How can I avail the cashback on Samsung Products & Services?
Cashback is applicable only on Samsung purchases made using this card. To avail cashback, you just need to purchase (EMI or Non EMI) Samsung brand products or Services using the Samsung Axis Bank credit card. The cashback credit will take upto 60days from the date of transaction.

What are the documents needed to apply?

Can I complete video KYC if I don’t have Aadhaar card or PAN card?
No, as per RBI guidelines PAN card and Aadhaar details are required for completing verification remotely. In case PAN card is not available then you will not be able to complete KYC verification for Samsung Axis Bank Credit Card. However, in case you do not have Aadhaar card, you can opt for in-person verification by providing any other address proof like Passport/Voter card/Driving license etc.

Do I need to be present at my permanent address for completing video KYC?
No, you can complete video based KYC verification from any location in India. However your permanent address needs to be located within the list of pin codes serviceable. As per RBI guidelines, you need to be in India while completing video KYC.

Physical Card will be delivered to your registered address as per records of Axis Bank Ltd within 7 to 10 business days of application approval.

How will I get the PIN (Personal Identification Number) on the card?
After you complete your credit card application and your card is approved, PIN for card usage will be couriered to your registered address. You can also set/ reset PIN yourself with the following steps.
- Axis Mobile App: Log in # > Services & Support > Credit Cards > Set/Reset PIN
- Internet Banking: Log in# > Accounts > My Credit Cards > More Services > Set your Credit Card PIN
- Axis Bank ATM: Select ‘Set PIN’ and follow the instructions
- Phone Banking : Call 1860 419 5555 from your registered mobile number and follow the instructions
For future usage, non-Axis Bank customers can login to MB/IB. You need to complete a one-time set up using customer ID. The customer ID can be sought by sending an SMS "CUSTIDCC xxxx" to 5676782; xxxx refers to the last 4 digits of the card number. (This is mentioned on the welcome letter)
As per RBI guidelines, your card is not enabled for online, contactless and international transactions. To enable usage and set limits, use the following instructions:

How will I get the Priority Pass?
Priority Pass would be issued post completing the 1st card transaction within 30 days of card issuance. Priority Pass would be sent to your registered mailing address and will be delivered within 15 days post completing the 1st card transaction.
Can I transfer the ownership of my Samsung Axis Bank Credit Card?
No, the ownership of the card cannot be transferred
How do I open my Credit Card e-statement?
The password to open the statement PDF document is a combination of the first 4 letters of your name (in capitals) & date of birth (in DDMM format) as per our records. Please do not include any special characters or spaces.
For e.g. If the registered name is Anu Thomas K and date of birth is 10-Oct-1965, the password would be ANUT1010.

How EDGE reward points are calculated on the spends done on the card?
EDGE reward points are calculated by rounding down the transaction value to the nearest multiple of 100. For example, if the transaction value is Rs. 259 it will be rounded down to nearest multiple of 100 i.e 200.
