Become a Samsung Rewards Member
1. Visit Samsung Account to sign up for an account.* If you already have a Samsung account, simply login then visit this page, then proceed to step 2.
2. Next, follow the page instruction to read and accept the Terms and Conditions, then you are enrolled as Samsung Rewards member successfully.
3. After successfully enrollment, you can instantly check your points and benefits on My Rewards page.
*Customers who set up Samsung Account after 23 Septermber 2025, would have been automatically enrolled onto Samsung Rewards.
How to Earn Points
on Samsung.com
Every purchase made on Samsung Online Shop or Samsung Shop App is eligible to earn points.
You only have to ensure you have logged in to your Samsung Account before you purchase.
Points earned from purchase will be added to your account within 7 working days from order completion.
Redeem your points
1. Ensure you've logged in to your Samsung Account before you pay.
2. At checkout, select Samsung Rewards as a payment method (log-in required).
3. Choose how many points to use and submit. The discount will be applied upon payment. ^
4. The rest of the amount will be shown and you may select other payment method to settle the full payment.
^You can redeem up to 99% of the purchase price using points (Rounding to the nearest integer)
Spend more earn more
Every HK$1 you spend, you will earn 1 point.# Order amount will round to the nearest integer when you earn points. For example, if the order amount is HK$1,000.29, you will earn 1,000 points; If the order aount is HK$1,000.79, you will earn 1,001 points.
Every 100 points = $1 when you burn.&
#Delivery charge and service charge is not eligible for earning points, nor redeeming points.
&Samsung Care+ is eligible for earning points, but it is not eligible for redeeming points.

Samsung Rewards is a loyalty programme where customers earn Samsung Rewards Points (“Point(s)”) whenever they make a purchase on Samsung Online Shop, or through the Samsung Shop App.
As soon as you join, you'll enjoy at least 1% rebate on every of your purchase (In the form of points), free delivery and a range of other personalised benefits.
No. You will only earn points on purchases made on Samsung Online Shop or Samsung Shop App after joining Samsung Rewards.
However, if you have signed in your Samsung Account to make a purchase, you can still earn points by opt-in to Samsung Rewards before the order is completed.
If you set up a Samsung Account after 23 September 2025, you are automatically registered for Samsung Rewards, and will be able to earn points immeidately on your orders.
If you set up your Samsung Account before 23 September 2025, you are required to opt in to join Samsung Rewards. This can either be done when you checkout on samsung.com, or at samsung.com/hk_en/rewards, or via your Samsung Members area "My Page > Rewards" - simply accept the new Terms and Conditions to opt-in for Samsung Rewards.

No. You will only able to earn points on purchases made on Samsung Online Shop or Samsung Shop App.
If you cancel or return an order, your points will not be added to your account, or if the order is cancelled after the points are added to your account, the points will be retrieved.
No. Samsung Rewards points are not transferrable to other customers, and can only be earned and redeemed from the Samsung Account the purchase was made from.
Samsung Rewards points will expire at the end of 24th month after you earn the points.
For example if you earn 10,000 points on 23 Sep 2025, then earn another 5,000 points on 18 Oct 2025, the 10,000 points will expire on 30 Sep 2027 and the 5,000 points will expire on 30 Oct 2027.
