Je suis seule avec un enfant et jamais personne viennent chez moi ( donc vraiment pas usure normale ce qui arrive , voyons dont ) je suis vraiment déçu payé 2000 $ pour qu’il toff que 4 ou 5 ans , je ne le recommande pas ( ah oui , les rails pour les tiroirs du bas , du milieu du moule avec la vitre était brisé .. tenais de peur . Défault de fabrication et ça été changé une chance .. Puis a bien y pense , acheter chez Breault et Martineau , ( il envoie des choses qui ont déjà servit , exemple mon Divan ?? ) Jsi payé pour un neuf , et non pour un démonstrateur.. Je me pose de sérieuse question fasse à ça :(

Plus profond que la moyenne des réfrigérateurs, ce qui donne plus de rangement. Par contre, il est très difficile d’en faire l’entretien, surtout pour ce qui est des tiroirs des fruits et légumes, à l’interieur desquels l’on retrouve une fente où des miettes s’accumulent. Bref, les tiroirs n’ont pas été pensés pour faciliter le nettoyage.

Immediately had to replace it since the flap between the french doors didn't close. The replacement model wasn't much better. Since the purchase there has been issues with the freezer being too warm, melting ice and spoiled frozen food as well as increased frost buildup. The flap between the french doors to seal the fridge continues to not close and is open more frequently as it gets older. The only thing good about this fridge is the size for my limited space . It's too bad that my warranty expired, otherwise I would be tryng to return it or get it repaired. Now I'll have to wait till it burns out to get a new several thousand dollar fridge.

No issues with cooling. But it is very noisy. More importantly, within a short time, all the door shelves and drawers starting cracking and breaking off with normal use. Cheap plastic materials. Our ten-year-old Samsung, a larger three-door we keep in the garage, didn't have these quality issues. Replacement accessories are expensive. Not worth it to replace all of them. Switching to LG for the next refrigerator because my wife has had it with this garbage. Samsung quality has deteriorated over the years. For what it's worth, we saw the same pattern with washer and dryer and ended up switching to LG for those appliances also.

IThis Samsung Refrigerator is not working after a month, which I didn't expect to happen., The freezer not working , and the frige not cooling off as well.. I have called Samsung customer service and I have to wait for 2 days technician to come and check it . Technician found it to have low freeon with a leak somewhere, needing compressor repair. Now I have to wait a couple of days or more for Samsung tech to get the parts he needed to fix problem. Samsung should replace my refrigerator with a new oone for all the money I pay instead of letting me wait until their technician can fix the problem and refund me on the foods that got spoiled because of this situation.

Nous avons décidé d’acheter un frigidaire Samsung base sur la qualité de notre laveuse et sécheuse acheté il y a quelques années. Malheureusement l’expérience avec le réfrigérateur est tout le contraire. Depuis le début, le congélateur est tout le temps givré, les aliments placés au fond du réfrigérateur gèlent, et nous avons déjà remplacé certaine pièces qui ont cassées. Le tout, en moins de deux ans. Même après la visite d’un technicien, les problèmes persistent, il y a meme des contenants dans la port qui sont craqués. Nous sommes seulement deux adultes dans la maison, donc ce n’est pas une question de manipulation.

I purchased this refrigerator from a local appliance store in January 2017. It is quiet and does what one would expect a refrigerator to do. The issue I have is that the french door guide( an approximately 4" plastic part held in place by 2 metal screws) needed to be replaced in October 2017, and I'm currently waiting for a second replacement of the same part in early April 2018. I feel that if this part were metal, it would not be breaking every few months. I have an extended warranty, so replacement cost is not the issue. It's the annoyance and frustration of experiencing this twice in less than 14 months.

Very pleased thus far with this frig. Replaced a 20 cu ft. Whirlpool with this 21.8 cu ft. model with frig on top and freezer on bottom. Is smaller width than the Whirlpool, yet has more space and deeper than our previous. My wife had a stroke Christmas of 2015 that affected her vision and moving the frig up top with the french doors was the way to go. What we liked was the LED lighting. It's central and very bright. Same in the freezer! She likes that there are numerous side shelves and several trays. Everything is made solid. Also, has a energy setting for added savings over time, Only down we found, are the handles do stick out quite a bit, but it still works in our kitchen.

