our ice maker was always extremely slow even when we first received the fridge. it wasn't that it wasn't making ice, it was just slow dispensing. this was fine. however, now the ice machine is frozen. it does not dispense. it is useless. i've removed the ice numerous time and it just refreezes within a few days. i've tried everything to prevent this from happening, but it does. even when we left for a week without touching the fridge, we came home to a frozen ice machine. please help if anyone knows what to do. it's a constant inconvenience and a feature we purchased the fridge for...

There is all kinds of storage space for your food and the temperature controls keep it much colder than our old refrigerator. With most of the food at eye level I love that I don't have to bend over to see what is on the shelves. I enjoy the counter depth as I can see all the way to the back of the shelves . The color also goes great in our remodeled kitchen.

The ice dispenser is a little slow and the water comes out a bit fast usually causing some spillage. These are the only negatives that I can find. App is nice too.

It took a long time to get my new refrigerator (due to Covid), but it was worth the wait. Plenty of room and it is very quite when it runs. My old one was louder and heated up the kitchen. My new Samsung does not heat up my kitchen, especially when I'm trying to stay cool in the Arizona heat.
