Company, Limited (thereafter referred as “Samsung ”) in 1 Jul 2021, to provide a diverse array of services for Samsung selected customers. By becoming a “Samsung Diamond Concierge” member, you will receive premium services and obtain the latest information of our products and exclusive member privileges.

What requirements are eligible for membership registration?1. You need to own either one of the combinations of designated products below:
• both a designated model of Samsung Galaxy mobile phone and a designated model of Samsung TV; or
• both a designated model of Samsung Galaxy mobile phone and a Samsung Air Dresser
2. The designated products should be within the first original product warranty period^, i.e.:
• Mobile phone: within one year from the date of purchase
• TV: within three years from the date of purchase
• Air Dresser: within two years from the date of purchase
Each combination of designated products that fulfilled the two criteria above should be referred as an “Eligible Product Combination”.

Why is product registration necessary?The purpose of product registration is to verify the eligibility of membership.

How do I register as a “Samsung Diamond Concierge” member?You can directly contact our customer consultants and register immediately as a “Samsung Diamond Concierge” member.

How do I know if my member registration is successful?Following the successful submission of your member registration, we will process your application in 3 - 5 working days. Once approved, a confirmation email will be sent to you, wherein your registered products and validity period of membership will be listed. Afterwards, we will send you a membership card for identification purpose, you can present it when you visit our service centers.

How do I use my “Samsung Diamond Concierge” member premium services and privileges?Once your membership is approved, you can call our dedicated hotline: 3698 4623 or 24/7 live-chat to make appointments for exclusive customer services or you can present your “Samsung Diamond Concierge” membership card when you visit our service centers and receive premium service and exclusive member privileges.

Can I register for more than one “Samsung Diamond Concierge” membership?Yes. The registration of each "Samsung Diamond Concierge" membership is based on the eligibility criteria as listed in Q3 above. If the customer owns more than one set of Eligible Product Combination, such customer can register for more than one “Samsung Diamond Concierge” membership.

Can “Samsung Diamond Concierge” membership be transferred to others?“Samsung Diamond Concierge” membership is exclusive for the registered member and cannot be transferred to other persons.
Terms and conditions
"Samsung Diamond Concierge" Terms & Conditions
1. This "Samsung Diamond Concierge" premium service membership programme (the "Programme”) is provided by Samsung Electronics H. K. Company, Limited (“Samsung”).
2. Membership of this Programme is available to each customer who owns an Eligible Product Combination (each an “Eligible Customer”):
a. Each customer who owns either one of the combinations of designated products below:
• both a designated model of Samsung Galaxy mobile phone* and a designated model of Samsung TV; or
• both a designated model of Samsung Galaxy mobile phone* and a Samsung Air Dresser
b. The designated products should be within the first original product warranty period^, i.e.:
• Mobile phone: within one year from the date of purchase
• TV: within three years from the date of purchase
• Air Dresser: within two years from the date of purchase
Each combination of designated products that fulfilled the two criteria above should be referred as an “Eligible Product Combination”.
Designated models of products and Eligible Product Combination may be subject to updates from time to time, please refer to the updates on the “Samsung Diamond Concierge” premium service page, the latest version shall prevail.
^Extended warranty plan separately purchased is not considered
3. Upon successful registration, Eligible Customer becomes a member of this Programme (“Member”), and is eligible to enjoy the premium service and member privileges provided in this Programme.
4. No application fee and membership fee is required for this Programme. Except where expressly provided herein, each Member shall bear any costs, expenses and relevant tax payments incurred resulting from participating in this Programme and no reimbursement may be sought from Samsung.
5. The membership of this Programme is exclusive for the registered Member, and cannot be transferred to other persons.
6. The membership is valid for one year. Normally, membership period would be from 1st January (or later) until 31st December of the same year.
Example 1: Mr. Lee successfully registers on 30th June 2021 as a “Samsung Diamond Concierge” member, his membership will expire on 31st December 2021. However, if a member successfully registers after 30th June of that year, his/her membership will be extended to 31st December of the following year.
Example 2: Miss Wang successfully registers on 1st July 2021 as a “Samsung Diamond Concierge” member, his membership will expire on 31st December 2022.
7. By application for membership of this Programme, each Member agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Samsung reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, please check for updates on the “Samsung Diamond Concierge” premium service page, the latest version shall prevail.
8. Samsung reserves the right to disqualify any Member from the “Samsung Diamond Concierge” membership where it has reasonable grounds to believe that Member has violated these Terms and Conditions or any instructions and/or requirements of this Programme, or that Member may have gained an unfair advantage by participating in this Programme or redeemed the “Samsung Diamond Concierge” using fraudulent means.
9. By participating in this Programme, Member agrees to exempt and exclude Samsung from all claims or liabilities of any nature arising from participating in this Promotion or otherwise related to this Promotion, including but not limited to, any damage or loss caused by the acquisition, receipt, possession, use or misuse of the “Samsung Diamond Concierge” service or other reasons, and any claim or ground for litigation of any type or nature which the Member may potentially possess based on such damage or loss. The above disclaimer is not applicable to damage or loss caused by fraud (including misrepresentation), or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
10. Terms with the effect of disclaiming liabilities in these Terms and Conditions shall be applied to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws.
11. Each Member agrees to indemnify and hold Samsung harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal costs on an indemnity basis) arising from any misconduct or negligence, as well as breach of these Terms and Conditions for which such Member is liable.
12. If this Programme and its services are interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted due to any reason beyond Samsung's reasonable control, including but not limited to computer system defects, breakdown of web services, virus infection, hacking, technical failure and/or any force majeure events, Samsung reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel this Programme, in whole or in part, as appropriate. Samsung shall not bear any liability therefrom.
13. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with this Programme or relating to the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, Samsung reserves the right of final decision.
14. By participating in this Programme, each Member agrees that any personal data provided in connection with this Promotion will be collected, used and retained by Samsung, its affiliates and its third party service providers (whether in Hong Kong or abroad) (collectively “Data Users”) for the purposes of [(i) verifying eligibility and identity of Member, (ii) provision of service under this Programme, and (iii) fulfillment of member offer redemption and other purposes directly related to this Programme. Such personal data will be kept in strict confidence and not be disclosed to other third party or used for any other purposes without Member’s consent. Data Users will collect and use the personal data in compliance with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and Samsung Privacy Policy. Please refer to Samsung website for details of Samsung Privacy Policy, and request for access to or correction of any personal data.
15. No person other than the Member and Samsung will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce these Terms and Conditions or enjoy any benefits therein.
16. A Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions is provided for reference only. If there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
17. These Terms and Conditions and /or any claim or dispute arising from or in connection with this Programme shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict or choice of law provisions. The parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong SAR.
18. If any terms in these Terms and Conditions is judged to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be replaced by a term which achieves Samsung’s intention to the greatest extent possible, and the validity and enforceability of the rest of the Terms and Conditions shall not be affected.
