The refrigerator itself is excellent. Cooling performance, storage space, build quality, and overall design are very good. The fridge is working perfectly and I’m satisfied with the product performance so far. However, my experience with Samsung after-sales support was disappointing. During first installation, a dent was found on the bottom-right door while the thermocol packaging was still intact, indicating the damage existed before unboxing. Although the technician acknowledged this, Samsung refused free replacement of the damaged door panel citing policy limitations. So while the product quality is great, the service resolution for pre-existing physical damage could have been handled much better.

I’ve been using the Samsung Family Hub RF65DG9H0EB1EU for a few weeks now, and it has exceeded my expectations. The AI Vision Inside feature is incredibly useful—I can easily manage my food inventory and get recipe ideas. Plus, the sleek black design adds a touch of elegance to my kitchen. The family hub is great we use it to manage food in the fridge, planning meals and shopping by creating shopping lists. The beverage centre is great now we don’t buy bottle water all the time we just use this, coupled with the automatic ice maker it’s a hit with the family. Being a French door design you have the flexibility to change one section from freezer to fridge .. very handy

Great new Family Hub Smart Fridge Freezer. Only had it one week so still trying to get to grips with the functionality. Challenging to discover how certain camera visuals operate - I think different ‘versions’ have different capabilities and this may be difficult to suss out prior to purchasing - eg can you get a camera view of inside the fridge rather than 2 doors or can you only see a list of products you have added to the fridge? Great having TV and Internet onscreen. Still trying to figure out how to properly synchronise my Google / Microsoft calendars. More YouTube videos would be extremely helpful.

Very spacious fridge with two separate freezers. One of the freezer can have the temperature adjusted to be used as a fridge which can be very useful. Double door with quick access to water and two shelves is very handy too. Automated ice maker is great. The only thing I would change is the top shelf which is very long without any middle support. After loading it with heavy items, the shelf bends. Quite disappointing. It would be much better if the shelf was divided in two like the middle one with the option to move it up or down. The screen is a great entertainment with the selection of music apps preinstalled, weather, youtube, recipes, google..it would be nice if there was a netflix too.

Awesome awesome purchase. The spacemax technology enables the storage of groceries in a way that there is no wastage of space. The touch screen is very fast and performs brilliantly. Though the AI for food detection needs a bit of update as it does scan the useby date wrongly. Absolutely loved the beverage center as I always have natural flavoured water either of mint or lemon ready. There is also an option of toggling the freezer to a friege which is a massive advantage. There is nothing which I dont like about my fridge

What a fabulous fridge, it's the first " French Style " fridge and it's great. very visible to check what's in there and such a large space to accommodate everything. The drinks compartment is very good too with the option of the auto refill jug and the water dispenser. Love the fact there is the option to change the other half of the freezer back to a fridge if needed! Hubby is still going through all the techno features on the fridge - it's crazy that the AI can work out what you are putting in the fridge and when it needs to be taken out. It will take a bit of time getting used to all the additional features this fridge has - our old Samsung fridge which eventually gave up just before Christmas was 18 years old. I am hoping that this one lasts just as long!

Other good things are easy to access ice trays and wide opening French doors which will allow you to see everything inside. This model has great connectivity but I have not seen a reason to use it.

Great features, water dispenser, ice boxes for big/small cubes, and plenty of airy space. Easy to plumb in. Our only negative aspect was the power cable was too short, so had to relocate socket supply. The delivery was smooth and informed with the detachment and reattachment of doors to get it in. All good and in running order. Not used to full capacity as only been plumbed in a few hours, but water dispenser tested and runs quite slow and steady so no water spraying everywhere.

Great fridge freezer. Capacity is brilliant as expected however we didn't take into consideration how deep the fridge is. Touching 74cm deep with gap needed for water line so you need 80cm depth at least. Beautiful design, quiet, the metal coolmax tech works great and internal lighting is very cool. Wifi connectivity features help monitoring energy. The best part if the beverage centre door and the auto fill water jug. This has changed how we consume water as a family. Couple downsides, the door bins though very deep do not have a small notch cut out to make things easier to reach. The Ice tray is low down hence you need to crouch down to scoop up which is harder when it's all frozen together in a lump. Or old unit simply dispensed crushed ice which was so much easier and convenient. Overall though a great unit.

