Amíg működik, addig szuper, de sajnos ahogy lejár a garancia azonnal tönkre is megy. Ettől kezdve horrorrá válik a dolog, mert a szerviz szolgáltatás nagyon rossz. Elviszik a mosógépet, majd hetekig áll a szervizben anélkül, hogy egyáltalán ránéznének. Telefonon nem lehet elérni őket, hiába próbálkoztunk bármilyen napszakban. this machine is actually horrible, it uses no water at all and it is extremely loud on spin. when drying, it yellows the clothes and makes the entire bathroom smell like a tyre shop. there are too many unnecessary cycles and the capacity is smaller than my previous 9kg one. it is a good looking machine but the performance is quite terrible. i do not recommend this machine to anyone

Lava y seca bien, ha sido una buena compra en ese sentido, pero yo la tengo en la cocina en un hueco en el que encaja de ancho y alto muy justa (el hueco es estandard para las lavadoras/lavavajillas que se venden actualmente), y si la pongo un programa de 1400 rpm y no está llena del todo, tiembla como una loca y vibra toda la encimera. El técnico me ha recomendado menos revoluciones, que la cargue hasta arriba si quiero usar las 1400, o que compre una más pequeña.

Love the washer dryer so much. The add door makes life so much easier and so does the auto dispensing draw. Also the sanitising wash and bubble soak really come in handy. However. This is my 3rd machine in the space of 5 years due to things not working as they should and becoming uneconomical to repair. So make sure you have insurance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been needing a washing machine upgrade for a while now and so glad I waited and got this one. First off I love the sleek design, it fits in well in my laundry room and would be a great feature in any space as it just looks so cool. This was very easy to install and get started. There are so many different cycles to choose from that there is sure to he something for every type of clothes or wash needed. It's easy to choose thecycle on the machine or you can do it via the app. I love how you can tweet the cycles to suit what your washing too. It clearly tells you how long is left on the cycle and if using the app it tells you what stage its on and notify you when the washing is done. I live being able to fill up the detergent and softener dispenser and then just leave it. I've not run out yet but I should be notified when it's running low so that I can be ready to add the next lot. Over all a really good purchase.

Amazing. I've been thinking of upgrading washing machine for quite a while. Mixed reviews don't really help. But using series 6 for first time does make difference. Like most washing machines in uk is is installed in kitchen where coffee machine make more noise then washer.

This is everything one would expect of a Samsung appliance - user-friendly, convenient, fantastic results. The dealbreaker for me is the 'Air Wash' setting - this allows you to dry-clean at home. I have saved a fortune in dry-cleaning bills so far.

Es una buena lavadora, la compramos hace un mes después de 14 años con la misma lavadora y la verdad es que se nota mucho la calidad de Samsung. Además es muy práctica al tener la opción de usar la secadora lo que hace que en cuanto termine de lavar no haga falta esperar horas para que seque. Permite cargar con bastante ropa la lavadora sin problema alguno y las prendas salen como nuevas. Además el modo de uso es bastante sencillo e intuitivo, no hay ningún tipo de complicación para ajustar los programas adecuados a cada tipo de lavado según la prenda. Muy contentos con ella.

It washes and dries really well but my unit bangs and shakes loudly. It is also quite slow UI-wise because of the ai features. I had an old washing machine from another company before this one and it was way quicker and easier to use

The "smart" features are cool with the machine sending you a message when the washing is done. But it's the obvious things that make this the best washing machine we've ever had. Like the fact that it adds the detergent automatically saving time and fuss. And when you notice just after pressing the start button that you dropped a sock on the floor as you were loading . . . you can just pop it in the little door on the front. Oh and it plays a tune at the end as well.

Estoy muy contento en líneas generales; tiene muchos programas, es muy intuitiva de usar, el diseño es elegante y la funcionalidad de parar el lavado para añadir más prendas con una puerta externa adicional es muy útil. Además, la posibilidad de sincronizar la lavadora con la app te permite usarla de manera remota. La sincronización con la app es más fácil de establecer que la de otros electrodomésticos que he probado. El único "pero" es que realmente en muchos programas no admite 9 Kg, como anuncia el producto. Un caso particular es el programa de ropa de cama, que sólo admite 2kg, y precisamente sería el programa ideal para dar uso a los 9kg de colada. Con respecto a la IA de personalización, aunque suene prometedor, aún no he podido darle uso.

