I bought a Samsung Galaxy S24+ on a three year postpaid contract. I have had the phone for a week and have experienced too many glitches. For a start the phone will freeze when dialling a number. The phone will freeze when using YouTube. When attempting to turn the phone off to force a manual restart the power button instead will bring up the Bixby app. Not sure what that is because it requires me to sign in or create an account. The device is defective. I'm not sure if this is normal for Samsung. I spent years using other devices because the Samsung I had years ago experienced similar issues. Sadly, I don't recommend this phone for the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had it for a week and quite frustrated. Very difficult if not impossible to change alert sounds for apps. I get all these system alerts when I'm trying to work and can't tell if messages or some other useless notifications. Google tries to run everything on it to "customise" it to me but I know what I want, not what Google wants. Google just wants to promote its own agenda and advertising. The s21 suggested spelling, this stupid keyboard overrides my spelling and auto corrects things I don't want changed. If you turn it off then don't even get suggestions. I've spent hours on youtube trying to figure out how to change everything.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my phone at the end of December, due to the sales. Did not touch it for a month as I was scared to try the copying from my Galaxy S10+ . I NEED not have worried. Using smart switch, I managed to copy everything over effortlessly with the exception of whatsapp. While the many photos came across in my gallery, it was not possible to copy over the app using smart switch. There was a bit of a fiddle but it worked in the end. Just check your photos. It would appear you have to open messages containing photos in order to easily access them in your gallery. But I am one very happy little sausage with my Galaxy s24+

Purchased a little over a month ago; so far so good. Enjoying the new camera features & long lasting battery. The Smart Switch app was easy to set-up & I was able to transfer everything within a few hours from my old Samsung including all files from the micro sd card. Battery got a bit warm during the Smart Switch of files, but hasn't been an issue since then. The downside is no micro sd card slot in this phone & you have to buy the charging adaptor separately; I just use an old adapter that I already have. All in all it's a great phone to use, but take note that I was upgrading from an old S10+ that I've had for 5 years & haven't experienced the other models inbetween.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgrading from my previous Samsung S series phone I discovered how easy it was to use my new Samsung Galaxy S 24+. The features have been upgraded from my previous phone and I noticed how quick this phone is doing all tasks. All of my old phone features and apps were easily transferred to my new device and I'm constantly discovering new features that are a helpful addition to my upgraded product. It's like I'm using a refreshed version of my old phone and apart from the repositioning of the user buttons from the left side of the handset to the right side it's as if I've just upgraded my devices features and speed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m one of those people that thinks about sustainability and tries to use items for as long as possible. So I’ve had my S9+ for so long. Bought new and it just kept working. Finally the battery started to struggle to keep enough charge for long enough when using things with gps. I looked at other options but came back to an upgrade of what I already have. Got the S24+. Really happy with it. My main use case is photos. But I am also noticing all the improvements in the interfaces between things. Processes are so much more seamless with more automated ’handshaking’ or passing of data. Apps that I used to curse at because they hung, now work perfectly. A very happy camper 🙌

