Can I track the progress of my order?

If you checked out as a guest:
*You will receive an email with the status of your order and this will have your tracking reference
If you have a Samsung account:
* Go to
* Click on on the person icon in top right of page
* Choose Sign in
* Enter your Username and Password
* Once signed in, click on the person icon again
* Select 'Orders'
* Details of your order will be displayed
