Samsung Rewards is a reward programme for Samsung members where customers earn Samsung Rewards Points (“Point(s)”) whenever they make a purchase on Samsung Online Shop, or through the Samsung Shop App (except on Education Store or Corporate Employee Store).
As soon as you sign up, you'll enjoy a basic 1% rebate on every of your purchase (In the form of points).
Samsung Rewards Points can be earned the following ways:
· Through the purchase of eligible products via Samsung Online Shop or Shop App (except on Education Store or Corporate Employee Store).
· Through converting S Dollars of ClubS to Rewards Points of Samsung Rewards. Each 1 S Dollar = 1 Reward Points.
You may see your points balance and records on My Rewards page.
You will not be able to view your Samsung Rewards Points if you are not logged into your Samsung Account. Please log in to your Samsung Account and you will be able to view your points balance and records.
Should you cancel your purchase, your points may fall into the negative if your available point balance is less than the number of points forfeited.
Every HK$1 you purchased, you will earn 1 point. Order amount will be rounded to the nearest whole number when you earn points. For example, if the order amount is HK$1,000.29, you will earn 1,000 points; If the order amount is HK$1,000.79, you will earn 1,001 points.
Multiplier on Rewards points may apply for specific products during promotion period, please refer to terms & conditions of the related promotions.
No, you cannot earn points or use your points for purchase made on Education Store or Corporate Employee Store.
You are required to use at least HK$1 equivalent points.
You may redeem up to a maximum value of 99% of your total order amount (excluding delivery or service charges).
The points cannot be used on purchasing any Samsung Care+ products.
Except orders on Education Store or Corporate Employee Store and the service or delivery charges, You can earn Samsung Rewards Points on almost everything you bought on Samsung Online Shop or Samsung Shop App if you are logged in to your Samsung Account.
No. You will only earn points on purchases made on Samsung Online Shop or Samsung Shop App after joining Samsung Rewards.
However, if you have signed in your Samsung Account to make a purchase, you can still earn points by signing up for Samsung Rewards before the order is completed.
If you registered a Samsung Account after 23 September 2025, you are automatically enrolled for Samsung Rewards, and will be able to earn points immediately on your orders.
If your Samsung Account is created before 23 September 2025, you are required to sign up for Samsung Rewards. This can either be done when you checkout on Samsung Online Shop or Shop App, or at My Rewards page, or via your Samsung Members area "My Page > Rewards" - simply accept the new Terms and Conditions to sign up for Samsung Rewards.

If you cancel or return an order, your points will not be added to your account, or if the order is cancelled after the points are added to your account, the points will be retrieved.
Samsung Rewards points will expire at the end of the 24th month after you earn the points.
For example if you earn 10,000 points on 23 Sep 2025, then earn another 5,000 points on 18 Oct 2025, the 10,000 points will expire on 30 Sep 2027 and the 5,000 points will expire on 31 Oct 2027.
Points are non-transferable.
No. Samsung Rewards points are not transferrable to other customers, and can only be earned and redeemed from the Samsung Account the purchase was made from.