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am absolutely thrilled with my new Samsung S24+ in Cobalt Violet! As a working professional who loves great phone features, this device checks every box and more. The sleek cobalt violet color is stunning and adds such a unique touch—it’s stylish and professional at the same time. The massive storage is a dream come true; no more running out of space! The display is incredibly sharp, and the camera quality is next-level, capturing vibrant, clear shots effortlessly. The battery life keeps up with my busy day, and it charges in a flash. This phone is perfect for anyone who wants power, beauty, and functionality all in one. Samsung really outdid themselves with this one! LOVE IT!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this phone for a week or so now and I'm really impressed with the battery. I was updating from an old s20 which served me really well for many many years (so I knew I would stick with Samsung) but understandably the battery was starting to slow down a bit now. With the s24+ I find I no longer have ti be anxious about where a nearby charger is. It's also fun to use the Ai features like snapping a photo of my dog and then using my fingers to noodles a Mohawk or glasses on him then I press the Ai button and it makes my squiggley drawing look like a real life Mohawk and glasses on the dog!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had Samsung phones for many years now, and have not been disappointed. The transfer from an S21 to the S24+ seems to have been much smoother than in previous years. The larger size is great because I can see the text much better now. The upgraded camera is very nice too (I love taking night pictures in my backyard and the colours are spectacular with the new phone!). Note that I got the green colour, not the violet colour as mentioned in the header, but this was automatically generated and not something I could change as part of my review. I really like the colour, it is lovely and mellow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old A8 became redundant with the closure of 3G. I wanted a phone, the similar size and with good storage as SD cards are on the way out. I found the S24 after a lot of searching, which is basically the same size as the A8, and fits easily in the pocket. So glad i bought it. Easy to use, it has all the features i need, plus more and most amazingly, after a days use is still at 80 percent battery capacity. The Samsung wallet that i purchased to protect the phone is amazing in itself. It turns the phone on and off with the opening and closing of the wallet, and has a nifty corner view hole to see the time and date. All up, a really pleasing purchase that meets every need, i could not be happier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great phone with very nice internals. It looks good and it is super quick loading apps and games. It has a fair few apps pre-installed. Some I use, some I don't. It doesn't come with an SD card slot but it has loads of internal storage and loads of memory. My previous phone was a Samsung Galaxy note 20 ultra which is still in good condition but apparently won't get any more security updates, hence the update to this phone. I use this phone constantly each day and watch a lot of YouTube videos. The battery lasts for ages between charges which is a bonus. You will not be disappointed with this phone. I only gave 4 stars because of the plethora of apps which I will never use and you cannot uninstall them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] S24+ in my opinion the is only mobile you will need. What impressed me is the usability of it as it is easy to navigate for a smart mobile with all the latest tech it has. S24+ is a perfect size, love the round edges, sleek look and feel of it. What really sets this phone apart for me is that it has one of the strongest glasses available the gorilla glass and as me being clumsy I know it is less likely to brake. S24+ has fast performance with 12gb of ram so I was surprised how quickly it did the switch from my S21+. It also has 7 years of updates. So far I am loving it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this phone for a week now and love it. It just feels nicely balanced in my hand, not too heavy but doesn't feel cheap either. It seems heaps faster than my old S22 ultra and the display is much better on a sunny day. I take a lot of random work pics and this camera is good, it starts up quickly when double pressing the power button and the auto focus works well. It doesn't get as hot as my previous phone either, if playing games or watching movies on a flight I can hold the phone for ages without it heating up. Overall great phone with some awesome new features.

Absolutely no reason for this phone having been given all care a new device of this value should and would receive. I have only purchased Samsung for many years .... will revert to using my S10+ Cannot recommend this device... take a look at reviews online before purchasing.... this model has too many reviews with this problem..... no I did not check beforehand(( I relied on the performance of Ll other Samsung products

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchase a week ago and managed to transfer from another OS without any trouble. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I thought the phone was getting a bit warm at first, but this has since settled down and I have a feeling there a lot of processing going on with the setup. I have to re-enter my password every 72 hours, which can be a bit annoying as I have so many passwords I already have to remember. It would help if I was able to put my own hint on the password request page. I can understand why this function exists and I think it's a great feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been around 10 days since I got my s24+ and I'm loving it. The processing speed on this thing is crazy. Not a single issue. The display is gorgeous, everything is so fast. Cameras ? The cameras on this phone are like nothing i've ever experienced before, they're the definition of perfection. The build quality and design is amazing it feels like a bar of pure gold in my hands. Speakers are amazing and loud but the bass could be improved just a little bit. Overall, I love this phone and definitely more than worth my money. And I recommend this to everyone.

