I’m a tech nut and I love the WiFi and that I can control it from my easy chair in the Living room and it alerts me when the washing is done. It does a great job washing and the clothes are almost dry after it runs the spin dry cycle. It’s also a beautiful machine but it’s extremely heavy so make sure you have plenty of muscle if you’re moving it up stairs! I’m taking advantage of Samsung’s 0 interest plan and after I pay this off I’m buying the matching dryer even though there’s nothing wrong with the one I have. Anyone wants to by an 10yr old gas dryer?😂

So many cycles to choose from, the steam in both the washer and dryer are my go to settings thus far. The bespoke silver is gorgeous, wish my laundry room could have done the navy but it would have stuck out like a sore thumb, but the silver is neutral and nice. The fact that your phone alerts you of the progress of the cycle is one of those things that I didn't know that I needed. The function that enables you to control your dryer from the washer is a game changer if you plan to stack them. Drums are really spacious, no need to visit your local laundromat to wash your comforters anymore for me.

We traded in our 10+ year old machines for this washer & dryer by Samsung. I have never been more excited to do laundry. We'll be using the stackable feature to save space, but I'm even more impressed with the speed, power & room of these machines. The washer is big enough to handle a 5x7 area rug, and the drier can quickly tackle any size load of towels or saturated garments. I'm so impressed with these two units that I'm thinking of looking to Samsung for all of my appliance replacements. 10/10 would recommend to anyone that asks

The best part being it has wifi! Every time a load is done, I get notified on my phone as well as my Samsung TV (Didn’t even know that was possible!). The very best part is you can monitor usage including electric usage through the Samsung Smart Things app which is amazing as I want to control all my utilities cost and this feature is just what I needed! Long story short, they cannot fix the terrible smells. We’ve had front loading washers for years and only had an issue with this specific washer. I’ve had Samsung repair techs come out twice and the only thing they can recommend is to do the usual self clean tactics. We’ve tried everything and have even over done it and it still smells. I suspect it’s not draining the old water because I have to open the drain valve and empty almost 30oz of dirty smelly water before EVERY WASH in order to have the clothes not smell. I shouldn’t have to do this before every wash with any washer, especially a bespoke washer.

There are a number if features on our new machine that we didn't have on our old machine. Steam dry, app control, wrinkle refresh, etc. With each load the machine AI function learns more about how to fine tune our settings. We have yet to notice every savings but it it great that Samsung thought about efficiency and energy consumption. Running fewer, larger loads will save is money in the long run. I wish there was a middle ground between no end of cycle notification sound and a long symphony of beeps and toned. That said getting a notification on my phone solves this issue.

Wish there was a way to select extra water for any cycle, instead of trying to figure out which cycle uses more. Lastly, the POWER button is the only touch button NOT LIT. Its annoying to guess where it is, especially when dark. Wish Samsung does a software update that aloows option to automatically turns on when rotating the dial. Besides that, its truly great washer, looks beautiful , and delivery was easy and professional. Hauled away old units and the guys were friendly and careful. Opted not to stack them and was glad since it provides a LARGE space to fold and stage laundry.

The delivery team was a bi skittish for my liking and they told me the valves were connected and to a test run. I use cold water for washes so didn't realize they forgot to turn on the hot valve back on. Delivery was just a bit of a headache. However, the machine itself is very quiet, it connects to the smart things app and I can control a bunch of features and get updates on issue. Ie the water valve not supplying hot water and to check water supply.

More importantly, it works better than any washer I've used previously. It has a very large capacity for a home washer. Easily handles large blankets without getting off balance or making loud banging noises. The controls are intuitive and I especially like the short "super fast" cycle to quickly do a load. You can use preset cycles or adjust to your needs. The washer will indicate the required time and count it down. The cycle is very quiet and has yet to go off balance in the month we've had it. The tub is stainless steel and illuminated when you open the door which is very helpful. Again, this has a super large capacity. Highly recommend this washer!

