Decepcionado de la base ajustable. Lo elegí por varias razones, una de las principales era la base ajustable, lo utilizo junto con una laptop y mi idea era poderlo bajar al ras a la par de la pantalla de la laptop, pero desafortunadamente solo se puede bajar hasta cierta altura, la cual deja 9cm del borde del monitor a la base y en mi caso 6cm entre la pantalla de la laptop y el monitor (demasiado alto), no muy diferente de cualquier otro monitor con base fija mas barato. Esta dimension no venia especificada en ningún lado, consulte el manual y guía de instalación antes de comprarlo, las cuales muestran algunas imágenes de referencia donde da la idea que se puede bajar a ras. Hace un zumbido molesto cuando conectas algo a los puertos USB de la parte trasera. Para los que tienen la duda, la fuente de sonido para la salida de audio que tiene atrás es a través del HDMI o Displayport que conectas a la PC/laptop. Me agrada que trae el USB-C y la resolución. En cuanto al video, se ve normal.

Just set this up and I also see the dead pixels/defects on the screen that another reviewer had. I see four in total, ranging in 1-2mm in size. Some are light gray, others are really dark and noticeable if the screen is white enough.

i bought 3 of these monitors both in person and through shipping. the light bleeding is really bad on all monitors. i've returned 2 of them and replaced with 2 more, and the results were even worse. i understand the nature of ips screens, and i am very reasonable with some light bleeding and clouding, but these monitors have the worst bleeding/clouding i've ever seen. i don't want to only complain so there is some good news. the picture very excellent, color, brightness and contrast, and the 2k resolution is really good. the monitor itself is really nice and easy to assemble and has a nice set of options you can use to configure it. overall, due to the very visible light bleeding and clouding (even when it's not dark), i could never recommend something like this.

I seriously would advise against buying this monitor. I purchased two of these for dual screen setup. One was good, one had dead pixels. Called up support who said a replacement would be a 7-10 day turnaround so I'd be better to buy a 3rd monitor and when that arrives, return the faulty unit for a refund. 3rd model arrived and it again had dead pixels. This time I returned the first faulty unit for a replacement whilst keeping the 2nd fault unit to use in the meantime. About 10 days later I get an email saying I've been refunded (not getting a replacement). I call up and I now have to buy a FORTH monitor. Forth monitor has just arrived and guess what - dead pixels. Currently 47 minutes in to a call with Samsung support to sort out a FIFTH monitor and getting nowhere quickly. Avoid the hassle - buy something else. The failure rate of these monitors is crazy

This is a great monitor for at a great price point. The colors and the blacks are perfect! My son has left it on with a game paused for hours with no screen burn of the image. Also, my son has knocked the monitor over a few times and it did not hurt the screen or the frame

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This monitor is mainly used in a office setting and actually looks better than my dedicated gaming monitor. The colors look amazing. I have played a few games on it and surprisingly did better than I anticipated with freesync enabled. The stand is much better than some of the newer models with more articulation and adjustability. I do like this one better than a newer Samsung uhd model I have in my office.

I produce/dj Drum and Bass music and this monitor is easy on the eyes. I have to look at it close so many monitors hurt my eyes especially in real dark clubs/studios. The display panel itself is great, quality picture and colours, but it is not useful as a USB-C dock for a Laptop. It suffers frequent and random disconnects from the laptop which if you're using the USB and ethernet ports on the back of the monitor (and wouldn't you, it's a USB-C dock after all) then you instantly lose connection to the peripherals and network connections you're working with. This is rubbish if you're on a Teams call and a ton of SSH sessions open, or just want to use your computer normally. I tried several chat sessions with the support team, and the solutions offered didn't work (reset settings of monitor, factory reset), so I reinstaed the old dock and had it work as a monitor via displayport. That's fine, but not why I bought a monitor with with a built-in dock. This is something that should be resolvable with a firmware update (there's a port specifically for that on the back) but I'm not holding my breath.

Bought this 3 days ago and I am really happy. Its usb-c port can also charge your Macbook, it has 3 regular usb ports, an HDMI port. It has a portrait mode and its height is adjustable. And it's a bit cheaper than other QHD monitors but has an elegant look. And thanks for the next-day delivery.

I just bought this monitor to replace a 22" FHD monitor I was using. I think it's great for what I need it for, which is just to plug into my laptop and allow me to extend my desktop. Crisp and clear, QHD is great, and nice looking too. Got it for a good price, so, all in all, I'm happy!

Great monitor but the "ergonomic stand" is a bust. One tiny screw holds up the heavy monitor, the stand wobbles, the screw is easily stripped and needs a lot more quality control. Another gripe, lots of HDMI connection cables but none identified as 2.1 high-speed.

Samsung needs to realise that a monitor these days is more than just its screen. Purely as a screen it's fine - nice and clear, 75Hz works (and is unusual for a business focused monitor). The stand is quite good. The eye saver function is appreciated. Almost everything else is a tad flawed. You can use this as a USB-C monitor, charging a laptop, providing a network and USB connections, and with MST out to other monitors (more on that later) until the laptop puts the screen into standby. At which point the network connection disappears, even if LAN power saving has been turned off on the monitor (if the keyboard is connected to the monitor this still works to wake the laptop). There might be a long running network connection on the laptop or a VPN you don't want to drop, so this is not acceptable. The only fix I have at the moment is to edit the registry in Windows 10 to extend the screen standby time for the lock screen. The Displayport MST out is a real pain. It does eventually work either with a single monitor, or using a Displayport MST hub (the Startech 2 port Displayport 1.2 MST hub works here driving a 2048x2560 10 bit greyscale monitor at 50Hz, and a 1200x1600 10 bit monitor at 60Hz after a fair bit of faffing). The reality of getting it working is repeatedly switching from MST to SST out and back again, and turning the monitor off and on again. In some cases the Displayport version needs to be altered to v1.1 because the firmware has become confused, and changing to 1.1 is the only way of switching the monitor back into SST. Doing a reset all of the firmware settings is often necessary. At the moment this is tolerable because the monitor is used with a work laptop with the S60UA and the two other monitors daisy chained through MST once set up carry on working provided the PC is not switched off - use hibernate instead of power off and on to retain a reliable configuration. What I (eventually) want to do is also be able to switch the MST out between connections, so that I can switch between USB-C MST out to Displayport MST out when moving systems. I don't have much confidence this will work seamlessly. The PiP/PBP I've used very little and isn't exactly what I expected. When the screen is split/has a PiP window the monitor reports modified EDID data to the connected systems - so each system doesn't see it's resourced with 2560x1440, it has typically half of that (for PBP), or a modified amount (for PiP) rather than a higher resolution input being resized and displayed in the PiP window (and naturally losing quality). I thought this functionality would be useful, but the EDID modification and subsequent resizing of applications makes it irritating. It's really only useful when two inputs are constantly connected rather than occasionally monitored. So, at the end of the day it basically works, but the firmware foibles frequently really annoy. Test the firmware properly with frequent switching between inputs, using MST, and fix the LAN disappearing on screen standby and I'd be much happier