I could have really used my money to buy an engine for my car, first disappointment is the voice to text it doesn't recognize your voice and the word just saying correctly but I suppose that's been an issue with every one of the Samsung phones. Typing predictability, I have basically spelt the whole word before the phone gives me the option for the right word. Camera is good, video is amazing quality of the screen is great. Samsung and every other phone maker boasts about the battery life well that should never be an issue but yet we find ourselves paying for a phone because it's battery last longer when really it's roughly the same size battery. Throughout most devices. I am yet to see some stand out features but I am optimistic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The camera is great; Night mode is a cool feature which allows for non-grainy photos in areas with little light. The zoom is also great for spotting things far away in the distance! The battery life is great too, even using 1440p, it's still lasting me well over a day. The new AI features are very practical too. While there are some fun features like sketch to image, others actually have day-day benefit which I'm still exploring! Overall great phone, and very much what you'd expect from Samsung; solid, reliable and always challenging the norm.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Galaxy S24+ is a robust mid-tier flagship in Samsung's lineup, offering solid performance and features that make it a strong choice for many users. It boasts a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with impressive brightness and clarity. Powered by either the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 or Exynos 2400 (depending on the region), it handles multitasking and gaming well. The phone includes enhanced AI capabilities for editing and productivity, and Samsung has committed to seven years of software updates, ensuring long-term support.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this phone a week ago and so far, wow. I upgraded from a device which was about 4 years old (as I am someone who probably over analyses my tech decisions and want the best bang for buck device I can get) so of course things are going to be better but just to touch on a few. Amazing display and refresh rate, the phone is very fast and seamlessly moves through apps and scrolling is a breeze. Really enjoying the camera experience as I wanted/needed a good camera for the 1000's of phones I take of my kids :). The battery life is great, I get about 2 days with a single charge. It feels great in the hands, very sleek design. I ended up getting a great deal on this also with the trade in added value. Highly recommend if you don't want to go for the ultra.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this phone for two weeks now, so far it has been absolutely amazing!! It is such a beautiful design in purple. The camera is fantastic! Crystal clear, even when extremely zoomed in. Perfect for outdoor shots and scenery. I have a canon eos r50 camera, and the Samsung s24+ camera is that good, I now don't have to take my actual camera with me to most places, it's that good! The phone is super fast, no lag. Super easy to use. Best phone I have ever had! Would highly recommend to everyone. Love love love this phone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and have had it activated for 1 week. Very clunky to do the Samsung transfer of apps. Each app has to be opened and set up as a new login. It is taking hours to do. The phone battery is lasting about 30 hours, depending on the number of applications working at once. The screen edge has a protruding section on the bottom left which is distracting. I am not sure whether this is usual. There is no noticeable difference to the S10 which this S24+ replaced. I have yet to take photos.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded S22+ with S24+ last week. Was told to get a wireless charging station to increase the battery life of my phone (reason I needed to upgrade). The Samsung Trip wireless charging station charges my Galaxy Watch 4 Classic faster than it charges the S24+ though. Be good to have this charge faster. Setting up the new phone was relatively easy although I had to re-enter my individual contact's notification settings. I'm still struggling with the notification settings for our Eufy Security system (can't get individual sounds for different cameras). My daughter found that the default setting in the S24+ are set that you can't have customised notifications, so we had to change that. Everything else is pretty much the same as the S22+ so once I've got it set up right it'll be good to go.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently bought the s24+ becuase my other phone died. Let me just say this is the best choice I have ever made the colour on the back is just so beautiful, I got the purple and man it looks so good. The flat screen is definitely so much better and even the cameras everything is so crisp and full of colour. I must say upgrading from a s20+ to this 24+ just the ai features make it worth it the circle to search and the filling in cropped photos or even just remastering the photos. Would buy again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently upgraded to the Galaxy S24+ 512GB in Cobalt Violet, and it's been an amazing experience. The Cobalt Violet colour is stunning and makes the phone stand out. The 6.7-inch display is bright and smooth, perfect for watching videos and browsing. Performance-wise, it’s incredibly fast, thanks to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor and 12GB of RAM. I've had no issues with multitasking or running demanding apps. The 512GB of storage is more than enough for all my photos, apps, and files. The camera is fantastic, capturing detailed and vibrant shots. Battery life is fantastic, lasting me through a full day of heavy use, and the fast charging is super convenient. Overall, the Galaxy S24+ in Cobalt Violet is a powerful and stylish phone that delivers on all fronts. Highly recommended!

The S24+ is amazing, it's smaller amd lighter than previous models, which is great because i spend a fair amount of time on my phone, both for work and personal use. The screen is next level, eye comfort and display are highly adjustable. The operating system is fast, it's easy to use, loaded with great basic features and extras if you need. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with my new phone, and particularly impressed with the camera - a huge improvement on my old one. But... some of the functionality depends on having a Samsung account. I couldn't receive the email with the verification code to my big pond email address. Really annoying, but the attitude when I asked for help was just that this is the way it is! Really? In 2024, one of the biggest tech companies can't come up with an email that can be received by a Telstra email address! After a huge amount of trouble, managed to get it done with a Gmail one, but now I can't link my tablet to my phone without a factory reset. It's shouldn't be this difficult! We can put AI, which I don't need, in the phone, but sending this email is too hard. Not good enough, Samsung! Please fix this now, and lift your game!