They look sleek and modern. The washer and dryer are so much quieter than my previous ones. We have two kids, so load capacity is a must and these both meet if not exceed the bill. One of the things I love the most is they use a lot less water. With four people our monthly bills are always a concern and these will definitely help with that. Finally, all the options it has I am still working through them, and did I mention they are Wifi! There are some suggestions I have when you buy these units : (1) if you do not stack them, buy get pedestals it will save your back and (2) if you do not use pods like I do, you will have to measure you detergent as there are no lines in the compartment.

You can really schedule when to start your washer or dryer after downloading the Samsung Smartthings app to your smartphone. When you opt in for notifications, you receive reminders when your dryer load is finished, saving you the trouble of going to check it. You can't go wrong if you're looking for a top-of-the-line dryer. My husband and I have been completely satisfied. One last thing, we just got the adapter kit that will allow us to stack the dryer on top and control both units from the washer. This will save a lot of space which is at a premium in our household.

I like all the new features including the smart technology where it actually tells me when my laundry is done as a mom, that's a huge benefit especially if I'm not in the same floor level of the house, It helps a lot for me not to forget my laundry sitting all night! They're also good looking and very modern design which makes them a good addition to any laundry room cause they stand out. The only issue that we have so far is that the dryer's play/push button doesn't light up when we turn on the machine which makes it harder to find it and if you're a tall person or someone who's got bad eyesight, this might cause a problem. We will be contacting Samsung to have it fixed asap but overall, functionality is really great on these set!

Sometimes the clothes or towels (whatever I'm washing) seem dry. At times, I can't tell if it's because the machine does such a great job when spinning or bc it doesn't use enough water. Therefore, whenever I wash an extra heavy load, I always add pre-soak and extra rinse for my peace of mind.

On the installation side, the brackets securing the units to the pedestals are annoyingly difficult to install as alignment requires careful use of screws or pressure to ensure all screws are properly aligned. Everything else about the install was fairly typical with the only other annoyance is the lack of handles like my previous Samsung washer had. The washer cleans well and is fairly stable. It does shake a bit at high speed even though it’s properly leveled. Cleaning appears to be on par with past front load washers. Minor annoyance with the lack of sound volume control. However, notifications to the phone do make up for this largely. My only other complaint is that the top surface scratches extremely easily. Not a durable finish in the slightest.

It's great to be able to wash huge loads of bedding or small loads that require a delicate cycle. Every setting gives you countless options for water temperature, soil level or spin speed. While I normally use cold water and normal spin and soil settings, it's great to have the options when I need them. I've washed everything from hand wash sweaters to bathroom rugs to grimy garage clothes and everything comes out perfect. I love the self clean option on the washer. I was hesitant about a front load washer. This washer has made me glad I gave it a try. I love how quiet my Sony washer and dryer are. In a small house with tile floors we can still watch TV while they are running. No loud vibration even during the highest spin cycles. I would definitely recommend.

I had to replace my 10 year-old Samsung washer and dryer set. I absolutely despise the new model! The dryer takes 2-3x longer to dry my clothes. The operational user interface is so idiotically inefficient and over-engineered it's absurd. You have to scroll through so much unnecessary crap just to get the dryer programmed properly, it's abdolutely absurd! Same goes for the washer. The programming / setup interface is so inefficient, over-thought, and over-engineered it drives me nuts to have to scroll through so many settings I'll never use. Instead of having a simple delayed start by 1, 2, 3,4 hours, you now have to figure out when you want the wash to be completed but you have to do the math on how long the cycle is. You can't just do a simple 1 hour delay without having to do addition of subtraction using the length of the wash cycle. What freaking genius thought that was a good idea?

The sing-song alarms are horrific and must all be turned off but then you have no alerts at all. The washer controls have some controls that are lighted and some that are not like the start/pause control. Can't use in the dark but can't see in bright light.

My wife really likes it because I have it on the pedestal and she is only 4’11” and she doesn’t have to use a stool anymore. It is easy to use and the AI is real easy to use. Some reviews stated the panel was hard to read or see, NOT TRUE! We can see the panel and the settings no problem. The machine looks very nice as well.

