I've had the 27" model for some time now (about 2 years) and it was working great until horizontal lines started flickering on the screen. After much trial and error it seems that the only way to temporarily solve this was: A: Lower down the brightness until they temporarily stopped appearing. B: Lower the refresh rate of the monitor down to ~50 Hz to reduce how long the lines would stay. However this ultimately got to a point where i was unable to remove the lines, even after 4+ hours, they would still not disappear. Reading the other reviews, it seems like there's a lot of other people having this issue, and to see this monitor still up for purchase is honestly baffling to me. If you are thinking of buying this monitor, STAY AWAY.

I've owned this model for over a year and am extremely happy using it as my primary monitor. I needed to replace my second monitor in my multi-monitor setup, however, so I decided to purchase this model again since I loved it so much. However, the new monitor I received had horrible backlight bleeding in the bottom right corner. I assumed the unit was defective, and sent it back and ordered the same model from another company. That monitor just arrived, and has an almost identical defect with the backlight in the bottom right corner. I'm not sure what happened to the build quality of this model, but it went from a fantastic monitor to a very poor one.

First, I'd like to address 1Bob's comment about no sound.... Bob.... This is a PC MONITOR, not a TV..... Just curious... Why didn't you complain that you couldn't change channels on it either..??? I bought mine to use as a secondary display to my 55 inch Samsung TV/Monitor for video and audio production. Pairs perfect with it, and gives me an amazing space for my effects racks, media folders, mixing consoles, previewing video and animations on different size screens and resolutions, etc..... I even used it as a TV with audio from my Home Theater system for a bedroom TV when my old bedroom TV died.

Estos monitores vienen con un problema muy común que es el flickering. El flickering es el parpadeo constante que ocurre al refrescar la imagen , es algo muy notorio en caso de videojuegos y en imagen cargadas de distintos colores y matices . Hace que la experiencia sea muy molesta y no te deja disfrutar por estar concentrado en como ocurre ese parpadeo . No recomendado .

tiene un diseño delgado y sencillo, no tiene botonera en su lugar es una palanca para seleccionar los menús y el apagado, solo tiene un puerto HDMI y otro VGA lo cual se me hace corto, ademas que solo alcanza los 60ghz aunque se puede overclockear a los 75ghz un plus que aunque poco no esta de mas, la definición y los colores aunque no son malos para nada son mil veces mejor un televisor y el precio estaba algo caro para lo que tiene la verdad, la compatibilidad con freesync aun no la e probado a pesar de todo el monitor a sabido cumplir su función después de un año de uso

Es una mentira, el que venga con la certificación VESA por solo tener los 4 orificios donde se debe sostener el soporte de brazo. Ya que todos los soportes viene con las entradas para 100 y 75mm en uno solo y este es de 75mm, quiere decir que lo que le sobra a el soporte, se obstaculiza con ese brazo. Lo ideal es poner esos orificios fuera del alcanza de la base o permitir que la base se retire, sin necesidad de abrir la pantalla para hacer la desistalacion desde adentro. No. Cumple con lo mencionado a la certificación VESA

Un monitor simple y con problemas graves de diseño. El stand que viene está montado en el mismo monitor, para montar en un sistema vesa se debe desmontar y abrir el monitor entero quitando un par de tornillos. Al montar el soporte vesa varios monitores nos han creado una línea negra, dado que el tornillo es muy largo y apreta la pantalla, un fallo de diseño muy grande que el propio monitor no tenga un tope para evitar dañar la pantalla al atornillar. No recomendable si es para montar en soporte vesa.

Tiene una imagen super buena, ademas de su precio super asequible para los que no contamos con el dinero para comprar uno mas potente, que el monitor tiene el boton de encendido esta atras no le veo problema alguno, si un poco molesto, pero no es super imposible de manejar al contrario me parecio muy facil que con el anterior monitor que tenia el cual solo contaba con 4 botones, pero no es para quitarle meritos a su pantalla, rendimiento, colores y por su puesto su economia que son muy buenos.