Je suis très satisfait ce frigo jusqu'à maintenant. Je l'ai depuis maintenant 4 ans. La raison pour laquelle je n'ai pas mis de note excellente est que j'ai un premier problème avec ce modèle. Le congélateur a arrêté de fonctionner pour une raison inconnu pendant 4 hrs. J'ai mis la fonction Power freeze pendant 2 hrs et l'ai enlevé. J'ai baissé aussi la température de 2 points et cela a recommencé à fonctionner. Outre ce problème récent, je n'ai rien à dire. Beaucoup d'espace, tout se prend très bien sans problème. Le panier du haut du congélateur n'a pas beaucoup d'espace mais celui du bas est très grand. Au départ je n'étais pas habitué par tous les petits bruits électroniques de refroidissement mais on s'y habitue très rapidement.

J’ai acheté ce réfrigérateur à l’automne 2015, la porte est difficile à nettoyer et n’a pas l’air propre. Les taches restent marquées. De plus, j’ai deux bacs de portes qui ont cassés et La gouttière ce qui soutient les 2 tiroirs qui tombent maintenant dans le tiroir à charcuterie. Je considère que l’obsolescence de ce produit est trop courte compte que je pensais avoir acheté un produit de qualité. Il y aune bonne proportion du réfrigérateur qui est maintenant inutilisable sans devoir dépenser un montant d’argent conséquent.

J'ai acheté ce frigo en janvier. Très bruyant ! Même si j'ai désactivé le distributeur d'eau.Je le trouve toujours très bruyant. Les tirroirs ne s'ouvre pas au complet. Pour le reste je l'aime bien. Donc à retenir le bruit....est-ce normale?

My wife and I spent an exhausting amount of time looking for a refrigerator to fit our tight space in our kitchen. We were essentially left with no option outside of a top freezer style based on the height and depth available to us. Luckily we found this refrigerator which met all of our needs. The amount of space available is incredible given how small the dimensions are. There is ample in both the fridge and the freezer. Aesthetically speaking, this is a gorgeous model. We couldn't be any happier with this fridge and look forward to purchasing more Samsung products in the future.

The 22 cu. ft. French Door refrigerator/freezer is by far the best designed and performing refrigerator we have ever used. Our previous refrigerator/freezer occupied the same space, but had nearly four cubic feet less volume. With its glass shelving, this Samsung is a joy to clean, is sturdily constructed and intelligently designed; our old one had wire shelving that allowed spills to drip on anything below, making removal of all shelves necessary for cleaning. Our Samsung has flexible and secure door storage shelving; with our old one, storage bins were fixed in place and items stored in them frequently wound up on the floor, for retaining strips were flimsy and were easily dislodged. A great investment!

the interior of the refrigerator is designed very well with ample room for all types of products. the freezer portion is excellent with a drawer on the top that does not hinder the ability to see the food beneath it. the storage capacity is large. the lighting throughout the model is superior and the "alarm" that gently sounds after three minutes of having doors open is extremely helpful as a reminder. the exterior is a smudge proof stainless steel which is wonderful in that do not have to maintain to have it looking new. very pleased with delivery/setup process.

I have now owned my 22 in. Frenchdoor Samsung Refrigerator for a little over two years. I have had no issues, and enjoy the roominess, and sleek look it lends to my kitchen area. The Ice Maker which is located inside the freezer compartment makes tons of ice, although, at first it may take a bit of time to produce ample amounts. The best thing about this refrigerator is it’s small size, inside there is tons of space compared to others that take up much more space. Also, everything is well lit, and simple to use. Perfect mix of modernity and simplicity.

We purchased this model because it is the only French door refrigerator that we could find that would fit our limited space. The fridge is very attractive, lighting is good. The pull-out freezer is spacious and works beautifully. Unfortunately, the produce and meat drawers do not pull out all the way, partly due to design and partly due to a limited space in which we can open the left door. This makes it rather difficult to access those drawers, especially the back of the drawers. All in all, however, we like the fridge and are glad we purchased it.

