I been a samsung fan but was very disappointed the touch pad is laggy and very frustrating.. can some one tell me that u guys did something to correct. i gave 2 times to samsung service i am going to gv it back again and again untill they fix it.

If you live in Canada, I strongly advise against purchasing this Samsung laptop. The keyboard layout is completely different from what is portrayed in Samsung's official YouTube advertisements. Notably, the Shift key on the left is incredibly short, making it very uncomfortable to use. Additionally, compared to other 16-inch laptops from different brands, it has significantly smaller number keys. It seems that only the laptops sold in Canada come with this impractical keyboard layout. For those who think it's a minor issue and decide to buy it anyway, you'll quickly realize how inconvenient it truly is once you start using it. Samsung should have at least provided actual images of the keyboard for Canadian consumers.

I had always dreamed of having a laptop with these characteristics, the smoothness of the image, the screen and the texture of the keyboard and the body itself would be enough to love this laptop, now, the rest is to get you addicted, from the performance, functionality and speed, are some issues that will leave you shocked. Besides having the awkward number pad on the right side of the laptop, I’d say this is an amazing choice that I have made for myself, especially since this will be used mostly for university.

Keyboard layout is designed with French Canadian in mind. Great inclusiveness but coming from Dell and Macbook and Just US keyboard overall. WHY. You would've saved money from just not including a french layout version and just sell majority of us with a US keyboard layout. This is resolved with powertoys remapping or hotkeys. And not including a function lock for function row was a big mistake in my opinion. Otherwise this laptop would definitely be competiting against the Dell's XPS or be the windows version of a macbook.

In all my my life I have never used such a BAD TOUCHPAD. Samsung, increasing the size of a touchpad does not means is it a good touchpad, your touchpad is as bad as it is large, the latency between your movement on the touchpad and the pointer on screen is horrible, from time to time your finger is moving but the pointer stop moving, the inaccuracy and lack oprecision are frustrating, what a disappointment. You can not point a specific item on the screen and place accurately the pointer on it...it is impossible. This is not acceptable from Samsung and you should find a solution to update maybe the driver of this galaxy book 3.

First off, Not really a fan of samsung until now. Last year i got my first samsung S22 and now trying the laptop. I got my delivery in 4 days flat ordering on a friday to get on a tuesday. That's fast for anything not Amazon Prime. The laptop looks sleek and modern with its aluminum chassis that feels sturdy and durable. The 360-degree hinge design is a nifty feature that allows for easy switching between laptop and tablet mode (SPen has a good friction to feel a resistance near to paper with an improved latency), which can come in handy in different scenarios. The 16-inch touchscreen display is vibrant and crisp, making it great for watching movies or playing games. But what really caught my attention are the performance and features of this laptop. With an Intel Core i7 13th-Gen processor and 16GB of DDR5 RAM, it's fast and capable of running multiple applications at once without any hiccups. The Intel Iris Xe Graphics make the visuals look stunning on the curved corner 16" Screen with Dynamic Amoled 2X screen which is not new but a unique combination in the market, and the solid-state drive with 1TB (~895GB usable) of storage is plenty on the version i got. The backlit keyboard is a nice touch and an aesthetic sound to each click, especially for those who work in dimly lit environments, and the highlight of a large touchpad, did not think that will make that a difference, but gives a real comfort not hitting the walls. There are also plenty of ports, including Thunderbolt 4 and USB Type-C, so you can easily connect to external devices, not to mention the Thunderbolt also charges with a 65 watt charger, did charge my battery in 30 mins. Additionally samsung has it battery life option to cap charging at 85% for longer battery life just like on the smartphones so that's awesome. With that it does stay alive for about 8-9 hours, and with out that option about 10hrs+ with battery saving options. As its Samsung i found pre-installed Apps which usually are reffered as a bloatware but actually i found them usefull like Quick search which is quite powerfull with tag searching files in every possible directory, Security and baackup tools that you would otherwise pay for. While the sound is great compared to other laptops with nice bass and mid tones with the Quad 4 speaker setup and Dolby Atmos in it. Overall, whether you're a lite-gamer (has 120hz/100hz/90hz/80hz/60hz rate options), a graphic designer, or a business professional, this laptop has got you covered.