Estoy alucinada y enamorada con la lavadora. Llevo tiempo sabiendo que esta seria mi próxima lavadora y estoy encantada de haber tomado esta decision. Escogi la lavadora con secadora por la minima diferencia de precio entre una y otra aunque me habian dicho que la ropa salia seca h ahora puedo afirmar que la ropa sale seca sin necesidad de usar la secadora, esta mas mojada la ropa por la noche por la humedad exterior que la que he sacado de la lavadora 😳😳 Si no fuera porque no había abierto el grifo que alimenta el agua y me ha salido una alerta en el movil y en la lavadora no me creería que se ha lavado (bueno y por el olor a limpio jaja) La he tendido para que estire mas que para que se seque porque la mayoría de prendas estaban totalmente secas. No se si alguna vez usare la secadora si es así, supongo que para las toallas.

Feels like The washer drum needs to be diagnostic adjusted before each wash. All we get is a loud knocking and whining noise coming from it. It works but we feel its drum is off balance. The dryer part works perfectly, silent as it should be. And clothes are dry each time.

Had this washer dryer for over a year, it does everything I need it too, it’s quite as much as it can be, auto dispenser is a life changer !!! The only reason I couldn’t give it 5 star is the fact the door does leak, I have had 5 new doors fitted and one full machine replacement through Samsung and all end up leaking . It always happens after a drum clean and will leak for a few washes after. But Samsung have been so good and replace it. I don’t want to change machine but if I could change the door to one that doesn’t have the add wash it might be what’s causing the leaks.

My eco bubble washer died after 4 years (didn’t register with the 5 year warranty - don’t make that mistake!) so I decided to treat myself with the same model but with a dryer. However, I should really have done a bit more research. The main thing I really don’t like about it is that the eco wash is a 40-60 wash only. Previously you could select 40 or 60 … so there’s lots of times I’m washing at 40, would like to choose an eco mode, but daren’t in case it shrinks everything as 60 is too hot for lots of clothes. The standard 40oC wash is quick at 1hr 30 though, I like that. Just not so sure my electric bill will thank me for the change from eco. Also, I’m having issues with the sound of the drum on a spin. It’s definitely level and isn’t rocking but oh my goodness it makes a racket like knocking and no way could you hold a conversation in the room next door whilst it’s going for it!

Un autentico desastre, se nos ha estropeado dos veces en un año, inundando toda la casa con las consecuencias que ello conlleva. Malísima calidad, sin duda no la recomiendo. Estamos intentando que nos den otro modelo porque esta lavadora no la vamos a volver a encender. Nos ha estropeado todos los muebles de la cocina.

I love the product so far! Energy rating is a plus! However, I paid for premium installation with the hope of using the appliance on the day. Installer said our sink disposal is old so pipe will not fit and we needed an adaptor which isn't supplied by Samsung. He said we can buy it in any plumbing store. Only to find out that they only needed to cut the pipe and that would have solved the issue. Waste of "PREMIUM" installation fee. They were nice though.

WD80T654DBH, Pralko-suszarka z technologią AirWash. Po długich poszukiwaniach i porównywaniu różnych modeli wybór padł na pralko suszarkę Samsung WD80T654DBH. Przeważyła możliwość dokładania prania w trakcie prania (ileż to razy po rozpoczęciu prania nagle odnajdywały się skarpetki i koszulki które należy wyprać ) oraz możliwość sterowania ze smartfona. Urządzenie posiada dużą pojemność 8kg dla prania i 5 dla suszenia co w połączeniu z dużymi drzwiczkami wpływa na komfortowe użytkowanie . Ustawienia, wybór języka, kalibracja przebiega w sposób intuicyjny. Duża ilość programów prania i możliwość ich modyfikacji to dodatkowy plus. Pralka jest cicha ze względu na silnik inwerterowy który ma gwarancję na 10 lat. Przy pierwszym uruchomieniu pompa działała dosyć głośno (chwilowa praca na sucho) ale po napełnieniu wszystko wróciło do normy. Man kan ikke selv bestemme om dette programmet skal vaske på 40 eller 60 grader. Ikke mulig å vite om programmet vasker på 40 eller 60 grader. Man kan derfor ikke bruke dette programmet for klær som skal vaskes med 40 grader, da det er mulig dette programmet vakser klærne på 60 grader. Finnes ikke noe tilsvarende standard program i maskinen som kan brukes for vask av klær på 40 grader. Dette er veldig lite brukervennlig.

