It looks fabulous in my kitchen and is already saving me money. It was easy to set up a nice start to updating my kitchen. If you leave a door open a bell will ring to let you know. If you need to freeze something quickly you can set the freeze quick mode and just like that your item is frozen. You can use an app to manage. It is so easy to find what you need or stand and view because of the bright interior LED lighting. And the Black Stainless Steel Finish is fingerprint resistance. This is a good purchase. .

J'ai achetéi cet article depuis environ 3 ans et franchement j'adore ce frigo. Juste assez spacieux pour une seule personne mais peu tout de même contenir assez lorsque j'ai des invités. Sur 3 ans une seule légère défaillance ou de la glace s'était logée dans le conduit arrière et provoquait de l'humidité dans les paniers fruit/légumes. Cependant le service après vente a été impeccable et m'ont simplement conseiller de fermer l'appareil pour 24hrs et tout foncctionne à merveille depuis. Très fier de la qualité Samsung.

The Samsung fridge features a modern exterior with trendy flat door design. There are easy to open recess handles that contribute to the stylish look. The entire surface is fingerprint resistant. I have a 1.5year old at home and do not need to do any extra wiping and cleaning which is AMAZING! Moreover, you can use a Samsung app to control the temperature remotely. If the door is open too long, you will hear an alarm but also receive a notification on your phone which makes it super convenient. Gorgeous fridge. I'm extremely happy with my Samsung fridge.

I like that it has interior LED lighting and that it can cooperate with my local energy provider to save energy as we are on one of their smart energy plans. I would say the downside is that within a few months some of the plastic door trays for holding condiments and such are cracking and that the black stainless steel finish immediately chipped. We are careful with our appliances and yet the finish is not quite perfect and we've had a few dents as well. I love the look of it overall and the ease of use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we just got our new samsung refrigerator and it is so beautiful and spacious! right inside the fridge on the lower right side is the temperature settings. i can adjust the fridge and freezer temps separately and i can also turn on and off the ice maker. it also is a smart fridge and there is an app and you can set up the refrigerator with wifi and keep track of different things and adjust as you need too. also, the fridge will beep this pretty dinging sound repeatedly if you leave the doors open for too long or they don't shut all the way. which is nice. i love the way it looks. and the outside is fingerprint resistant which is nice with 3 kids! and it is easy to clean. definitely recommend.

I was pretty excited to get this beautiful looking new fridge for my new kitchen but was quickly disappointed when a 4 ft crack appeared just a few months into owning it on the front door making it look much less appealing. I opened a service ticket only for the rep to tell me I likely bumped the door on the edge of the counter when I opened it. If this indeed happened as they hypothesize, this is a poorly designed/made product that I will never purchase again. They sent me to the parts department to order a new door...for my brand new fridge...ridiculous. Don't wastey your money!!!

Even the inside functionality and big shelves to fit everything you need! The real test was this Thanksgiving. This refrigerator definitely passed the test. Our guests loved the no handle look and the black stainless steel and no fingerprints! Win win win. Cannot go wrong here. My wife added bins and lazy Susan's inside to maximize space and accessibility. The kids love it too they don't need to ask for help anymore to reach something. This also results in less food waste because we can easily see everything and remember what was purchased. Overall amazing experience.

we just bought this refrigerator and had it delivered 3 weeks ago. since we got it, it has completely stopped cooling in both the fridge and freezer sections. the display will say that the fridge is at 37 degrees and the freezer is at 0 degrees, but everything is melted and warm. after unplugging and resetting, it will start cooling again, but this happens for no reason and with no warning. you just wake up and, surprise! all your food is ruined and your refrigerator has decided to stop refrigerating! this has happened to us 4 times in the last couple weeks.

i had the fridge a week when it stopped cooling one day. electricity still running and still conncected to the app, it just stopped cooling. the digital monitor inside read 37 degrees f and the app also read that it was currently 37 degrees f; they also read that the freezer was 0 degrees f. however these were wrong as the fridge and freezer were now warm. after unplugging and re-connecting the fridge, it then reflected the true temps which were 62 degrees f and the device started cooling again. a hundred dollars of groceries spoiled because of this glitch.

Easy to setup and to use with the handless doors. The doors open wide and it has plenty of space for everything, Easy to put everything together just side things and use. The door alarm is a great feature, never have the door open again because the smart things app notify my phone. You also get to control the temperature with your phone with the app. The lights are bright and make everything easy to see. I am so glad I got this.

Easy to install even if you are not professional and works seamlessly with Smart things app with WiFi connectivity that allows full control of this Fridge right on the smart phone or tablet., this allows to use features like power cooling when you need it. Very quiet when it works and I can hardly hear the compressor working, it is also very fast to cool down what's inside it. Few colors to choose from which makes it very easy to fit in any kitchen, it is designed for a small family and does not have a huge space for tons of items which makes it the perfect size for small to medium size kitchens. The chambers inside are well designed and the ice making function is a plus. Highly recommended.

I never had a counter depth fridge like this but am getting use to it and it seems to have a lot of room for my food. Only drawback is that the shelves are not tall enough for certain size containers but at least I can arrange the shelves on the door sides for stuff to fit. I love the look with no handles.