I've had the new unit for 3 weeks. From day 1, it's had a very loud ticking noise on spin cycle. Had Service Tech out twice now and they can't find anything with it. The Tech left today and didn't hear anything. Right after he left - horrible, loud ticking again through several loads. I made a video of the noise and submitted it. We'll see what happens

But I love how much easier it is to unload. It has a friendly jingle when it's done. If you connect it to the wifi it will tell you when the cycle is done and even when to run a self-clean cycle.

I'm loving the flat sleek look of this washer. It has one button that sticks out and the rest is a flat touch to operate washer. I like the oversized for the larger loads. I enjoy that it senses the loads for a smartwash. I like that I can connect it to my Wi-Fi and then sends a notification to my phone when the washer is done.

So far everything is fantastic, the only issue being that the machine must be slightly larger than the one it is replacing, as it doesn't fit in the closet and allow the door to close. The plug prevents it from being pushed against the wall. A flat plug would have avoided this issue.

It has so many different cycle selections to choose from Speed wash ( Which washes your clothes in half an hour) , Steam wash, Active wear, Normal wash, Heavy duty wash, Towels, and so much more. It is very spacious inside the washer and comes with interior lighting which helps you to see if you left anything behind or to see how much space you have left. It has smart dialing as well as Wi-Fi connection which allows you to control your washer from your phone. The only thing I wish that you could do from your phone that it doesn’t do is actually start your washer instead of only being able to preselect your cycle and sending the information to the washer. You can personalize your greeting screen when it turns on to say what you want it to say. It also notifies you through the app when your cycle is complete as well as plays a completion song which is really nice. I am very satisfied with this washer and I am so happy that I chose it.

With the first load I played around with the menu and noted the numerous options and changes with the settings. Since It was a small load I chose the speed wash. I noticed from start up that this washer is very quiet compared to my old unit, I work from and had the load going while having a conversation with a colleague and had no issues. My clothes came out very clean. I also played around with the menu on the dryer and chose the speed dry option for my small load, everything came out good and dry with no issues, the dryer is pretty quiet as well, the only noticeable noise was the buttons clinking as it spun, but the dryer itself is quiet and efficient. I would definitely recommend this set based off of performance. I took a moment and set the unit up with wifi and had no issues connecting with my Samsung phone app for additional control. The anesthetics are wonderful, it looks beautiful and ads a little bit of pizzazz tp the laundry room.

I bought and installed this washer in Dec. 2022. Only two months later, there's water in the drum when the washer is off. The water amount keep increasing. Service men visited twice but the issue is still there. I regret buying Samsung washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently received our new Samsung bespoke washer and dryer(WF53BB8700ATUS ). Their simple and clean looks can be deceiving because they are packed with so many features including integrated Wi-Fi and smart things smart home compatibility. We immediately put them to the test with a full of dirty clothes and have to say they cleaned much better even using the basic setting then our older top loading washer. They’re quiet with low vibration and we’re comparing them to another set of Samsung we have from about four years ago, which are great but these take it to a new level. At first, you don’t see anything but a large dial control but as soon as it turns on the whole panel has the buttons hidden behind it the flat face and you can make any selection you can imagine. If I had one thing to change it would be the fact that I’m 6 foot two and when you’re standing close to the washer and dryer in a small room you have to bend down to see the controls, not a problem for my 5 foot tall wife however. of course I can get around all that by using the app to make my selections and then all I have to do is push the start button on the unit itself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a gorgeous, modern washer and dryer. It looks classy and futuristic (and has all the tech to back it up). There are tons of pre-made washing and drying settings, such as for towels, colors, and bedding. You can then adjust any of the settings to different temperature, spin, and soil levels. One of my qualms with the machine, though, is that certain pre-made settings won’t allow cold water, so you have to find the settings that support cold water, if that’s your preference. The machine has digital buttons that make it feel like a fancy new tech product. The machine has an adorable jingle that plays when it finishes, and it can also notify you on its app. I think the dryer works super efficiently and effectively. After drying my towels in the dryer, they were noticeably fluffier than my previous machine. The only thing that I would make sure you note is that the machines are quite large, which is great because you can fit a lot of items in at once, but make sure that you have enough space. It was a bit of a tight squeeze on my part, but that was my fault for not planning ahead. I highly recommend this product and would purchase again.
