I was looking for a flash drive compatible with my smart TV so I can pause live antenna TV. The problem is, the TV operates on USB 2.0. This Samsung flash drive is backwards compatible to 2.0, and I was hoping it would do the job. It's a Roku 50" 4K UHD TV, that requires a USB 2.0 16GB 15mbps read/write speed. This flash drive I like, it seems to be good quality, but it's just not quite fast enough on 2.0. It works but the video gets out of sync with the audio. I have to keep switching the TV to another channel and back to get it back in sync.

Die äußere Verarbeitung sowie Farbgebung und Materialwahl dieses metallenen USB-Sticks ist wirklich gelungen. Dieser fühlt sich sehr hochwertig an. Die Funktionsweise weiß zu überzeugen - in unserem Fall wird der Stick als Host für ein Unraid-System verwendet. Hier kommt es auf eine hohe Qualität des Speichermediums an. Der Speicher ist wie angepriesen, die Leserate kommt ganz knapp nicht an 300MB/s ran. In unserem Test waren es knapp 292 MB/s - wir haben nun aber auch kein Profisystem dafür aufgebaut. Wenn die "innere" Qualität des Sticks genauso ist wie die äußere, gibt es keinen Grund zur Beanstandung - vor allem für den Preis, welchen Samsung selbst dafür verlangt. In unseren Augen - ein guter Job, ein gutes Produkt. Wir haben noch einen 2. Stick als Backup, hoffentlich wird er lange nicht gebraucht :)

I purchased over 80 different sets of flash media for testing to determine the best/falsest/most cost effective for use in a very large deployment of new systems. the Samsung Bar Plus line tested the best accross the board. i would recommend that strong consideration be given to the 128Gb version. the increased transfer speeds are well worth the few additional dollars. That being said, the 64Gb drives performed flawlessly and held up for the deployment.

Kupiłem 2 pendrajwy firmy samsung, myślałem że jak kupie nowe i porządne to nie będę miał żadnych problemów niestety okazało się że ten nie obsługuje formatowania ex32 przez co nie da się używać go np w starym radiu samochodowym. Prędkość na usb 2.0 to u mnie około 20mb przy pliku 10gb. Nie mam najnowszego więc nie będę oceniał. Natomiast pendrive mniejszy "Samsung FIT Plus 2020" okazał się lepszy bo funkcje fat 32 posiada.

This Bar plus is the best usb i have come across. Its super fast, leaving all the other usb drives behind, its resistant to everything: I carry this on my keychain for many years now.. Never had an issue, it has been dropped countless times, been wet, been left in the heat and just lived its life beside pointy metal keys., But still works 100% all of the time! Just dont bother with anything else!

The drive has failed after one month of very occasional use. I purchased the drive via RS Components at the end of July 2021. The drive can no longer be detected by the pc. The drive is also too tight fitting in the USB ports. I’m sending the unit back to RS Components and will not be looking for a replacement, I cannot trust the device. I have been using these as backup storage devices for small files. I was happy with them but 2 have now failed and I cannot access the stored data. Errors are Device Descriptor Request Failed and Set Address Failed, I have tried to navigate the samsung warranty pages but these devices do not show up in the drop down listing under the registration pages.

this product worked great for a couple years, then one day the transfer rate got horrible, and the next time i plugged it in, it caused my computer to lock up due to endlessly trying to load the drive. the drive also began getting very hot when plugged in; good thing i had the files backed up elsewhere!

Często są problemy z rozpoznaniem pendrive'a przez systemy, a gdy jest podłączony podczas włączania laptopa, bardzo dużo czasu zabiera nim pokaże sie logo BIOSu, niekiedy z 2-3 razy trzeba go odłączyć i podpiąć by system prawidłowo go wykrył. Błędy enumeracji i przydzielenia adresów.