This phone although bigger is lighter, much faster processing, I can hotspot and do work on my laptop and stream on the TV with minimal lag (last phone could get very laggy). Completed a uni exam with no internet issues. Took a photo of the southern lights with it without realising it was there. The camera is a huge upgrade. It is more expensive, but I can see big differences in the technology. Hopefully it will be long lasting!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy S24+ from the S21+, and I am thrilled with the improvements. The camera is fantastic, capturing stunning photos with impressive detail and colour. The face recognition is a noticeable upgrade, offering faster and more reliable unlocking. One of my favourite new features is the improved search function, which makes finding apps, contacts, and settings incredibly efficient. I also appreciate the button placement on the right side, which feels more comfortable to use. Although I’ve only had the phone for two days, I’m already impressed by its performance and ease of use. I'm excited to explore more features and benefits as I continue to use it. Overall, the S24+ is a significant step up from the S21+, and I highly recommend it to anyone considering an upgrade.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from the S9+. Phone speed, multitasking, battery life and screen clarity are a quantum leap upgrade. The only drawbacks for me were the loss of curved glass, and more importantly the speakers; on occasion I use the phone speakers to listen to music and the S24+ sounds very tinny; maximising the bass end of the equalizer and settings to Music helps, but side-by-side you can definitely hear the difference. Luckily most of the time we would use headsets / ear buds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased 2 of these beautiful things to replace our old S20 FE. The change over was so easy my (not good with electrical items) husband even could do it. The phone is easy to use like the old one, but with lots of updates that work seamlessly with my old phone apps and programs. Having a new up to date phone has even made my Garmin watch battery last longer yeah, winning. Very happy with our choice, and buy direct was so easy, would definately purchase direct again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased this phone and whilst I enjoy the features and the updated camera. I have found it has some serious issues with google maps that from reading online appears to be a software issue that I hope Samsung update ASAP. As it stands my previous S20 has better capability when using google maps and can connect to GPS so if you use your phone for GPS I would hold off purchasing this until the software is updated to ensure the GPS features work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using my old Samsung Galaxy S8+ for the last 8 years and it was a great phone that doesn’t let me down. So, it’s time for an upgrade and I have decided to go for Galaxy 24 S+ because of the same size screen as my old one and has a full range variety of colours. Currently, there is an offer on the EOF with the trade in, this is too good to resist. Now I am very happy and glad that I have make the right choice to stay with Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the S24+ 512GB a couple of weeks ago and have transferred all my apps and photos etc across, the only issue I’m having is with my Yahoo mail app as it hasn’t transferred properly and no matter what I do I cannot log into it which is inconvenient as it is my main email. Right now it appears the only solution is to create a new email account as nothing seems to be working to get it started again and Yahoo certainly isn’t any help!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my Samsung phone with high hopes, but it has been nothing short of a disaster. From the very first day, the phone overheats, making it uncomfortable to hold. The battery drains way too quickly, even with less than 10 apps installed. I often find the screen freezing, which is incredibly frustrating. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed with this purchase and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Save your money and look elsewhere!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old phone died and I had no access. I bought this new one outright (ie no provider deal) so I had to set it up myself (I'm a marginal tech-savy 70+) and didn't have any idea how I would get to the aps I had on my old phone. The combination of Samsung and Google made it easy. When I logged into those two accounts everything I needed appeared. All done in an hour. One set the phone is great to use. Brilliant camera in particular.

And the new ia feature are really great with the translation of languages and the circle image thing that tell you what the item or place is

This time it was almost seamless to upgrade, and if this phone performs like my S21 then I will upgrade again next time to your latest model. Love the product, cheers.

I've always purchased refurbished phones, but this is my first brand new unit. I just live the S24+! Lots of battery capacity. Ease of use and data transfer from my old phone. Perfect screen size. Great value for money compared to other brands. It feels solid and robust in my hand too. Couldn't be happier with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the S24 Plus after using the 23 Ultra for around and year and a half. The S24 Ultra is better with everything except the size which was the reason for getting the 24 Plus. S23U is faster ( just a bit), with better camera (expected), better sound and smoother UI experience. I would blame the Exynos honestly. I tried so hard to get the Snapdragon version, but unfortunately, it is only available in USA.

Ofcourse it is a wonderful competitor to the mobile which claims same feauture but price is abnormal in the market. It is loaded with AI features especially with health parameters which is a boon for senior citizens like me. It is real smart mobile in every sense and every penny is worth. Thank god, i purchased it without hesitations.