Posiada bardzo dużo funkcji do różnego rodzaju tkanin dzięki czemu można idealnie dobrać program prania czy suszenia co pozwala bardzo dobrze chronić prane tkaniny. Funkcja suszenia działa bardzo dobrze, połączenie funkcji pranie+suszenie pozwala na wyciąganie świeżych ubrań z pralki i ubierania prosto na siebie, ustawienia można personalizować pod siebie, a po połączeniu z telefonem wszystko można ustawiać w smartfonie. Design bardzo delikatny, pralka bardzo cicha, stojąc w łazience w ogóle nie słychać jej w mieszkaniu a dodatkowo po wypraniu zagra melodię :) Guziki da intuicyjne co sprawia wrażenie delikatnej obsługi. Bardzo polecam każdemu kto chciałby zaoszczędzić miejsca a potrzebuje suszarkę.

Sprzedawca w sklepie namawiał do dwóch osobnych urządzeń, ale zdecydowaliśmy się na zakup pralko-suszarki ze względu na oszczędność zajmowanej przestrzeni oraz wspaniałe parametry sprzętu ( m.in. brak konieczności przekładania wsadu z jednego sprzętu do drugiego). Sprzęt jest niezwykle intuicyjny, dosłownie przy pierwszym uruchomieniu nie miałam problemu z wyborem parametrów prania oraz jego uruchomienia. Pralko-suszarka ma możliwość połączenia do sieci WI-FI i zdalnego sterowania oraz wybór dodatkowych opcji. Drzwiczki AddWash to kolejna bardzo przydatna funkcja pralko-suszarki, z której można skorzystać w razie " zabłąkanego prania". Pralko-suszarka ma wbudowaną wagę, co jest bardzo dobrym rozwiązaniem ponieważ na podstawie wagi wsadu dolewana jest odpowiednia ilość wody i skracany lub wydłużany czas suszenia. Ponad to, sprzęt prezentuje się bardzo nowocześnie i elegancko. Na ten moment nie znalazłam żadnych wad sprzętu.

Planując zakup pralki, rozważałam zakup również suszarki żeby zaoszczędzić miejsce w mieszkaniu na niepotrzebne suszarki wolnostojące. Pralko- suszarka Samsung spełnia moje oczekiwania w 100%. Zniechęcona przez różne fora żeby nie łączyc dwóch urządzeń zaryzykowałam i nie żałuję. Pralka posiada mnóstwo fukcji prania oraz suszenia. Pranie wkładam zabrudzone a wyciągam czyste i co najważniejsze suche. Wlaczajac ja pierwszy raz byłam w szoku że pranie będzie robiło się 6h ale jak podeszłam na kilka minut i pralka zaważyła pranie okazało się że dostosowuje wagę prania do czasu i skróciło się o 2h ( na programie eko). Pralka ma możliwość podłączenia się pod telefon dzięki temu wiem kiedy pranie się kończy. Będąc w domu dzwoni dosyć długo o też daje znak że skończyła pracę. Funkcja addwash również się sprawdza. Myślę że największym atutem pralko suszarki jest to że wszystkie zmechacenia zatrzymują się na uszczelce a nie na ubraniach dzięki czemu zamiast wszystkie ubrania traktować rolka wyciągamy tylko zwinięte z uszczelki.

A te małe drzwiczki są naprawdę przemyślane. W połowie prania możemy dołożyć ubrania i wypierze idealnie. Jeśli ktoś ma małe dzieci to może prać nawet w nocy, jest naprawdę cicho. Jeśli chodzi o suszenie to polecam każdemu. Pralko-suszarka czyli 2w1 idealnie wysuszy nasze ubrania.Zdziwiłem się jak bardzo inteligentna jest ta pralko-suszarka sama decyduje czy wydłużyć czy skrócić program w zależności od stopnia zabrudzenia. Naprawdę polecam! Moja ocena produktu w skali od 1 do 5 to 5!

This is a great washer dryer, so many programmes to choose from and they all wash the clothes brilliantly. The dryer is excellent too, dries clothes without a funny smell and it does not take that much longer than a separate tumble dryer would. The wi.fi connection is a great feature too. I use it more than I thought I would. I would definitely recommend this product.