Sinceramente estoy muy feliz con el monitor. Tiene muy buena definición y color. A pesar de que estaba reacio a la idea del control del OSD mediante el joystick que tiene detrás, se me hizo bastante cómodo y hasta diría que lo prefiero a la opción clásica de tener diferentes botones para manejar todo. Tiene un poco de IPS glow amarillento, pero nada que (personalmente) no pueda vivir con ello. Lo único que no me gusta es que se balancea un poco la pantalla del soporte al ejercer fuerza o movimiento en el escritorio. Quiero desmitificar algunas cosas que leí en comentarios acá: No considero que el color sea muy amarillento, sí el color que viene de fábrica. Al tocar un poco las cosas, conseguí una configuración de mi agrado. Sí se puede modificar ligeramente la inclinación. Y no noté flickering.

Para ser un monitor económico está bastante bien, sin embargo recomendaría extenderse un poco en el presupuesto para acceder a algo mejor o averiguar si es posible mejorar ciertas funciones. La imagen y resolución no es del todo nítida. Tiene buen brillo y tiempo de respuesta en tareas de programación y diseño. No lo probé en juegos. No tiene rápida lectura de los conectores, si cambias de Vga a hdmi tarda en reconocerlos. El botón de encendido no lo veo incómodos como dicen sino bastante práctico, lo que si veo un despropósito es hacerlo tan slim y que los cables sean perpendiculares xq se pierde la funcionalidad de que sea slim. Podrían las conexiones ingresar de forma paralela al monitor para ocupar menos espacio hacia la pared. En resumen no lo recomendaría porque la imagen no es tan buena como en otros monitores.

je viens tout juste d'acheter ce moniteur, d'occasion. Très bon produit, étant sur quasiment tous mes appareils chez samsung, je n'ai quasiment jamais eu de problème avec ces appareils. Concernant la qualité d'image, tout est clair et limpide, ayant un bureau d'une profondeur de 70cm, je vois les pixels de l'écran, il faudra que je change le pied pour pouvoir le mettre plus loin et avoir une meilleur expérience. hâte de le tester en jeu et sur ma suite Adobe.

Tenia un modelo mas viejo de samsung y me pasé a este pensando que por ser hdmi iba a mejorar si o si con respecto al otro, pero no: la mejora en definicion no justifica la perdida en color. Realmente este monitor tiene unos colores MUY MALOS absolutamente opacos. De verdad te recomiendo que inviertas algo más y te lleves otro mejor. Este te va a arruinar cualquier tipo de experiencia, ya sea videojuegos, películas o simplemente ver fotos en Internet.

i bought this monitor and has worked great for the last year. the only problem is when you want to mount it to a wall or desk, you have to remove and separate the plastic covering in order to unscrew the stand hinge. this is a terrible design and you risk damaging the monitor and breaking the delicate plastic which did happen. samsung knows this monitor will be mounted by some customers, so why they would design it this way i have no clue.

Be very careful when removing the stand, dont't get fooled by youtube video saying you have to open the frame, read the user manual. You only have to pull on the bottom part of the stand. I personnaly broke a flat ribbon linking the LCD to the driver board with my screwdriver. Now there is a black stipe in the middle of the screen! Pretty sad! This screen was working prefectly until I bought a Monitor Stand Arm for Two Screens...

Por el precio y prestaciones sería un gran monitor, si no fuese proque duró 6 meses. Los componentes internos son baratos y caducan mucho antes de lo esperado (tengo otros 3 modelos del fabricante hace ya 6 años y todavía andan de 10). El brazo que lo sostiene a diferencia de lo que muchos mencionan si se puede rotar, poco pero rota. Y no tuve los problemas que mencionan del soporte, se puede colgar bien sin impedimentos.-

Unhappy with this monitor. I am on a budget (obviously) but I do graphic design. I cannot rely on this monitor to show colours accurately and end up having to check everything on my other monitor (much older) to make sure it looks OK. Graphic design professionals should definitely invest in a better monitor than this—unfortunately I learned the hard way.