It’s cooling is absolutely perfect and I love that it connects to our utility company to maximize cooling while ramping up on off hours where kWh is lower :) My only issue is that beers and bottled sodas only fit in the side doors, not on any of the 3 levels in the actual fridge. But, that’s a simple workaround as we’re only putting those items in the shelves on the doors and it’s working fantastically :)

The ice machine is automatic in the sense that it will continue to make ice but it does not stop when the bucket is full and ice continually falls behind the freezer drawer This fridge was already in our home when we purchased the home I would not buy this fridge

This new Samsung fridge has a sleek design and looks great! I love the fact finger prints are very hard to see when looking at the fridge, since I have little one who love to touch the fridge. I really dig the recessed handles on the top of the fridge door and the bottom (for my kids). The inside of the fridge is very spacious and I love how the shelves are so easily movable to custom fit my groceries at anytime. This fridge is always at the perfect temperature and if not I can adjust it manually or with the smart app in my phone. Lastly I LOVE the fact that I am notified via the smart app when the fridge is left open too long. This Samsung fridge is a major upgrade from my prior fridge and I would definitely recommend it to any one who has a smaller home and needs more space in the fridge.

It doesn't smudge quickly, there are no handles to break off (we broke two off of our previous non-Samsung model), there are two different areas to grab the doors which is helpful for different sized people. We love having the freezer on the bottom as now most of the common everyday refrigerator items we need and use often are now at a better eye level. We like that setting the temperature is easy to see and adjust. The door beeps if you accidentally leave it open and that is helpful. So far, everything has been perfect in our new fridge. The shelves seem substantial both on the door and the main shelving units. I feel like this Fridge will be with us for a long time. We also love the two different levels of drawers offered inside the freezer drawer. The fridge is easy to understand and does what it is supposed to while looking great.

So we started the hunt for a residential refrigerator with specific measurements as we only had so much space to work with. The first thing we found out was with the disruption going on in the world, refrigerators were hard to find on-hand and especially sized like we needed. We could have ordered most brands, but waiting 8-12 weeks meant summer would be over and no camping. We went to a local dealer to check out an off brand that would fit our spot and while walking around spied this beauty. After a few quick measurements and a plea to "sell the floor model" we headed home and back again to pickup our new refrigerator! Not only does it fit the opening exactly like we needed, it's a fantastic refrigerator! There's more than enough freezer and refrigerator space to keep our family of 4 eating for weeks at a time. Thank you Samsung for this great refrigerator, we couldn't be happier!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have substituted our 10 year old refrigerator for the Samsung RF18A5101SG/AA. As you may imagine, the upgrade is excellent. The new refrigerator space is optimized and the way the shelves are distributed it fits all our needs. The inside led lights are great and you experience a sensation of brightness, fresh and cleanliness. The fast temperature setting is very good and it gets really cold if you set it in such a way. We were originally concerned with the size of the freezer, but again this is a great surprise. The two drawers are more than enough and offers the depth you would require for most frozen food. We were able to store our frozen pizzas in a very easy and convenient way. Finally it looks really clean and smart and the operation is as quiet as a whisper. We are enjoying it very much and would recommend for anyone looking for a smart buy at a very reasonable price. One negative. We could not get the SmartApp to work with our apple phones. We will keep on trying or maybe wait for an upgrade of the App for IOS.

It was a great timing since we were remodeling our old kitchen. This refrigerator was able to blend seamlessly into our new, modern kitchen. The design of this refrigerator was a perfect fit for us. The front of the fridge has a very sleek design which is also finger resistant to daily usage and smudges, decreasing the cleaning time. It is especially important with toddlers at home who touch everything in their reach. In addition, this fridge connects to Wi-Fi. You are able to download an app and control the temperature, and monitor the refrigerator remotely which comes in handy in many situations. It has "just right" size, where it is not too big and bulky and not too small. Just perfect for a family of 4. Lastly, the fridge features beautiful LED lighting that light up the interior making it easy to spot anything. We are very satisfied with this product and would recommend it to our friends and family.

I waited so long for it but so worth it. Love that I have so much space for my things, I am able to fit so many items. And the Like the led light on the fridge & freezer! I have the SmartThings app for all my Samsung appliances that I am slowly getting for my house. On the app I am able to add what items I have in refrigerator and dates so it can tell me if it’s expire and also if the door is open is left open it beeps & app notifies me! I did have a cooling issues the first 2 weeks I got my fridge, but thankfully I just got it and Samsung sent a technician to replace the computer part in back because it was reaching to motor/ he said it’s common with new model Samsung refrigerator and Samsung only requires them to replace it! Hopefully that doesn’t happen anymore! That’s the only thing I have bad about my refrigerator but I love it so much it cools so good now that it has been fixed. The color of my fridge is amazing and that I have so much space. I do recommend!

I would not buy this again and will likely replace soon. I bought due to limited dimensions in my kitchen. Prior experience with bottom freezers has been fine but for some reason this bottom freezer is sensitive and continue struggle with the freezer defrosting resulting in throwing out contents. This happened the first two weeks I had it and had multiple calls to Samsung with home visits, door checks and control board replacement. It appears to be related to something with the door seal and sensor which the tech showed me. I know to close it and listen for the compressor to click on to confirm it is closed properly but guests do not know. After some time of the door sensor not being triggered it appears the control board locks out the freezer so even closing the door does not restart the freezer. I then have to power cycle and then it takes some time for it to reset. Going through it now. This causes too much stress and wasted money and food. If they could have a door alarm just like the fridge door that would help. The fridge will notify in an app the door is not closed so why not the freezer?!