Jednak ostatecznie zdecydowałam się i nie żałuje swojej decyzji. Pralka oprócz funkcji suszenia,gdzie jest to bardzo przydatne szczególnie zimą,kiedy pierzemy pościel lub ręczniki. Wyciągamy ciepłe i suche rzeczy, wystarczy tylko poskładać,odpada nam rozwieszanie prania po domu. #akcjalaczproduktydlawygody To moja pierwsza pralko-suszarka i nie powiem, na początku nie byłam do końca przekonana do zakupu pralko-suszarki ale dzięki tej promocji i wielu pozytywnych recenzjach dałam się namówić i... jestem bardzo zadowolona. Jeszcze odkrywam wiele funkcjonalności na pewno na początku przydaje się aplikacja mobilna i instrukcja obsługi. Samo urządzenie jest bardzo ciche co przy mieszkaniu w bloku jest bardzo ważne, gdy pralka jest uruchamiana w nocy. Na pewno nikogo nie obudzi ;) W aplikacji mobilnej można zadać parametry prania np. wybrać program, zadać inną temperaturę itp. Pralka jest duża i pojemna. Zaoszczędziłam miejsce w mieszkaniu nie korzystając więcej z suszarki na pranie. Ogólnie polecam.

Długo zastanawiałam sę nad wybrem nowej pralki, padło na Samsung. Tym razem postanowiłam dodać funkcję suszenia. Na początku myślałam, że będę z suszenia korzystać sporadycznie ze względu na obawę dodtakowego poboru enegii. Otóż, jak bardzo się myliłam! Pralka nie zużywa dużo energii, a dotego pranie wyciągam SUCHUTKIE, mięciutkie i pachnące. Sterowanie i podgląd na telefonie to duży plus. Do tego addWash, bez którego nie wyobrażam sbie pralki, korzystam z tego prawie przy każdym praniu. Bardzo estetyczny wygląd pralki, duży wybór programów (Air Wash to dla mnie HIT), łatwość obsługi. W zeszłym tygodniu zakupiliśmy pralkosuszarkę Samsung. Pralkosuszarka spełniła nie tylko nasze oczekiwania, a także wyszłam im naprzeciw. Funkcja prania i suszenia w 30 stopniach jest rewelacyjna, pranie jest suche, ciepłe i można je ubrać bez prasowania. Duża liczba programów daje możliwość doboru odpowiedniego do naszych potrzeb. Pralkosuszarka jest niesamowicie cicha, spokojnie można ją włączyć na noc, a rano wyjąć suche i czyste ubrania. Funkcja dodatkowych drzwiczek daje możliwość dołożenia prania w trakcie jego trwania. Dzięki funkcji ważenia nie ma możliwości przeładowania pralki. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z tego zakupu i polecamy każdemu kto zastanawia się nad zakupem właśnie tej pralkosuszarki. Miałem sprzeczne odczucia co do zakupu tak drogiego sprzętu. Bo nie oszukujmy się że nie jest to najtańszy sprzęt na rynku rtv. Natomiast po użyciu go mogę stwierdzić że jest on wart każdych pieniędzy. Nie dość że jakościowo jest bardzo dobry, to jeszcze jego dizajn jest nie do zastąpienia. Nie ma na rynku takiej pralko suszarki która parametrami i równocześnie wyglądem sprostowalaby moim oczekiwania. Tylko firma samsung gości w moim domu, i wiem że nie zastąpię ja żadna inna. Dodatkowo bardzo przydatna opcja suszenia, przydaje się bardzo w okresie jesiennym. Dużym atutem jest też na pewno spora pojemność bębna, można dzięki temu za jednym razem zrobić naprawdę duże pranie. Łatwa w obsłudze, z czytelnym i intuicyjnym panelem. Szczerze polecam każdemu. Pralko-Suszarka Samsung jest moim pierwszym tego typu urządzeniem. Wcześniej korzystałam z jedynie z Pralki. Muszę przyznać, ze byłam sceptycznie nastawiona do połączenia obu tych funkcji. Jednak niepotrzebnie. Pralko-suszarka jest cicha, pojemna i ma wiele przydatnych funkcji. Dzięki możliwości sterowania urządzeniem przez wifi mogę kontrolować czas prania zdalnie. Witam. Nad nową pralko-suszarką zastanawialiśmy się z żoną od dłuższego czasu .Pralka pierze i wiruje bardzo cicho , funkcji jest mega dużo np. AIR, Booble czy chociażby waga która dostosowuje ilość wody jak i czasu na pranie względem wagi wsadu. Suszarka oddaje ubrania zupełnie suche , mamy dzieci właściwie chłopców tak że suszenie na standardowych suszarkach było bardzo uciążliwe. Polecam PRALKO-SUSZARKA SAMSUNG jak dla nas premium .

