Step 2
Click “Claim now” below and complete the online claim form. Provide all required information between 30-60 days of purchasing your TV.
Step 3
Our team will review your claim and you will receive an email to confirm when it has been validated.
Step 4
You will receive your free Galaxy device within 45 days of your claim being validated.

What is the claim period?You must claim within 30 -60 days of purchase.

It’s almost 60 days and I haven’t received my TV yet, what should I do?You must still begin your claim within the 30-60 day window, and select the option within the claim form that states “I have not received my TV yet”. Once submitted, you have another 60 days to return to the form to complete your claim.
