Smart switch connection cannot be set even after using a supported model.What to do?
If a model supported by Smart Switch cannot be connected. You need to check the specifications of the PC fulfilling the recommended system specifications of Smart Switch PC Tool.
Below mentioned are some criteria that needs to fulfilled :
● Plug the USB into the PC again, and check if the device's model is displayed correctly in Windows Explorer.
● Once the device is connected and displayed correctly in Explorer, run Smart Switch again and check if the connection is established.
● If the device does not show up on Windows Explorer or Smart Switch after connecting again, make sure that the specifications of the PC fulfill the recommended system specifications of Smart Switch PC Tool.