We have only had this product for 6 days so its a little early for a review. This was the best product to fit in the small space we have for a fridge. Other Competitors similar product would require cutting an inch or two from my cabinets and had interiors that were not as flexible. So, overall we are pleased. The only problem we are having so far is that there seems to be a vibration noise that starts up after you close the upper doors. Before that its quiet. This slight vibration noise is annoying when you are in the kitchen but can't be heard outside that room. Hopefully there will be something in the manual, or we can get help over the phone. Otherwise we will have to have someone come out to see what can be done. without this noise it is quiet.

I love the French door design and height to fit in a small area. wish it was made just an inch or two wider, and not as deep, as it sticks out far beyond counters. One of main reasons I purchased it was that it said it was an energy efficient product. However, when I set the energy saver to "ON", condensation occurs on edges of doors, This must be a common occurrence, as manual says that it this happens, to turn the Energy Saver function off. Then, my question is, why do we have to turn it off, if this product is indeed energy efficient, why is it that condensation appears when it is turned on? Other than that, I do like the design of the refrigerator and am happy with how it keeps my food nice and cold. Also love the sliding tray in the bottom freezer.

Just received it 10/20. It replaced a 20 year old 21cf GE Profile fridge which had lots of adjustable storage bins on the door and inside along with slide-out shelves. I was disappointed that this fridge had none of that. No other brands came close to the Samsung in the size I wanted and the better made interior. This is the first time I've had a bottom freezer. Not sure if I'm a fan or not. Ice cube trays were not supplied since I didn't order the ice maker, but the bin was there (which I'm using for other items). It's a good thing I saved a small bin and trays from the old fridge. I love the lighting and the ease of setting the temperatures. It runs very quietly. Pull-out shelves and more adjustable increments on the doors would have been a plus.

Be sure to measure the space in your kitchen where you'll put your new refrigerator, including the vertical space. We looked at many models and were getting frustrated because so many of them were too tall for our kitchen given the height of our cupboards (68-1/2" from the floor). This Samsung fit, with room to spare. We totally prefer the French Door over both the side-by-side and top-freezer models. Refrigerator space offers lots of flexibility; freezer space is unexpectedly roomy. And it fits in our kitchen beautifully!

I love my new fridge, this was one of the first appliances I have purchased on my own for my home and it felt great to upgrade. I love the clear shelfs and drawers. Really gives you a better view of what is really going on in there! Also all the separated side door space allows me to organize the ever growing surplus of condiments that seem to accumulate in everyones fridge. Thank you for assisting me in adult-ing! We LOVE how big this fridge is. There are things we really like - it holds a lot. The light in the freezer is handy, and the freezer drawer that slides back to get to the two drawers is nice. The wide shallow bottom drawer in the fridge is good. I like the flat surface at the bottom front of the fridge; so if you're digging for things, you can set the milk and other items there while you get what was behind them. BUT - the refrigerator doors are hard to close! If you're holding the handle and close it, it closes well. But usually, your hands are full and you just push the door shut with your elbow. And so often, the door won't close all the way. You have to go back and push it again, with force. Had I knows just how annoying that is, I may not have chosen this fridge.

We could only fit this width and height in our kitchen and really wanted a bottom freezer and lots of space in the fridge. This fridge fits so much more than our last fridge that we could hardly put anything in the freezer or it would leak into the fridge. This one has plenty of space. It does seem to frost up a little, but if we push on the drawer a little and make sure all items are placed nicely, not sticking up all over the place it is much better. The ice maker is a little loud when just dropping, but it if only for moments. The refrigerator fits much more that we expected. We can fit a gallon of milk easily in the door, which allows for more space in the main area. This is great for the space we have! Hopefully we will not have any issues, but seems to be doing well after a few weeks in.

