1. "myTV Gold 3-Month Pass" is only applicable to new myTV SUPER customers and applicable to use via myTV SUPER Smart TV version, App or Web version.

2. Customer must activate the myTV SUPER Pass on website on or before the registration expiry date. myTV Gold service is valid for 3 months and will automatically change to “Free Zone” after the 3 months viewing period. If customer would like to continue viewing "Pay Service", they can contact myTV SUPER to subscribe.

3. Pay-Per-View programs such as TVODs, online live events and dedicated programs are not included in myTV Gold service.

4. In addition to the main service platform, customer can have up to two myTV SUPER Multi-view services, enabling them to enjoy concurrent viewing on 2 additional devices with same account via myTV SUPER App or web within the contract period. Customer is responsible for any data usage costs incurred in accessing myTV SUPER service via any mobile devices. And each account may change devices no more than 3 times per month.

5. myTV Gold App service can enjoy Smart Download Service fee waived during the contract period. Smart Download Service offers video download of a maximum of 30 videos each month and each of which can be viewed up to seven days, or until the programs's off-shelf day (whichever is earlier).

6. myTV SUPER service is only eligible for persons aged 18 or above and available for use in Hong Kong.

7. myTV SUPER service is provided by MyTV Super Limited (“Company”) subject to the "myTV SUPER Terms of Service" (www.mytvsuper.com/en/tos) which Company reserves the right to modify any part from time to time.

8. MyTV Super Limited reserves the right to change, replace or withdraw any program(s), channel(s), pack(s), and/or content(s) (whether advertised or not) at any time with or without notice. MyTV Super Limited accepts no liability for any such change, replacement or withdrawal.

9. MyTV Super Limited reserves the right to suspend, vary or terminate (all or any part of) the above offer or amend the relevant terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, MyTV Super Limited reserves the right of final determination.

10. These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