Having spent a considerable amount of money on Samsung wash products in the past which have all been excellent I did not hesitate to purchase this machine. Unfortunately, they have taken digital automation to the next level and you can no longer manually adjust the drying temperature. This is crazy as it basically makes this machine unusable for anything that needs drying at 40 degrees or under. As the door has a safety hold on it at 50 degrees or hotter and the door will not open in any of the preset drying modes I am going to assume that all cycles are 50 degrees plus. This is backed up by my now damaged outdoor clothing.... Because of this ridiculous error in the specification of the machine and the fact that the lack of manual temperature control is not clearly advertised (along with a thousand pounds of damaged clothing and no means to get a refund on the machine itself) this product gets 1 star across the board.

I was very sceptical about this washer/dryer as I have had one before (different brand) and absolutely hated it. So I surprised myself when I went for another washer dryer. It’s absolutely amazing, I don’t have room for a separate dryer and with having 2 young children getting things washed and dried was such a hassle. I’m so glad I brought it, I don’t regret it one bit. Took some time getting used to and haven’t got round to trying all the settings but very impressed and they have definitely come along way since I last had one.

Je teste le lave-linge séchant. Voici mes commentaires Points positifs : -Design -connection smarthing - faible bruit - de nombreux programmes de lavage (inutiles en ce qui me concerne) à la fin du cycle de lavage, les linges semblent léger et frais, j'utilise pourtant la même lessive mais ici c'est très agréable. Points négatifs : -combiner lave linge et séche linge - temps de lavage beaucoup trop long - temps de séchage trop long et impossibilité de réduire ce temps - qualité de la documentation inférieure aux programmes proposés - impossibilité d'évaluer ou de trouver des informations concernant la consommation énergétique des différents programmes - si on veut laver et sécher en une seule fois la durée est de 7heures !!! imaginez la perte de temps lorsque l'on a beaucoup de lessives à faire et l'énergie consommée ! que l'on charge peu, normalement ou énormément le tambour, les vêtements sont vraiment très froissés après le séchage - documentation peu explicative pour nous aider dans le choix des programmes et on retrouve peu de réponses aux questions sur le net En résumé : Grand fans de Samsung, je pense que j'aurai dû choisir le lave-linge uniquement pour pouvoir peut-être faire un test concluant. C'est vraiment dommage car je suis fan de technologie mais ici on ne peut pas vraiment faire des choix personnalisés en terme de temps. C'est dommage j'ai sans doute fait le mauvais choix car je pense que j'aurai été plus satisfait avec le lave linge vu la bonne qualité de lavage. Je suis convaincu : j'aurai dû choisir le lave-linge uniquement.

Omdat bij ons de ruimte ontbreekt voor 2 apparaten waren de verwachtingen hoog. Op het eerste zegt vinkt dit bij mij alle boxjes aan: uitgebreid programma-aanbod, link met mobiele app die ook écht werkt, en de gedroomde was-én-droogfunctie. Oké, de handleiding heb ik online moeten opzoeken, maar terwijl een eerste droogtest aan het lopen was heb ik alvast een lijstje gemaakt van te testen functies. Eerste resultaat: het handdoek-programma heeft dan wel geen eigen droogfunctie, maar die is er snel achteraan geplakt; en het moet gezegd; de handdoeken zijn brandschoon, ruiken hemels fris en zijn ongelooflijk zacht. Oké, het hoofddoel is klaar, laat de rest maar komen. Finale test: De opgegeven duurtijd blijft altijd een verwarrende factor, maar het wasgoed komt effectief sneller (en ook properder) uit de machine, zelfs als je tussendoor nog wat toevoegt. De airwash lijkt een ideale oplossing for opfrissing van zaken die je toch snel nodig hebt, en de verschillende droogstanden zijn handig. Toegegeven, het is even omdenken omdat sommige programma's meteen drogen erachteraanplakken, en sommige moet je manueel nadrogen. Wat me wel opvalt is dat het droogproces snel en stil verloopt. Bottom line: dit ding doet prima wat het moet doen, en meer.

I received this washer dryer from Samsung for product testing purposes. This washer is outstanding at cleaning and whisper quiet. The machine has a wealth of programmes that can deal with any conceivable washing load, and pretty much every aspect of each programme can be tweaked such as temperature, spin speed and number of rinses. You're also able to add a drying cycle to most programmes. I like how the machine analyses the load at the beginning and adjusts the programme time according to weight. The self-cleaning programmes look really useful, taking care of soap drawer and hygienically cleaning the tub and seal. Quite simply the best and most advanced washing machine I have ever used.