We bought a home with a limited kitchen space. At first, we thought we would have to do some remodeling to fit a new refrigerator into our kitchen. Luckily, however, we found this wonderful Samsung model. The reputation of Samsung and the design of the interior sold us on the purchase. The inside has more than enough space for everything that we would need and can be altered due to the movable shelves. The sliding shelf of the freezer also allows for a great deal of frozen items to be stored in an organized manner. Compared to the other models we considered, the Samsung's model was more durable and sturdy (sliding shelves for deli items and produce in the fridge as well as the freezer shelf). We are thrilled with the refrigerator and will definitely consider additional Samsung appliances in the future!

The layout of this refrigerator is great! I had a very narrow space to fit a refrigerator and thought I would be stuck getting another traditional top freezer/bottom refrigerator model. I was so surprise to find Samsung made a french door model with the bottom freezer to fit. This is much more spacious inside and more convenient to look inside at eye level rather than kneel down to look inside. It keeps the temperature perfectly too. Highly recommend if you have a small space!

Our refrigerator went out right before Christmas and my husband was assigned the task of purchasing a new one. The day of delivery I had no ideal what he had purchased. To my surprise, he had purchase a Samsung refrigerator with double doors and the freezer at the bottom. Awesome:). With the tight space we had for the refrigerator, it fit just right. Some much space on the inside with space for milk on the door. Thank you Samsung for saving the day with a fantastic product.

It was delivered today. Wish I had noticed the dent in the right hand door. It's a nice refrigerator. cooled really fast. Previously had a bottom-freezer so I will have to get use to this set up. Love the deep freezer drawer and the fact that the top drawer inside it glides forward when you open it and gives easy access to ice. Great light in the freezer, but the refrigerator light doesn't light up whats in the back, just the front. So the items to the back are in the dark.

We purchased a new home and this is the refrigerator in the kitchen. I wanted to clean it but never in my life did I find cleaning a refrigerator so challenging. The design of the vegetable drawers is horrific. The front of the the drawer is double plastic, where food debris can accumulate. The only way to clean it out is to separate the double layer of plastic. I had to google YOUTUBE videos but it isn't easy and I cracked both drawers. They need to redesign this.

bought this in sep through the samsung website. delivery and install were great. after plugged in,is very loud. you can hear the fans cycling up and down speed. i do not have the icemaker turned on or hooked up. it vibrates the floor so loud you can hear downstairs. it can be heard throughout upstairs. i bought 3 year samsung care, but apparently that dosen't cover an extremely loud unit. i will be removing and placing on curb in front of our house if you want it.

My husband and I recently did some upgrades to our kitchen, and this fridge is a great addition. It is beautiful, and it fits into the small space required. I love the bottom freezer drawer, and it is far more organized than a standard refrigerator. The quality of this product is outstanding as are all of the Samsung appliances we have purchased in the past. The value was not great, but since we needed it to be a particular size, we had to pay the extra money.

Of course I wanted a 30 cubic foot refrigerator... but faced with a total remodel or finding a unit to fit in my limited space, I went with this. It just came today, but I am thrilled it slid right in -- even though it is deeper than my previous unit, seems to be just fine. We were unable to see the exact model in the stores we went to, so we ordered it with our fingers crossed. Happily it has adjustable shelves which every salesperson said we would not get.

This refrigerator is garbage. I haven't even had it 2 years and it's already leaking and collecting water on the bottom shelf and into the produce drawer. Frost and condensation constantly builds up. And it is extremely noisy. The freezer is super tight and you can barely remove the ice drawer. More and more I am hearing how awful Samsung appliances are and now I understand. Repairman says he is always repairing Samsung appliances over any other brand.

I live in an apartment and it's hard to find refrigerators more than 20 cubic ft that is aesthetically pleasing to look at and still fit into a small kitchen. I really wanted the 25 cubic ft one, but my refrigerator space was off by 0.25 inches *sob* French doors!!! And I didn't break bank (a little bit) to get it! I didn't need a water dispenser (don't trust city water no matter how "filtered" it would be) so this one was perfect. It comes with an ice maker, but I didn't hook it up (same reasoning). The shelves on the side doors are spacious.. fit a gallon jug of milk with a couple of inches left to spare. It didn't take long to cool at all. The freezer at the bottom is spacious. There's a container where the ice would go. I love it. I would say that this refrigerator would fit a family of 4-5 people... or 4-5 roomies.