This fridge freezer is totally amazing as it even informs you when products are out of date and asks for them to be removed. Beverage centre really saves time and money as you not have to open the whole fridge, so reduces temperature loss. This product replaced an old Whirlpool American fridge freezer we had for 18 years and we do respect technology has moved on, but this another step further. Brilliant product and service.

All AI functionality for food recognition is a joke. The instructions say to put items in the fridge slowly and one at a time. This is exactly how everyone uses the fridge.... The camera does not recognise barcodes to identify the product. Which would definitely make it easier to collect a database about the products. The tablet, despite being on Android, has strong limitations. It is impossible to install other applications than those enabled by samsung. In my case, only four apps available, which are completely unusable. Probably sponsored... Forget about any kind of fridge exploitation in Home Assistant. You can't control the tablet remotely in any way. There are only 4 available entities. And they could at least add volume and screen control so you can automate the screen. Adding the ability to install the WallPanel app for HA would solve most of the problems.

I am absolutely loving my fridge freezer, it truly is a family hub. I feel like i am still getting to grips with all the features and I'm finding new tips/tricks every day. I am very impressed with the size and love the centre opening for the fridge, my previous american style fridge freezer was packed but i fit everything in this one and have extra space! I am also loving the dual ice machine and the fact it's in a drawer, there's a large capacity which is ideal when entertaining. I do not think i have made full use of the AI features yet but I will definitely input the foods so that it can teach itself and become smarter! I love how I can sync my calendar to it and also have a slideshow of family photos. It has played my music through spotify everyday since it has arrived and I have also used the mirroring option for the TV through the smart view app. All in all, I am so happy that i picked this fridge freezer and I have been recommending it to everyone.

Samsung's app throws me out of my account when I try to login with two sector verification. When I try to access my messages on my Oneplus phone to get the code the app signs me out of the app!! WIth my Series 9 refrigerator the only way I can control the refrigerator temperature is with the "smart" app!!!

I've only been using this fridge freezer for a fortnight but it's really blown me away. I'm over the moon with how much food and drink I can fit in here - even with all the food for us and the kids there still seems to be space left over. I really love the clever little features that really make this fridge stand out, from the option to have chilled flavoured water on demand, the dual ice trays to the amazing ability to switch the bottom right freezer to a fridge whenever you want - perfect for storing drinks in when you don't have much frozen food. I'm very fond of the smart screen on this, and am still getting into all the apps but I love being able to add our family calendars and photos to the large screen - it's really become the family hub. Being able to use it for TV and Music is also just brilliant when working in the kitchen. I'm slowly getting used to the camera and AI features, but they're very clever and one day I'm sure I'll wonder how we ever lived without them! Recommended to all.

I love this but…..the ice maker makes weird crashing noises and the doors are thicker than any American style fridge freezer I have had before so to open the doors fully, more space is needed so it has to be pulled out into the kitchen slightly.

The new fridge is great but one small design issue is that the water dispenser is very slow, even with good water pressure. The door has to be open along time to get a glass of water, which means all the cold air in the fridge escapes.

So far not happy about the control panel. Issues with screen mirroring not working, some application with information ( not supported on this device ) difficult to find something on screen not happy so far waiting for engineer.

Plugged in and all appears to be working. Key measurement I overlooked was the width, which proved problematic on delivery for the drivers. Had to take around the outside of house and through double doors to fit.

It was easy to set up but I think the camera position in the fridge is too low which makes it difficult to see inside the fridge properly and the image is not very clear

Initial Thoughts: After owning this Samsung AI fridge for the last two months, I must say it’s one of our best purchases, and I have no regrets. The design is sleek, and it has loads of space, thanks to the 4-door feature. It truly feels like a game changer in our kitchen. The AI features have been incredibly useful, helping us keep track of our food and maintain it for longer. I love all the extra bits it comes with, from the auto-refill ice trays to the smart AI capabilities. The 4-door feature provides so much space that it’s made organization a breeze. This fridge is a game changer and has been one of the best investments we've made for our home. While I haven't found any significant drawbacks so far, Getting used to all the smart features can take a little time. It was a bit of a letdown to find that I couldn't download apps on the built-in tablet, as I was expecting more customization and flexibility from it. Overall, I couldn't be happier with this purchase. The Samsung AI Refrigerator has exceeded my expectations with its innovative features, smart capabilities, and excellent design. It has truly made our lives easier and has proven to be a worthwhile upgrade for our kitchen.
