How to Earn Rewards Points
Not sure how to earn Samsung Rewards points?
1. Log into your Samsung Account before making any purchase.
2. Earn up to 2% reward points on eligible purchases across Samsung offline and online stores. T&C Apply.
- New members joining the program start at Base Tier and can earn reward points by spending a minimum of ₹15,000 or more in a single invoice.
- Tier eligibility criteria*: Blue Tier (₹15,000 to 75,000), Gold Tier (₹75,000 to 2,00,000) and Platinum Tier (₹2,00,000 and above). Members qualify for Gold and Platinum tiers based on their cumulative purchases across 2 years.
- Tier is calculated and updated instantly on order delivery and if there is no order, it will be updated every day. All refunds, cancelations or returns are adjusted against the cumulative purchase amount.
- Points will be credited to the member's Rewards Account on the delivery of the product*. To receive points customers must enrol in Samsung Account/Rewards before making any purchases, as points will not be awarded for transactions made prior to enrolment. - The Tier Progress Bar is for illustrative purposes only and may vary based on member's order status. Once a member has qualified (basis all eligible orders) for Gold or Platinum tiers, the tier status is retained for 24 months
