I love this machine and was selected after a detailed search. It washes better than my previous washing machine and comes with an eco bubble, Smarting Apps. The auto dose does it for no more guessing how much detergent to add or softener. Even when low it tells me to refill my last about a month. I also bought the dryer to complete my laundry room. the dryer has auto-link which tell the dryer the setting to use. Excellent washer with 5-year warranty, this gives confidence about the quality of the washer.

this machine is actually horrible, it uses no water at all and it is extremely loud on spin. when drying, it yellows the clothes and makes the entire bathroom smell like a tyre shop. there are too many unnecessary cycles and the capacity is smaller than my previous 9kg one. it is a good looking machine but the performance is quite terrible. i do not recommend this machine to anyone

This machine is absolutely garbage. Within the first year of us owning it we had to get an engineer out to replace the drum which had cracked and was making a real bad noise and extremely bad vibration. Now with the machine just out of the poor 24month warranty (that’s how much confidence Samsung have in it) the drum is on its way out again, it just cuts out mid wash and leaves us with a machine full of water. It never been amazing at drying clothes but it doesn’t even try anymore. After having a 3rd party engineer out to it he has deemed it uneconomical to repair. So 4 months out of its warranty the machine is scrap metal. As for Samsungs customer service, don’t expect them to help at all. Horrendous machine that’s not worth half of what it sells for. Please go and buy Bosh or LG stay away from this overpriced rubbish.

I received this washer dryer from Samsung for product testing purposes. This washer is outstanding at cleaning and whisper quiet. The machine has a wealth of programmes that can deal with any conceivable washing load, and pretty much every aspect of each programme can be tweaked such as temperature, spin speed and number of rinses. You're also able to add a drying cycle to most programmes. I like how the machine analyses the load at the beginning and adjusts the programme time according to weight. The self-cleaning programmes look really useful, taking care of soap drawer and hygienically cleaning the tub and seal. Quite simply the best and most advanced washing machine I have ever used.
I recommended this product.

Don't buy from Samsung! The worst washer-dryer in my life, wasted money, hopeless customer service. After half a year of use, the washing machine started making strange sounds, knocking, shaking, etc. The engineer was already 3 times, he fixed something and in his opinion everything is fine, but as soon I'm doing normal washing, problem is coming back all the time and they are trying to tell me that it is normal for the washing machine to work like this. But for the first half of year I didn't notice anything like that. I suspect it's a manufacturing fault but the company don't want to replace washing maschine or refund the money. After many, many phone calls, emails with videos, they only sending an engineer, whose visit does not bring anything because I still have faulty equipment. Below I attach a video how is working that very overpriced piece of rubbish. If you are planing to spend large amount of money on new equipment I suggest to avoid Samsung.

This is possibly the worst item I’ve bought in my life I’ve had nothing but problems with this. It’s always leaving on my kitchen floor it never dries properly and the worst part about it Samsung service are absolute *** like it’s terrible service so I’ve been out off buying Samsung and would never buy any Samsung product ever dies to this experience and I suggest you all Stay away.

DO NOT BUY FROM SASMUNG! I purchased this washer dryer and had it installed three weeks ago by Samsung. I was hearing a noise that sounded like air pressure but assumed this was likely coming from the AddWash door and it appeared to be washing the clothes with no issue. However, I had been noticing splash of water on our hard wood flooring, I assumed this was water spillage from washing dishes but when our electric suddenly flipped in the kitchen, I then investigated and realised that when pressure was being placed on the wooden floor boards from feet, water was seeping up from under the floor boards. I pulled the washer dryer out to investigate to discover that there is a hole in the drainage pipe at the top of the tubing where it connects to the washer dryer which has been leaking water from the day it was installed. I am obviously extremely unhappy and disastisifed with this situation but where the situation gets worse is Samsungs customer service response. I have contacted Samsung via phone on three occasions and spoke to them on live chat twice over the course of 4 days and no resolution or replacement has been organised. I have been repeatedly informed that a manager will contact me via phone within 24 hours following phone calls but I am yet to receive a call regarding the matter. During the phone-calls to Samsung, I have asked for a manager on every occasion to be informed one is not available despite asking multiple times, but weirdly the service agent has mentioned having sought advice from a manager during the call - strange. The customer service from Samsung is honestly the WORST I have ever received. These products are not cheap and a company of this size to provide such poor service is honestly disgusting. I live in a busy household and work as an NHS nurse and need to wash my uniform regularly for infection prevention which I have stressed to them but it appears that nobody at Samsung cares. I have also repeadetly mentioned that not only do I want the washer dryer replaced, but I will need my floor and electric addressing which Samsung should rightly pay for but they continually avoid this during the calls and make no reference to it in responses. In summary - I have had no functioning washer dryer for four days, damaged/warped flooring and electrical issues with no resolution provided. I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM SAMSUNG AGAIN and I would advise anyone else to avoid like the plague.