Purchased this monitor in 2017. The image was clear and no glitching, line jumping or missing pixels, in fact if the input detection on it hadn't failed I would have kept this for the full 10+ years that LED monitors are supposed to last. The monitor itself is working, in that it'll have a clear, crisp, and colour perfect Check Signal Cable box floating around however it's no longer detecting input from either the HDMI cable or the RGB IN cable. I've tried different cables, and PC works on a different screen. It's literally the monitor's input detection is no longer working. **Not seen this issue stated in any other reviews or support request questions floating around the internet so assuming based on this that it's random and majority of monitors aren't impacted by this issue. I would have liked to be able to adjust height of the screen and have had a box under it to increase it to the height I needed, otherwise was more than satisfactory.

Tengo un pc que casi no uso, mientras trabajo bien el monitor, todo fue muy bueno, pero ya no da imagen, me duro 4 años y eso que casi no uso el pc, me parece que duro muy poco, he tenido muchos pcs donde primero me toca cambiar el cable de datos y se vuelven los pc obsoletos antes que se dañen los monitores, no es este el caso.

menus don't work well w/Mac Book, customer service non-existent, manuals top the list of worst translated inane blather, and online manual weak with re. to troubleshooting instructions (worse than weak). You need to have a hi-speed HDMI cable and medium-end graphics (or Intel Gen8 or above) for HDMI to auto-detect smoothly. Else, just use VGA port. Not recommended to use HDMI with machines older than 2017 without ext.graphics card. The stand is a little flimsy, so be careful not to knock/push hard.

se estropeo con rallas horizontales al año, como estaba en garantia lo arreglaro, pero cuando iba a cumplir el 2 año empezo a fallar pero no siempre, segun se ha pasado la garantia ha vuelto a fallar. en Samsung que lo mande de nuevo a arreglar pero ya no lo cubre asi que equipo nuevo de otra marca

I am please with the overall features. With only 1 tiny difficulty I had was trying to switch it on. Tried to check the instruction manual, unfortunately I couldn't find it. So I had to dabble with it for a while until I got it at last. From then onwards, it's smooth sailing.

Lack of displayport made me cut 1 star, but the image quality and response time are great. Freesync is a cool feature if you have a radeon graphics card. Gaming mode is perfect. Special note to the guy who complains about the lack of volume: it's a PC monitor, not a TV.

Compre este monitor en 2017 y ningun problema hasta ahora, Con el freesync activado puedo configurarlo para que vaya a 72hz. La unica falla que tiene es su soporte que no afirma correctamente el monitor y hace que se mueva ligeramente.

All the features are good, my only complaint is the rediculous monitor mount. If you plan to use a VESA monitor mount, the only way to completely remove the base stand is to remove the entire back monitor cover. Utterly stupid design.

I bought this monitor to go alongside my new workspace. Half the time while turning on the monitor, it would have trouble registering the input. Which gets annoying real quick. As well as the single input button for every menu.

Worked great for 8 months. Vertical lines appear now and make the monitor unusable. Common issue as you can see from other reviews. Samsung was entirely unhelpful resolving the problem and now the monitor is trash.

Cuando apagas el ordenador tienes que apagar manualmente el monitor porque sino aparecerá un mensaje de "No se encuentra señal" y se puede quedar así días, ya que no tiene ninguna configuración en la que se apague él sólo si no detecta entrada de video (que sería lo lógico, ya que sino puede quedarse encendido un fin de semana por ejemplo si se usa en una empresa o tener que levantarte de la cama porque estando a oscuras el mensaje molesta bastante). Para colmo, el botón de apagar y moverse por el menú de configuración está a la espalda del monitor, por lo que tienes que estar usandolo completamente a ciegas hasta que le coges el truco. El temporizador de apagado, tiene como mínimo 1 hora, ésta hora no es una hora real, es algo más de tiempo. Una vez que se apaga tras este tiempo, la siguiente vez que enciendes el monitor, vuelve a ponerse el temporizador a cero y vuelve a saltar tras el tiempo que le pusieras la última vez a no ser que lo canceles (otro detalle que está muy mal, o pones opción a que se repita siempre, o una vez que pasa el tiempo, lo desactivas hasta que el cliente lo active de nuevo). Por todo esto y las nulas explicaciones y razones NO recomiendo su compra, hay otros monitores mejores por el mismo precio y también de otras marcas.
