Difficult to set up. I couldn’t get the app to work so had to do it with the remote. The Samsung app was not great and had difficulty registering the item too. The controls are slow to respond when changing channels. Sound and picture are ok. I suppose you get what you pay for. It was adequate for what I wanted so have kept it.

For the controls being slow to respond when changing channels, we'd recommend performing a cold boot. A cold boot will clear the memory cache on your TV, and this will speed things up. There are 2 ways to do this: 1. Press and hold the Power button on your remote control until the boot logo is displayed. 2. Turn your TV off, then unplug it from the mains. Leave it unplugged for thirty seconds and then plug it back in. We're pleased to hear that you're happy with the sound and picture quality, and we hope the above information is helpful. Unfortunately the tv was faulty which meant you had to keep unplugging the tv to total reset of power turn tv back on and was fine but if left on standby the hdmi socket failed and had to unplug tv to be able to get a picture which is not ideal and not I would expect from a trusted brand

Do not like it at all. Such a rigmarole to get on screen what you want; nothing is one simple click away. Don’t like not having text or being able to access local news from multiple areas. It’s back in its box and we’re using our old Samsung again.

Happy so far with the Samsung TV, size just right for a small lounge. Was easy to set up too. My previous Samsung TV lasted twelve years and hope for the same here.
