[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we’ve had our oven for about a year and the microwave has always operated at about half the power of our old microwave. for example, it takes about 3 minutes to heat a bag of popcorn which should only take 1 minute. i've attached a video of the biggest issue which is the microwave starting by itself and not being able to switch it off... the other issue is the intermittent freezing of the display (i think the issues are related). i’m now nervous about using it. the other issue is that it gets really hot in the cupboard above the oven. hopefully these issues aren't happening to anyone else and it's just mine.

The unit arrived with physical damage and the microwave stop working less than 2 months after installation. Currently waiting on tech to come to fix. Will post update when I can. I was quickly informed that the unit was available, but it would be a month before it could be delivered. I did not matter that we had to wait. The point is we did not have to settle for another brand and we were able to get exactly what we wanted.

The inside volume is quite large for both the microwave and the oven, and so it can fit larger items easily 3. The oven pre-heats pretty quickly (~10 mins). It shows you the inside temperature as its heating up. Cons - 1. More expensive than buying a wall oven and a separate microwave that can be put into the wall. 2. When the top door (microwave) is open, its difficult to reach the back wall to clean it, even with a long arms. We have to go to the side and then reach in to clean it

I was so excited about the features of this oven that I removed a brand new oven that came with the new house and replaced it with this one. I still love the features, but the repair record has been awful. This oven wasn't cheap and I've spent over 60% of the original cost on three separate problems repairs. Now it is broken again (C-A2) error. I'm considering getting a different oven rather than repair this for the fourth time.

Very frustrating dealing with Samsung for warranty. I have never been lied to and run in circles more than I have dealing with Samsung the past 3 weeks. My wall oven microwave combo is giving a C-10 error. The microwave will not heat. Smart Care (don't even get me started with them) has replaced everything possible on the unit (twice) and it still will not heat. Told me it was a lemon model. Now Samsung support is telling me my cabinet is too small. Are you kidding me. The cabinet is made for the unit and is larger than the minimum requirements in the manual. No one can tell me who measured my cabinet and what the measurements are though. lol As a long time Samsung customer of TVs, phones, all appliances for years, smart watches, cameras, etc. I will never buy another product with the Samsung name on it. It is absolutely absurd how horrible your customer service is and the time it is taking to get a resolution to a unit that is broken out of the box.

this particular wall over combination unit was installed 10/28/20. the oven works well and the microwave/convection oven on top has worked flawlessly, until month 13 when the touchscreen started activating the self clean and broiler all by itself. i thought it was a dirty screen. so i cleaned it and i went to the breaker panel and shut power down to the unit for a full reboot. i waited 60 seconds and restarted it. 10 min later it was doing the same thing. i, also, came home one day to see that it had started the self clean in the lower oven and locked the door, and nobody else had been in the house. allegedly this is not covered after 12 months. i am on the hook for repair costs. i will not purchase this brand again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got to say the Oven has been working well, but before we turned an Year old(shy by a month left) the Microwave turntables motor stopped working, and it was quiet a hassle to have Samsung/Bestbuy come to agreement on who can help replace the part given we were under warranty. Working well post the fix and i really wish we don't have the issue again 😕! The black steel anti scratch surface is a plus. Wireless smart connection is add on, can control oven temp from your phone or get alert whenever someone used microwave.

The features on this model is very good, My unit went into trouble (losing power and coming back on at random) after being very good for 18 months. My warranty expired and so did my patience. After 6 weeks of Samsung and their service techs not able to find the problem and no answers, I decided that this was one of their lemons and I junked the unit. It’s sitting outside waiting for the deposal company to pick it up. Where is the lemon law when you need it in California?

We renovated our kitchen with new appliances including samsung combo microwave oven. The microwave oven door started to not fully close and had to give an extra push to close. Then both microwave and oven worked on and off and now neither works. Forget about warranty hassle. Now we have to spend more money to see if it can be fixed or needs replacing.Would not recommend.

Our food on the bottom rack gets burned while the food on the top rack is still undercooked. We had service come out and look at it and they said the heating element is on the bottom and that is just what happens and to keep rotating trays. Seems insane for something that cost this much.

It takes three touches to start microwave. First touch microwave button, second touch 30sec button, third touch start button. All others I had previously just require one touch 30sec and that's it. Once its is done cooking cycle, microwave keeps beeping with a long annoying tone until you take the food out. Otherwise great product, looks nice

Before when I was cooking the microwave was above the range top. Someone always wanted to use it and I had to move out of the way. This is the best idea I've ever seen. It's saves time and space and it's a beautiful built in. I love my Samsung Appliances!

However, with the first time I use the oven, it ended up putting a little bit of steam underneath the microwave class that somehow ended up seeping into the microwave glass and now there is some moisture buildup in there.

The microwave is huge with a lot if choices. The trays in the oven could use an upgrade for the price abd it does take some time to get used to using.

We have had great service thus far from gas stove and refrigerator and wanted to update ovens and dishwasher to complete the look. Not sure I can do that given the reviews. This is not our past experience with these products but will need to consider experiences of many others.

I bought this 3 years ago and it has already broken. Samsung says the cost to repair might be as much as the cost of replacement. I will never buy samsung appliances again. My dishwasher and smart fridge also have issues.
