I had purchased a Samsung Panel television 3 months back from the brand shop mentioned in the list on your website. So, will I be eligible for this membership?

Smart Club Program is available on eligible purchases from select Samsung exclusive stores (Smart Plaza, Brand Shops, and Smart Cafés) post launch date. The program is not applicable retrospectively. For more details on the same please contact our member contact center at 1800-3001-3232. Please note that you are required to activate your Membership No. within 90 days from the date of generation of Membership No. / Eligible purchase. Please note if you do not register within 90 days of purchase you will lose eligibility.

I have just purchased a Samsung product, how should I register myself as member of this program?

Post your purchase of Samsung product from your selected Samsung exclusive store (smart plaza and smart café), please login to www.samsungsmartclub.in and register with your membership number (printed on the invoice) and the mobile number or email id to activate your membership. Create your user id and generate password to start managing your account. Post account activation, a personalized membership e-card along with Terms and Conditions will be sent to your registered email id with complete details about the benefits and rewards that you can avail. Please note that registration is only allowed on qualifying purchases as detailed in T&C.

What are the benefits, and how will I come to know about the latest offers and features of this program?

Post registration on www.samsungsmartclub.in, a personalized membership e-card along with terms and conditions will be sent to your registered email id with complete details about the benefits and rewards that you can avail. You can also check your points, rewards and offers that you can avail as a “Samsung Smart Club” Member on www.samsungsmartclub.in. Samsung will also send need based mailers and messages on your registered mobile number and Email id on benefits, offers and other details.

Have received my membership e-card, how can I use it?

You can use the e-card to add points to your credit while purchasing products from selected Samsung exclusive stores (Smart Plaza, Brand Shops, and Smart Cafés) by showing your e-card at the time of purchase, same is essential for addition of points to your account. The e-card will also be used for availing offers and benefits listed on www.samsungsmartclub.in. Please refer to redemption section in your online account for redeeming points and other benefits..

My friend is purchasing a television; can I use my e-card to get points?

No, the product has to be registered in your name to get points added to your account.

I had generated redemption coupons for Samsung Exclusive Store; however I need to cancel them, will I get my reward points re-credited?

No, any coupon once issued cannot be cancelled. Coupons for Samsung Exclusive Stores if not used within 30 minutes are rendered invalid and points are re-credited into the account. However, this may take time. Also, redemption coupons for Samsung Shop (online store) and Service cannot be invalidated and points will not be re-credited under any circumstances.

Had received my reward statement wherein the reward points are not correct, what should I do?

I am not receiving any communication on events, or launches as promised even though I have the e-card for quite some time now? Why is this happening?

The communication on event and launch invites is issue based on eligibility as well as logistical availability as applicable from time to time. However, below can be possible reasons for you not receiving communication on event/ launch invites:

  1. No new events or launches happening post you becoming a member near your locality
  2. You might not be eligible for the invite based on your membership tier
  3. Incorrect email ID or phone number details mentioned at the time of registration.
  4. Emails stored in spam box
  5. Registered mobile no. comes under Global block list

Is there any downgrade of Membership?

Membership downgrade can be due to 2 reasons –

  1. In case of product returns due to change in qualifying purchases. Please refer to the membership tier criteria.
  2. Tier renewal at the end of expiry of Loyal Blue and Platinum membership tiers. For a member to maintain Loyal Blue membership tier, the member needs to purchase a minimum of INR 50,000 worth of Samsung product from any of the select Samsung exclusive stores (smart plaza and smart café) in a period of 24 months from the date of becoming a Loyal Blue member. If above criteria is not fulfilled then membership tier will be revised to Platinum. Similarly, Platinum member will have to purchase a minimum of INR 20,000 worth of Samsung product in a period of 24 months from becoming a Platinum member else membership tier will be revised to Gold.