I have had this phone now for about a week. I purchased this because it is one of the only phones that can run wifi and hotspot at the same time. However to my Horror, I have just noticed that this phone is not able to cast to a TV with hotspot on. PATHETIC! Even my cheep google pixel 7a can do it. What is wrong with you samsung? I also had a motorola phone that can also do it. If it is a software thing. FIX IT

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have trouble with google maps on this phone. GPS signal is lost numerous times en route. I am with Telstra, so this shouldn't be an issue. My old Samsung A13 never gave me any problems with maps and finding places, which I have to do quite often for my work. Often when I leave a wifi area, it won't want to switch to using mobile data. Taking a screenshot on this phone is also not as easy as my old phone.

I could have got the ultra for the same price but the plus seemed to be more durable going by reviews. I also have the Samsung ultra tab for serious screen work and my Watch. Also have 2 samsung fridges. My son got a new one at the same time cause it was cheaper for me than to keep buying credit. So, I got 2 new phones and a free new tablet, 3 plans and it was still cheaper than what I was paying before. How good is that?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not sure what has been changed but using Maps - with high accuracy for location, is dreadful. It lag considerably and loses connection in metro Melbourne - not remote. Really annoying, previous model was great in terms of this. Not good, and I use maps alot for work, I've even tried other apps to see if there's a difference, there's not which means it's the phone, not the app.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently, I purchased this Samsung phone, and while I have generally been pleased with its features, I must express my concern regarding the overheating issue. This problem has been a source of annoyance and has negatively impacted my user experience. I kindly request that Samsung prioritize addressing this matter to ensure a more satisfactory experience for its customers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to upgrade my phone from an S20 to a S24+ for a better phone and camera experience and I must say, I am really impressed. I love my new phone. The stackable widgets are a great feature, and I also don't have issue with my phone dropping out with my car Bluetooth any more. I am very happy with my purchase, it has definitely made an improvement to my daily living.

The camera takes clear sharp photo's, the phone is easy to use and connect to my new watch. Samsung is making life easy for us oldies as my.teenagera call me. Once I showed my Mum my new phone she decided to go and get one too once the watch and ear bud deal.comes to Telstra. Samsung make it happen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this phone because Telstra and Optus are turning off 3G. This was the obvious choice for the replacement of my Samsung Galaxy S8 that I have been using for years without any issue!., The ONLY con I have is that it will not work with my Samsung Gear watch.. which it did at first.. NOT at all happy about that bit of built in obsolescence. I wont be replacing it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I previously had a s20+, which I loved, but the curved edges meant it very easily cracked the screen. I kept using it for another year before glass shards constantly broke off, The new s24+ is AMAZING! Apart from the obvious software updates, the screen has square edges, so screen protectors attach so well! The camera is amazing, its so quick, looks and feels so nice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded a couple of months ago & since having this new Samsung the reception is crap compared to my last Samsung S22+ & same with my husband S24+. Where we use to get full reception now we are struggling to get a bar. Went back to our supplier & they said it maybe the phone & will have to send it away to get it checked. I like Samsung's but don't get reception.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A typical example of a great Samsung product. The S24+ delivers in spades, with all the great features of it's predecessors and more. Fast, reliable and easy to use. The camera is unbelievable with updated features and something I will be using a lot more. Also, the battery life on this is incredible, definitely a 10 out of 10, or should I say, a 24+ out of 24.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a big fan of Samsung products. But there are a few very annoying and frustrating things that exist 2024 in a phone made by the largest smart phone maker in the world. 1. There is constant battle between Samsung, Google, and sometimes One drive to take control of backups, wallet, uploads of photos and so on. Why don't you let us decide in one single place whether we want to use Google, Samsung or any other third party for these things. And stop these messages popping up all the time. 2. When I gave locked my phone with power button and keep it in my pocket the phone keeps trying to sense the fingerprint or ring emergency numbers. This is extremely frustrating. When I have locked my phone with the physical button then the phone should stay sleeping until I wake it up again with the power button. I do not know if anything will change as when you become so big innovation and customer convenience takes a back seat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Galaxy S24+ and it was so easy to transfer everything from my old phone to this phone using Samsung Switch. I Love the look and feel, the screen is bright and crystal clear and the camera is really good too. I take lots of photos and that's why I LOVE Samsung as they seem to take the best photos. Overall it is a great phone. Very happy with S24+

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Emphasis: the sound is great! Love music, podcast, anything about sounds takes me to that next level, and the Galaxy does exactly that for me! Size also matters: just right for reading magazines from my library, but would have preferred the apps size to be smaller, they're just a whizz too big. Apart from that all the functionalities are so far excellent...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this phone a week ago and I am quite impressed with the camera and I am still exploring all of the additional new features. I transferred all of my data from my old S20+ and it was not until then, that I realized the S24+ did not have an SD card to save my photos to. While this was disappointing, I am still very impressed with the S24+ features.

