade and these buds are highly recommended

I am however glad I finally made the leap to the new Buds Pro 4. The one thing I won't miss is accidently hanging up on a call when accidentally bumping the bud. Great sound, fit and useability.

Sound quality is great, battery lasts for an amazing 6 hours, before I need to charge them. Then you have the convenience of charging them from the case, just keep playing that music. Do I need to say anymore? Everything just feels right....love them.

After reading many reviews on the Galaxy Buds 3 and 4 Pro, I came to the decision that due to the enhanced noise cancelling on the 4 Pro, it was the better choice. And boy, did it not disappoint. These are by far the best earphones, headphones by a mile.

                    Purchased at the same time as the S26 Ultra . What an amazing Sound on these things ! The active noise is the best I've experienced with in ear buds its brilliant. The bass and low ends on dance / EDM is hands down incredible. I made a call while riding my bike and could hear every word clearly. Recommend these TO EVERYONE.

The sound depth, bass, treble, overall quality were all suprisingly good. Annoying double tap in V2 replaced by clicking is also move that I appreciate. Still, the audio drops from time to time, adding annoying pauses. Also, it sometimes stops altogether.

The only problem I have is the eartips are still too big (even after changing them to the smaller ones). It's comfortable, but sometimes feels loose. The stems are different to the older design but it is easy to put the buds in the case and take them out.                     [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently upgraded to the S26 Ultra and decided to grab the Buds4 Pro while they were on sale. I honestly didn’t expect them to fit my ears because every pair of earbuds I’ve tried before has fallen straight out. So I was really surprised when these actually stayed put and felt quite snug. The sound quality is amazing. I switched straight to Bass Boost and it’s definitely the way to go. The ANC is also incredible - I can barely hear anything around me, even in busy places. One feature I really love is the voice detection. If someone starts talking to me, it automatically switches from ANC to Ambient Sound so I can hear them without having to take the earbuds out. Battery life has been great too. I’ve been using them at the gym every day for about a week now and the battery has barely gone down. Overall, I’m extremely happy with them and would definitely recommend them - especially if you have a Samsung phone and can take advantage of the extra features.
