When you have consented to receive marketing information from Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. and Samsung Electronics (UK) Limited, which those entities are controllers for, we (Samsung Electronics Nordic) also process information about you based on what type of services you use.

We may also combine the information about you with information from 3rd parties’ services and apps that you use, such as digital platforms and network services, as further described in the above mentioned policies.
We process your personal data for the above-described purposes. Our legal basis for this processing of your personal data is our legitimate interest to personalize the marketing communication that you have chosen to receive from us and therefore to provide you with online advertising that that is relevant for you in relation to the products you own and to your online behavior.

We will not keep information about you longer than is necessary for the purposes we collect your information for. This means that our information about you will be deleted or destroyed from our systems when the information is no longer needed. To provide you with personalized online advertising will also involve the transfer of your personal data to Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. We take appropriate measures, in compliance with applicable law, to ensure that your personal data remains protected. Such measures include the use of Standard Contractual Clauses to safeguard the transfer of data outside of the EU/EEA.