Have taken some really beautiful photos over Christmas and can complete my online grocery shopping as well through the apps. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a very good phone at a reasonable price. Thrilled with my purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Surprisingly it does not come with a charger after Samsung change if from USB to C to "C to C" and using USB to C charger is too slow on this phone. Have to purchase wall mount C charger. Additional cost after spending good money already to purchase the phone. Only have it for few days and everything looks very simple and easy to use and navigate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] An amazing and intuitive phone from Samsung, I have been an avid fan of Samsung since I siwthched to the S8 all those years ago. The AI is fantastic in the S24+, it's super fast and responsive with an amazing display. The S24+ looks and feels great in the hand and has an outstanding battery life, perfect for any use be it personal or corporate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from my S21. It was a hard decision because I also loved the S21. I actually convinced my husband to take it on to replace his Oppo. He is enjoying going back to Samsung features and the full Android interface. I was concerned the S24+ would be too big, but even with a heavy duty case, it fits in my pocket easily. Very happy all up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just upgraded from an S22, and wow, I am impressed. The slightly larger size gives more real estate on the screen but not over the top, and the screen resolution and sensitivity is awesome. All features as usual are superb from Samsung, and the upgrade was easy and fast. All my home screen icons and settings were transferred as I wanted.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this phone 2 weeks ago and it's been great. I previously had a Z Flip, but the S24+ is faster and has a longer battery life (even with AOD running all day). The S24+ is slightly heavier and not as narrow as the Flip, which unfortunately means if holding the phone in one hand, my thumb does not reach all the way across the screen.

And the phone is responding exactly how I feel it should. This phone was a definite improvement from my S22+.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my fourth Samsung and each one gets better. My main reason for changing from my S20 is the fact that the S24+ takes an esim. Essential when travelling OS and you need your own number for OTPs. The change over through smartswitch was easy. Accessing all my apps with passwords was not so easy, thank goodness I had Samsung Pass.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my new phone to replace my old 3G phone a bit over a week ago and found it difficult to get a handle on at first. But with grit and determination, I am now comfortable with it. Being an old geezer, I was somewhat awestruck and intimidated but after a few days of messing around (aka exploring), I am now happy to fire it up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my phone a week now and do like it. It's faster than the A54 and the screen quality is stunning. I am gutted there is no Macro setting in the camera! I would have thought twice about buying it if I'd known. Apparently there are ways around it using the Ultra wide lens and focus enhancer but it shouldn't be that convoluted.

Great choice for me since i would go for the ultra but a bit to big for me. Samsung user for 10+years , never disappointed, maybe anti glare like ultra and would have been perfect!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's simply the best! That's it, the best of the Galaxy series and I wouldn't settle for less. Beautiful to look at and easy to use, a bonus 'cos I'm not very tech savvy! It has a camera like no other I've ever used and many features for those who like to experiment, but it's its simplicity that has won my mind...... and heart!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having upgraded from my the Samsung S20+, which I loved for its light blue color and perfect fit for my smaller hands, the Samsung S24+ has been an interesting transition. The S24+ design and feel is slightly wider and heavier, which is taking some getting used to, but its premium build quality is impressive. I could only get better value with the Cobalt Violet as the light blue is exclusive via Samsung. Performance is superfast, with apps opening almost instantly and seamless multitasking. It's packed with new features but am especially liking the photo quality thanks to enhanced camera tech as well as better battery life, and beautiful display quality, although I'm still figuring out and having fun checking out the new options. While I miss the feel of my S20+, the S24+ is proving to be a powerful and exciting upgrade. I'm optimistic it will become just as cherished with time and it's still early days, that's why I would give 4.5 stars if I could.

Plus it's a bit thicker of a phone which is easier to hold in hand (could go a little thicker and make back flat with no cameras sticking out) All in all much needed upgrade for old phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Oct 2024 as an upgrade from an s20. Using the Smart-Switch made the upgrade mostly seamless. Some apps that I hadn't backed up lost progress (e.g. games). The only very minor disappointment was that there is a slight sound difference that I noticed when changing from the s20, but it was quick to adjust to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The S24 plus is a good all rounder. I don't use it for gaming or high intense, however my preference is for a qualcomm chip. Don't need ultra. Next option was S24 plus unfortunately it has the exynos in Australia. Keeping an eye on pixel phones due to AI only being available for year or two then becomes an additional cost.