I purchase this washing machine 2 years and 3 months ago and it’s broken already. I contacted a Samsung engineer and charged me £80 and told me that the guarantee was 2yrs and the cost of repair was £500. Awful, I would never recommend this washing machine.

Having spent a considerable amount of money on Samsung wash products in the past which have all been excellent I did not hesitate to purchase this machine. Unfortunately, they have taken digital automation to the next level and you can no longer manually adjust the drying temperature. This is crazy as it basically makes this machine unusable for anything that needs drying at 40 degrees or under. As the door has a safety hold on it at 50 degrees or hotter and the door will not open in any of the preset drying modes I am going to assume that all cycles are 50 degrees plus. This is backed up by my now damaged outdoor clothing.... Because of this ridiculous error in the specification of the machine and the fact that the lack of manual temperature control is not clearly advertised (along with a thousand pounds of damaged clothing and no means to get a refund on the machine itself) this product gets 1 star across the board.

I was very sceptical about this washer/dryer as I have had one before (different brand) and absolutely hated it. So I surprised myself when I went for another washer dryer. It’s absolutely amazing, I don’t have room for a separate dryer and with having 2 young children getting things washed and dried was such a hassle. I’m so glad I brought it, I don’t regret it one bit. Took some time getting used to and haven’t got round to trying all the settings but very impressed and they have definitely come along way since I last had one.

Arrived today, Looks the part, very high tech with all off the gizmo’s BUT like modern smartphone it excells i. everything but it’s primary function. I out a 9.5 kg load on at 9:15am, after the wash I put 6kg in the dryer straightaway, it’s still running with 23mins left and the time now is 18:14. That’s a full working day and then some to wash a load and dry about 2/3rds of it. Wife is not impressed with my wanting a top end machine.

Feels like The washer drum needs to be diagnostic adjusted before each wash. All we get is a loud knocking and whining noise coming from it. It works but we feel its drum is off balance. The dryer part works perfectly, silent as it should be. And clothes are dry each time.

Premium priced product but poor quality and terrible aftercare, washer has broke down twice in less than 2 years, second time flooding floor and damaging kitchen. Customer service were terrible, promised one date for engineer visit and then booked it a week later.

Unfortunately this machine has failed multiple times so not recommended. Had new wiring loom, board, now the inverter for heat requires replacing and the drum. No end of problems and not the best customer service.

The "smart" features are cool with the machine sending you a message when the washing is done. But it's the obvious things that make this the best washing machine we've ever had. Like the fact that it adds the detergent automatically saving time and fuss. And when you notice just after pressing the start button that you dropped a sock on the floor as you were loading . . . you can just pop it in the little door on the front. Oh and it plays a tune at the end as well.

Love the washer dryer so much. The add door makes life so much easier and so does the auto dispensing draw. Also the sanitising wash and bubble soak really come in handy. However. This is my 3rd machine in the space of 5 years due to things not working as they should and becoming uneconomical to repair. So make sure you have insurance.

I didn't imagine how much difference I will notice in noise. It's very quiet even with full drum. When spinning slow or full speed. I really like features in app and controlling the machine from my phone. I also like notifications that job is done. And that 5 years warranty...

It washes and dries really well but my unit bangs and shakes loudly. It is also quite slow UI-wise because of the ai features. I had an old washing machine from another company before this one and it was way quicker and easier to use