We looked at a lot of refrigerators but only two we choose from. We went with Samsung and we love it a lot .we liked the shelving and freeze .The doors opened very nicely. WE would recommend this product to others. We found it to be quite hardly here it running . I have a limited space in my mobile home to put a fridge in. I was pretty disappointed to find out that I might get stuck with a regular old fridge instead of a french door one. The measurements had me worried that this fridge was going to be very small but once it was delivered, I was ecstatic !! It was way bigger in person & there is sssooo much space inside !! This is a great refrigerator for anyone who has limited space such as an apartment or older home. Just installed yesterday-but it's working fine. It cooled down a lot quicker than the recommended 24 hr period. I was able to use within 3 1/2 hours-per my frig thermometer. Love the French doors and the bottom freezer. Water line to the ice maker hooked up easily and with no leaks. Appreciate the warning bell if the door is left open to long.

This was truly a Dream come true. Samsung did one outstanding job the design of the Refrigerator. The Classic French Doors are wonderful, adding more space then I really thought, I have no issues with this product at all. The Freezer on the bottom, I thought would be a problem, but with the two door spacing there are no storage problems at all, I can get to items very easy. Has very nice settings, Cold is Cold. A Product well done.

Very sleek looking, more room than I thought inside and so convenient to reach in and grab something, I just love it! For a 21.8 cubic foot refrigerator every inch of space is well utilized, nothing wasted and very well thought out. We were somewhat limited by height and wanted to maximize cubic feet and this was the most perfect one. Was leery first in purchasing since Samsung does make a lot of products but based on other reviews we decided to go for it and so glad we did! What I really like the most is how even the temperature stays throughout fridge, always nice & cold. Don't have to worry about what I put where. I would definitely recommend this product since it has so many pluses. The only other comment I have is when the condenser turns on the noise is a bit louder than normal. It could be because it's not 100% level yet which we do have to level.

I just bought this fridge. When I went looking for a fridge it was an emergency as my 6 year old fridge died. I did not notice that the door shelves were only 6 and there was no butter storage shelve with cover in the model at the store. When the fridge came and was installed, I noticed that there were not enough shelves and no butter storage. This is my only complaint. I hope this fridge has no problems as did my old one.

I have had a Samsung TV and other products along with the new refridgerator I just purchased. The TV has been the best I have ever owned & is still going strong considering its about 10 yrs old. Old fridge had roll out shelves, this one I have to dig in to find what I'm looking for. Also came with a very visible dent in left front door. Didn't notice the scratch on the side until the next day. I know they don't come in boxes any longer but I think you need more protection than shrink wrap. Works well but I can't be certain as this is only the second day it's been plugged in. I'll let you know in a year or two.

Just bought a new fridge and can't use it. Hooked up the fridge and the breaker trips anywhere from the first five minutes to an hour or two. No one wants spoiled food. Dealer is telling us the design isn't playing well with the new electrical code that requires arc fault or GFI breakers in the electrical panel. I'm told a self-test that gets performed is causing the breaker to pop. Have brand new wiring for a new kitchen and completely new electrical service . I'm told by the dealer the manufacturers haven't quite worked some of these issues now and its happening with more and more customers. Not totally mfr issue but a work-around is being discussed with the electrical inspectors. I'm told some eletricians are swapping breakers till they find ones that are more tolerant. Hope this gets resolved soon. Having a large fridge in your kitchen thats a door stop is not fun.

this refrigerator has so much room! i love the double doors and i really love the freezer on the bottom! the ice maker is great, but i’ve noticed that the ice cubes aren’t as big, but i can live with that. we took out one of our selves because we have bigger items like milk and pitchers of ice tea and lemonade, and we still have a lot of room left. and the refrigerator is quite when it’s running. i give this a 10!

