I've had this television a few months. I debated whether upgrading to OLED was necessary and then debated whether I needed the brighter higher end models. The picture quality of this television is exceptional and thrilling and I sometimes enjoy the picture so much I care less about what I'm watching. It is definitely better than the qled television I had before and the brightness is not a problem even during the day. I was expecting a dimmer screen but really the brightness is exceptional at all ambient light levels. I just couldn't be happier with this TV.

I just bought this tv one week ago but I chose it based on other Samsung televisions I’ve had for a few years. Super happy with picture quality, brightness, crisp color and interface. All of my TVs are now Samsung televisions except for one….and when that one dies it will be replaced by a Samsung no doubt!!!

This is our third Samsung TV, the other one developed a picture issue after 9 yrs, the TV was basically on 15 hours a day, certainly not disappointed as I purchased another !! This new one has great features, the picture quality is fantastic !!

Nice TV - very slim, great picture, good sound. No soundbar required. Easy to install. My only negative feedback is the new Samsung main menu on the TV, that now includes "progamme suggestions" menus, which can't be turned off by all accounts. It makes the main menu screen overly busy with items I do not want. TV is 5 star, but rating 4 star because of this added feature. Hoping Samsung remove this annoying feature in a forthcoming software update. My prior TV did not have this. Dear Samsung - I purchased a TV, not a customer marketing experience! Please include an option to remove this on future software update.

Bought this TV about 4 months ago now and im super happy with it! The display and resolution are great and super vivid and we still havent removed the protective film (imagine that!). Thee sound is so good that we still havent added our sound system to it (thats how good it is). The connectivity is so useful and works really well too in terms of connecting out phones to it and using the remote from our phones on the app. Love this TV! There's so many great things about it, the fact that it can tilt as well is really useful as i can watch TV when not in the living room and am atill able to see the screen.

After purchasing my new Samsung smart TV I have not been more surprised at the beautiful picture this television has. The resolution is stunning connecting. My add-ons was a breeze, and everything went seamlessly. The e-arc connection was perfect for my audio system and the sound is awesome. I've owned Samsung TVs before and was always extremely satisfied. Once again. Samsung is a leader in the industry.. I will likely purchase another one later in the year for my bedroom and already know the great picture in capabilities. I will have with this television. Awesome job Samsung.

My Samsung TV is absolutely amazing. Sometimes it's too amazing that it’s just too complicated as well. The remote’s solar charging - does not work and we’d have to plug it almost everyday to charge it.. so you can imagine a remote tied to the wall because you cant use it unless its charged.. and it easily drains too. And I’m serious about it being too amazing. Love to to know all the ins and outs of the apps - like how to use Bimby and how to add other Apps like Angel Studio. Features are endless but I dont know how to use them. Instructions on the TV are unclear.

We purchased this television for my mother, whom we take care of. She has really enjoyed the television. We love the simplicity of the remote for her as well as all the functionality. She has been benefiting from the Bixby Speak feature that allows her to change the channels. As an elderly senior, sometimes the hands don't work the best. The picture is beautiful and detailed with incredible contrast. We also appreciate how easy the setup was, both for the TV itself and for how it integrated with the Samsung sound bar system. We are very happy with our purchase.

Absolutely loving my new Samsung OLED TV! The picture quality is stunning—colors pop with incredible vibrancy, and the deep blacks are truly next-level. Dark scenes look perfectly inky with no light bleed, making movies and shows so much more immersive and enjoyable to watch. That minor cleaning mishap aside (tried water and microfiber, ended up with a faint blue-ish oily streak), I'm still really happy with this TV. The performance is top-tier, and it’s made watching everything a real pleasure. Highly recommend!

I was sold on a Qled but with run out stock supply issues I spent a little more and went for the OLED. This was a great change as for a Theatre room the darker blacks are a hit when watching movies. The processor is fast when switching between apps which is a bonus. You won't regret buying an OLED if you are a movie lover.

Overall the picture and sound quality are very good, brightness is good makes the colors really vibrant, 4K resolution really makes a difference, contrast is clear. There are a few problems. One is the menu is a bit finicky to play with, there are a lot of icons and not many options to customise. In addition, the minimalistic remote is not good. To access all the features of live TVs requires multiple buttons that really should be only one.

