What is the returns period?


You may return your products anytime within 14 days from when you receive your order. Please note that should your items are deemed to have been damaged by the customer, you will not be entitled to a refund.


If a fault is found after 14 days from delivery or collection, please call 0818 717 100 and we will replace or offer a refund, at our discretion. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
