Ich hatte grosse Hoffnungen, mit diesem Rear-Speaker-Set endlich echten Surround- bzw. Atmos-Sound mit meiner Samsung Soundbar zu erreichen. Leider wurde ich enttäuscht. Die Kopplung mit der Soundbar erfolgt nicht über die Samsung App, sondern ausschliesslich über ein kompliziertes Blinksystem und eine wenig intuitive Anleitung in Schwarz-Weiss. Statt einer einfachen Verbindung muss man mit der Fernbedienung die „▲“-Taste in einem ganz bestimmten Moment gedrückt halten, parallel den kleinen Resetknopf am Rear-Modul finden und hoffen, dass sich beide Geräte irgendwann verstehen. Trotz zig Versuchen hat die Kopplung nie funktioniert. Die Geräte haben zwar geblinkt, aber sich nie dauerhaft verbunden. Es gibt keinerlei visuelles Feedback am Fernseher oder in der App – man stochert also komplett im Nebel. Für mich eine reine Zeitverschwendung. Ich schicke das Produkt zurück. Sehr schade – ich hätte wirklich gerne meine Soundbar um einen vernünftigen Rear-Sound erweitert. Fazit: Technisch unausgereift und in dieser Form absolut nicht alltagstauglich. „Return to sender.“

This is not a wireless speaker system. One speaker is wireless,, but has to be hardwired to the second speaker. If you want speakers on opposite side of the room, this is not the system for you.

Occasionally, customers have trouble hiding and running speaker wires from the front of the room (where their soundbar is) to the back of their room (where they have their rear speakers). The Rear Speaker Kit eliminates that hassle. Connect the rear speakers to its wireless module and place these three in the back of your room. One wire is required to connect each rear speaker to the wireless module. Then plug in the power cable to the module. The “wireless” convenience is in connecting your soundbar and any other speakers at the front of the room to the rear speakers – this can now be done via Wi-Fi through the wireless module, eliminating any clutter of long wires running the length of your room. I love the ease of installation and the quick ability to integrate it with the rest of our Samsung audio-visual gear. I do wish these satellite speakers were capable of more volume, however. They just aren't loud enough for my taste.

Please know, there are various settings you can adjust to improve your experience with the rear speakers. You can adjust the volume of the rear speakers by using the remote included with the connected soundbar. Press the CH LEVEL button on the soundbar remote, then select REAR LEVEL and use the Up/Down buttons to adjust the volume within a -6 to +6 range. Additionally, make sure that the source (e.g. TV output) is sending surround channels to the Soundbar. If you are using a format such as PCM, you may experience decreased volume to the rear speakers. Select Bitstream, Auto, or Pass-Through as these settings will allow the TV to send the correct channels to the rear speakers. Select Samsung Soundbars allow you to enable or disable Dynamic Range Control. You can try turning off DRC by pressing and holding the Sound Mode button while the Soundbar is in standby mode. However, I would only recommend this if you mainly watch movies that contain action or things relative to that genre. Unless, you watch a multitude of genres. If you're a horror movie fan I would really recommend this. (You're heart will go in cardiac rest). Any ways that's my review I would rate this a definite 8.5/10, absolutely amazing.

Boxen sind klein und sehr praktisch von der Grösse her. Sind die Lautsprecher einmal eingerichtet, ist der Sound wirklich toll. Meine Probleme und nach Stunden des Suchens erfolgreich behoben: - Lautsprecher konnten nicht mit meiner Samsung Soundbar HW-Q600C verbunden werden. Lösung: Der "oben/unten/links/rechts" Button (Kreis) oben 5 Sek. gedrückt halten bis "ID-Set" aufleuchtet. Die Lautsprecher verbinden sich nun selbst. - Die Lautstärke der Rear Speaker konnte nicht eingestellt werden. Lösung: "CH Level" drücken. Es erscheint "Center Level". Dies ist die Lautstärke der Soundbar und kann leiser gestellt werden. Nochmals "CH Level" drücken, es erscheint "Rear-Level". Dies ist die Lautstärke der Rear Speaker und kann lauter gestellt werden. Die Lautstärke beider Levels können von -6 bis +6 eingestellt werden. ACHTUNG: Ich hatte das Problem, dass viele Einstellungen an der Soundbar nicht mehr sichtbar waren, bzw. die Buttons nicht mehr funktionierten. Falls das der Fall ist, das Gerät einfach einige Sekunden mit gleichzeitigem Drücken der +/- Taste reseten.

They integrate with the Samsung sound bar easily. My only complaint is the length of the power cord. These require 110v power and a longer cord would allow more options of placement.

Therefore, most of the time the surround channels are only used for ambient sounds, which are naturally lower in volume. However, there are a few settings you can change to adjust the surround effect to your preference: 1) Make sure that the source (e.g. TV output) is sending surround channels to the Soundbar. If the source is not capable of surround, then set the Surround mode to OFF on the Soundbar by pressing the Surround button on the remote. 2) If the source has surround channels, select the desired Sound Mode from the Soundbar remote. 3) Turn off Dynamic Range Control. This is done by pressing and holding the Sound Mode button while the Soundbar is in standby mode. Depending on your soundbar model, you may or may not have DRC. 4) Increase the volume level of the surround speakers using the CH LEVEL button on the Soundbar remote control. Press the button on the soundbar remote, then select REAR LEVEL and use the Up/Down buttons to adjust the volume within a -6 to +6 range. I hope these tips help to enhance your audio enjoyment. I bought them two days ago. They will not give me no sound at all. I used prime video show reacher which plays in 5.1 Dolby I get no sound out of rear I have the rear volume to +6. I have the blue light solid the wires connected to the left and right speaker., I got surround sound set on soundbar which is the Q60CC. What else can I do to get them working. I had to turn it down obviously but it's still very loud. The sound is also very clear, I had them connected when I was playing a game and I could here pretty much every single sound! Like the grass rustling, the footsteps, even the rustling of the clothes! Overall this is a very good product.

Once I plugged them in and Paradigm with my soundbar and woofer I immediately heard the difference surround sound speakers make when enjoying a movie. After a couple years with the surround sound speakers added to my soundbar and subwoofer I can honestly say there's no other way to watch a movie I honestly want to upgrade to the surround sound atmos. The only thing I would change about these speakers is the ability to add more volume and possibly tweak the sound a bit more. But for the price that these speakers go for even though they were a gift for me they are very good addition to the sound quality and experience the surround sound on movies or just everyday TV shows.

One wire is required to connect each rear speaker to the wireless module. Then plug in the power cable to the module. After hooking them up to my main sound bar, I realized that the speakers aren't loud enough to give a complete experience. They have very low volume output and you would have to really pay attention to hear them. There doesn't seem to be too much of a difference in the surrounds with or without these. Samsung makes really good sound bars but these satellite speakers need some upgrades.

First, press the CH LEVEL button until you see REAR LEVEL on the LED display of your Soundbar. From there you can adjust the volume between -6 to +6. Next, make sure that your Digital Audio Format is set to Bitstream, Pass-Through, or Auto. If your TV is set to PCM, this will cause the rear channels to work correctly as your TV can only send 2.0 channels out to the Soundbar and rears. If you need more help, Samsung is here for you. These speakers work great with the Q600 sound bar, remember to use the up on the circle on the remote to increase volume on the rear speakers not the volume button, I love what these speakers add to the Q600 sound bar, you will notice them more on streaming such as you tube, Netflix, Apple TV , Prime Video, that has several things in Dolby Atmos and 5.1.
