Mes attentes : Blu-ray + 3D + lecture de vidéos sur NAS - Lecteur complet - Images superbes. - Mon NAS Synology est parfaitement reconnu. Le lecteur lit quasiment tous les formats de fichiers vidéo. Affiche correctement les sous-titres. Je possède une TV 3D Samsung dont le lecteur multimédia ne sait pas lire autant de formats. - Je ne comprends pas l'absence de câble HDMI dans le carton. - Le design de la télécommande n'est pas aussi abouti et n'est pas rétroéclairé. Dommage vu le nombre de touches. - Port USB en façade (stupide !). Pour ces 3 derniers points je lui retire une étoile.

This is my fourth Blueray player in the couple months. This model does LPCM stereo, 7.1, produces the DTS sound from my collection of DVD's and of course the DTS master audio and Dolby Digital HD that Blueray's produce. Plays movies from my hard drive when the hard drive is formatted in NTFS and Samsungs apps work as good as my 7 series Samsung TV. The internet browser works and you can go to your favorite sites although a little slow and not the easiest to navigate, you may still surf on your tablet or computer. All in all, a great player and I am very happy after having to try a few.

Fui a uma loja para comprar este leitor, ou o BD-E8500. Por sorte minha, enquanto esperava para ser atendido abri o meu portátil e fiz uma busca por críticas de outros compradores. E depois do que li sobre os problemas deste modelo e, sobretudo, sobre a horrível "assistência" da Samsung, nem hesitei: não comprei e agora vou procurar arcas a sério (Panasonic, Pioneer, Denon, Marantz...).

Quando estou ver um filme gravado numa pen USB com o formato MKV o aparelho atrasa as legendas e o som em relação a imagem, para resolver a situação coloco em pausa e volto a carregar no play ficando tudo sincronizado por mais 5 minutos .... não aconselho este aparelho.

Este produto faz lembrar um bolo podre com uma cobertura imaculada. Por fora é bastante inovador, todo cheio de luzinhas e sininhos... coloca-se para trabalhar, se não conhecermos bem os enguiços, somos sempre surpreendidos com a porcaria que ele faz... o sistema smarttv do player é bastante limitado(para um produto que se espera evoluído) e ao usa-lo é esperar que ao fim de uns dias tanto a ler um disco como um ficheiro video por allshare ou pla smarttv começa logo a crashar e a brecar-se todo. Por referir allshare... o software allshare para o pc já não é mais actualizado desde, imagine-se, 2 de abril de 2012... fui à assistência portuguesa e não sabem responder, fui à assistência norte-americana e mandam-me para os ignorantes dos assistentes da samsung portugal. Cheira-me que a política da samsung global é... "Vender e esquecer!" mas ñ é o cliente que esquece... quem se esquece é a samsung dos clientes! Estão-se a borrifar e nas tintas para o problema do cliente. Simplesmente a samsung é um caso deprimente de marca virada para as pessoas!

I was impressed with the design. I had to send this unit into get repaired after 3 months. While trying to access Netflix or Youtube I got a blue screen with audio only. Great features of this unit but experienced some bugs.

The Blu Ray picture beat other Blu Ray players for picture quality. The audio quality was excellent. I like the look of the machine, but I wish it had a disc draw. I have had no problems with the disc slot.

Smarthub fungerar dåligt, säger ofta att det inte finns något nät, många med samma problem när man söker på google, det går heller inte att snabbspola hemladdade filmer vilket gick på föregångarna.

bonjour, il y a un decalage son sur la sortie optique et il lit les mkv directment en usb, mais ne lit pas les mkv si on les met sur un NAS et qu'on veut les lire via DLNA

O meu grande problema com o leitor, e a razão única pela qual deixo aqui o meu testemunho, tem a ver com algo muito importante quando se compra um produto: a assistência técnica. Nunca pensei que existisse uma assistência assim neste dias. Praticamente fui gozado ao telefone, e desde então tenho trocado emails que evitam as minhas perguntas como se fossem pessoas com problemas. Eu pergunto uma coisa, respondem a outra; insisto, respondem a outra coisa; tento ser o mais claro e objectivo possível, voltam a fugir da questão. É incrível como uma empresa desta dimensão tem um grupo de pessoas que reinam impunes num departamento crucial para a imagem da marca. Quando pretende falar com alguém superior, dizem que não há. Quando quero falar com outra pessoa, não é possível. Incrível. Talvez pondo aqui esta reclamação alguém superior me dê atenção e me consiga explicar uma simples dúvida que tenho sobre este leitor que comprei, acabando com esta farsa. A estrela que deixo aqui é por isso, e por não ter ainda uma explicação sobre algo que me fará falta na utilização deste leitor: mudança de idioma quando reproduzo ficheiros vídeo em formato mkv ou avi ou mp4. Por aquilo que percebo, no manual dizem que é possível. No leitor não consigo fazer essa alteração.

Bom dia, Sugerimos os seguintes passos: Entrar no Menu do Blu-Ray, ir as configurações, Idioma, Áudio : Seleccione o idioma do áudio do disco. NOTA IMPORTANTE: O idioma seleccionado só aparece se for suportado pelo disco. Os idiomas disponíveis através da função Idioma de Áudio dependem dos idiomas codificados no disco. Esta função ou alguns idiomas podem não estar disponíveis. Obrigado.