The sound is also great, to the point where I don’t think I’ll be buying a soundbar, which was my original plan. Has all the apps you’d normally use, connects with your phone so you can use it as a remote control, share videos/photos to it, and play Spotify though it. Overall an incredible product.

This is a great TV was worth the cost and fit our space perfectly. If I had any suggestions having better information on how to sync my other remotes would be great. I know it can be done but 4 of us tried and we are further backwards than when we started. U tube did not help either so we are using 3 remotes right now. Likely it’s us but that is the reason for 4 stars not 5. TV is great.

Love the color and smart functions of the tv, especially for the price point . My biggest problem with the product is just the SamSung TV app. I cannot find a setting where it won’t autoplay when I turn on my TV or return to the start menu. I eventually just deleted the app, even though there were channels I liked. I want my tv to make noise when I choose, not when it chooses.

Its the best for gaming and movies. Though the panel is pretty bright, you would still need curtains to reduce the ambient black level raise that all QD OLEDs have. But sometimes I'm lazy to close all curtains, so I still use it with the light coming from the huge windows in my living room at day time except winter, and it still works great! Worth the money bang on bucks

This is our third Samsung TV. As well as a beautiful display, the features are extremely useful. Lots of variety on the apps and so easy to use. Samsung has been an excellent company to work with. We has issues with one of our TVs that was just out of warranty, and they were exceptionally accommodating with repairs. That’s what we are loyal Samsung customers!

Having previously owned a Sony TV I really appreciate the Samsungs brightness and vibrant colours. The only small issue I have deals with the optical audio out function. With the Sony TV this function was always on whereas the Samsung you have to go into the settings menu and toggle from tv audio to optical .

The smoothing effects are not ideal and don't work. The tv has AI features that are full of bugs, sound cuts out often and needs a reset of the whole TV. The tv is so thin it's wavy and when off reflects the light awkwardly making the tv seem broken.

We bought our new 55" Samsung OLED smart tv about 6 weeks ago. The images are crystal clear, the white and black balances are spot on and the images of both day and night scenes are very pleasant to watch both in bright and subdued room light. I did some readjusting of the contrast and brightness in the settings easily and the settings now suit our room environment. The tv recognized and interfaced immediately with our Samsung sound bar and the surround sound effect is so good it is almost overwhelming it is so realistic. We have a Rogers account and the tv interfaced easily with the remote controller which we prefer to use for channel and streaming selections. I also attached a wireless remote mouse and keyboard for internet streaming which the tv recognized and interfaced with immediately. If I had to pick one feature I would like to see it would be greater control over individual colour saturation in Settings. I would also like to see easier access to all settings in the main menu. But we have no negative comments about the tv itself.

Wonderful picture, colour, and immersive presentation. One complaint is that in some shows dark scenes are too dark. I have tried adjusting everything and choosing different modes to no avail. It’s frustrating. Otherwise, good.

this is a really good TV. I love everything about it except what it does to my eyes - even from watching for a couple minutes. gets my eyes all sore and painful. I can tell the difference when i watch other non OLED tvs

Generally quite happy with the screen but the one annoying thing is the ‘screen optimisation’ that occurs every couple of days. Shuts off for a few minutes while it does this, no mention of this in the product info.

I brought this tv 55 inch. In three years display pannel got damaged twice. Most surprisingly this happen immediately after expiring their one year warranty period. Lastly cost of DP is almost 80% of total TV cost

Purchased the 65" OLED this month. The experience so far has been great with the various apps installed there is no need for external devices. Our room has a lot of light, and this display works really well.

I’ve been using the 65" OLED S85F 4K Vision AI Smart TV for a little over a week now, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with it. The picture quality is the first thing that stands out—OLED really does make a difference. The blacks are genuinely black, not dark gray, and the colors are rich without looking oversaturated. Watching movies feels noticeably more cinematic, and even regular shows look sharper and more detailed than on my previous TV. The Vision AI features are surprisingly helpful. I expected them to be a gimmick, but the automatic brightness and picture adjustments actually make the image look better depending on the room lighting. The interface is smooth, quick to navigate, and apps load without lag. Gaming also looks fantastic with the fast response time. Sound is better than I expected for a TV this thin. I don’t feel the need to turn on my soundbar for everyday use, though it does pair well with one for movies. Overall, this TV hits all the key points: excellent picture quality, easy-to-use smart features, and a clean, modern design. For the price, it feels like a great upgrade. Definitely a solid 5/5 from me.
