This product is worth than useless, because it can no stay connected to the hub. And now, I've upgraded to the Samsung Mesh system, where no sensor is more than 20ft from a hub, and most are within 20ft of two hubs, they do no better. Batteries are fresh, but they eventually all disappear from the hub, and I have to delete them, pull the batteries, put them back in, and add them as new devices to the hub. It's tiring and unnecessary. I rue the purchase.

I have had two of these these setup on my front and rear door to my house for two days now. Yesterday the rear door sensor was unavailable. I thought it was a fluke, so I turned the ST hub off then on and it reconnected. Today both sensors are showing unavailable. They won’t connect when attempts to reconnect. I am disappointed with them at this time. I like what they do, just wish they would keep a connection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, set up was super easy. Pull the tab, scan the code, stick to window. It took maybe two minutes, and I'm all about that life. I have this set up in my daughters room. She's on the second floor, and even with a screen over the window I have visions of her trying to climb out. I open it to air things out and I'm afraid one day I'll forget to lock it, or close it back. This alleviates my mom brain concerns.

I have these sensors on every entry door in my house. They are very accurate and reliable and the battery life is fantastic. The other great thing about them is the flexibility of features and things you can use them for with Smartthings. I highly recommend these sensors.

Purchased two new mulitsensors direct from Samsung. Right out of the box, Reset does not work, won't pair. Have to exchange or refund. Don't buy. Also app reads QR code even if out of focus or wrong size, won't find device by QR code. Very disappointed.

I've had to remove the battery a few times as it was showing sensor off line, batteries after a year require replacement. Check to see if they can be fitted to a sliding patio door I'm unable to fit any on mine and it seems Samsung don't make accessories

this is my second multipurpose sensor from samsung. i use this one on a doorway into a room i have made a music room for my harps. when the door opens, the lights will go on, and when i am done practicing and close the door, the lights will go out.

I’ve had these for 8 months. They always show unavailable. I reset them by taking out the battery at it lasts at most a day. I’m now shopping for other sensors to pair with my hub as these are useless.