The refrigerator functions as it should. However, cleaning the inside is a nightmare. Had to look online on how to remove the bottom shelf. The clips mentioned in the instructions were not where explained. Once loose, it was a struggle to do a multidimensional tilt to remove it from the refrigerator. Plastic clips holding the glass in place had to be removed to clean the glass. One of the clips broke in the process. The sides of the shelves where they attached to the refrigerator had numerous small areas which formed odd angles. Impossible to clean. The fronts of the drawers each had an overlapping area into which debris can slide, but there is no way to clean it out My otherwise sparkling clean refrigerator now has a very obvious row of debris at the front of each drawer. Very unsightly and unhygienic. Perhaps the appliance designers should clean a model before it is released for sale.

Please with the design features, however, I purchased the product because Focus on Energy recommended Energy Efficient products for any refrigerator over 10 years old and my refrigerator was 20 years old. This is the first time I have used a bottom freezer, and so far I am pleased with this type of freezer. As I use it more, I will be better able to see if that is my preference or a side freezer.

I’ve had this refrigerator for 8 years. The ice maker never worked properly. The design of the drawers is horrendous. Only one shelf can be tall enough for a gallon container. The temperature controls turn off and need to be reset by turning off electric. It’s now freezing items on every shelf in the refrigerator. I cannot wait to get rid of it. I will never buy a Samsung refrigerator again

I love the bottom freezer. I looked for years for the French door with the bottom freezer that would fit in my space. I would have bought the higher end with the fancier insides if it had been available in the 30" wide, but could not wait any longer to replace the old one. Maybe by the time I need a new one they will have the higher end insides for the small space models.

Like all Samsung products that I have owned this is no exception to the quality of the fridge! We've only had it for a week but are confident it will give us years of service. Looks great in place and easy access. It is a deep fridge which we like because it is also narrow which works in our space so the cu.ft. is not an issue: there is plenty of room! Great product!

My landlady bought this refrigerator 18 months ago and it has stopped cooling three times already. Repairmen cannot seem to fix it and it looks like it is going to have to be replaced. NOT with a Samsung refrigerator! I definitely would never buy one of their products again. Extremely poor quality and performance. And the handle to the freezer drawer is broken.

Bought this fridge because of the size to fit in a smaller space. Turns out it holds more then the old side by side that was bigger. The shelves were easy to adjust and also the ones on the doors. The bottom freezer holds so much more then a side by side we had and a frozen pizza is so nice to lay flat instead of in side ways. Looks great and runs pretty smooth.

Amazing amount of space for such a small fridge. Lots of useful cabinets, lots of bright light inside and the freezer is huge, and the freezer tray is very nice as well. I plugged it in and the icemaker started up no problem in a few hours., probably took 4 hours to get down to 40 degrees. very happy with this upgrade and the price was very reasonable.

I needed a new fridge and wanted a French door style to replace one I had, but had a height restriction of 67 7/8". This was a good fit for that height and was still a big 22 cu ft. size. Makes lots of ice cubes fast and has plenty of shelf space. Wish it were 6" wider so door bins were wider and had more even more cu ft. Except for that, a great buy.

this was a good option to fit the built in space in our older home. the reason i didn't give it a 5 is because i think the interior lighting could be brighter in the refrigerator section, and i wish one of the door shelves had a flip up cover as is found in some of the larger models. otherwise we are very pleased with the purchase.

Meme apres la visite d’un Reparateur autorisé le réfrigérateur est bruyant. Ça fait des bruits de pression chaque 5-7 minutes, on dirait qu’une personne éternue dans la cuisine. des clics ici et là. pas satisfait du tout de ce produit

This unit is spectacular! Keeps everything cold, the ice maker is efficient the space is more than adequate. In our old refrigerator we could not find so many things and by the time we did we needed to throw them out!

So pleased with the features of this refrigerator and the appearance of it. The height was perfect for the space we had. Samsung was the only company that I could find that had the french doors I wanted and stainless.

This product has good feathers. The one thing that should be changed is the temperature controls. They should have numerical temperature not bars indicating temperature . The size is good for our needs..
