Why the Make bootable disk checkbox is disabled?

Symptom
The "make bootable disk" checkbox is not enabled when connecting USB pendrive on Recovery program.
Reason
Recovery program will make 1GB hidden bootable partition on external disk, but USB pendrive doesn't support creating partition.
Solution
It is recommend to use external HDD or SSD for enabling this checkbox on Recovery for making bootable disk.
