Terms and Conditions By entering the Prize Draw described below (the “Prize Draw”) you (the “Participant”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”).

1. Promoter: Samsung Electronics (UK) Limited, Samsung House, 2000 Hillswood Drive, Chertsey KT16 0RS.

2. The Prize Draw is only open to ROI residents aged 18+.

3. Employees or agents of the Promoter or anyone professionally connected to the Promotion is not eligible to enter.

4. No purchase is necessary to enter.

5. The Prize Draw will open at 00:00 GMT on 06th July 2023 and close at 11:59 GMT on 26th July 2023 (the “Prize Draw Period”).

6. There is one (1) prize to be awarded in total during the Prize Draw, consisting of a €1,000 Samsung.com voucher.

7. The Prize carries no cash value, is non-transferable and may not be substituted by the winners. The Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any Prize.

8. To enter, Participants must pre-register for the latest news and events for the upcoming flagship launch. Participants can do this via email or push with one click, or via the Samsung.com website by adding their details and registering (an “Entry”).

9. Maximum of one (1) entry per Participant.

10. The winner of the Prize will be the one (1) Participant selected at random from all Entries received by the Promoter during the Prize Draw Period in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

11. The winner will be notified by 23:59 GMT on 27th July 2023 via email. The Prize will be included in the notification email.

12. In the event a winner is unreachable or ineligible the winner shall forfeit their Prize and it will be awarded to a substitute winner, selected in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

13. The Promoter will send the surname and county of the winners to anyone who writes to the Promoter within one month after the closing date of the Competition requesting details of the winners.

14. By entering the Promotion, Participants consent to their personal information being used by the Promoter for the purposes of operating this Promotion and acknowledge the Promoter reserves the right to publish the surnames and counties of all winners. Participants reserve the right to withdraw their consent at any time by visiting http://www.samsung.com/ie/info/privacy.html or by writing to the Promoter. In such circumstances, only the county of the Participant will be made available. The Promoter must still provide information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

15. Samsung excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the Promotion or with the acceptance or possession of any Prize.

16. The Promoter will not be responsible or liable for: (a) any failure to receive Entries due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control; (b) any late, lost, misrouted, or damaged transmissions or entries; (c) any computer or communications related malfunctions or failures; (d) any disruptions, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of the Promoter; or (e) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Prize Draw.

17. All Prizes are subject to current tax laws, and may be considered to be a taxable benefit to those who have Participated and won.

18. Entry into the Promotion signifies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

19. The Promoter reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time.

20. These terms and conditions will be governed by English law.
