My washer does an excellent job leaving the clothes nice and clean. The noise level is very low. It’s beautiful and works very well. The quality is superior and is very efficient. Its value is excellent so because of its excellent quality I find that the value is excellent. The workmanship is of great quality I’m very satisfied and impressed by it . The door doesn't feel like it is closed without a firm push, but the framework is plastic making me hesitant to really shut it like my old one. I compared it to another Samsung model but felt the other model had too many features I wouldn't use, but should have spent the extra money. While this washer does what I want it to, it NO save setting. So I had to make a chart, laminate and hang it for my teens, as this doesn't even save the last cycle/setting used. You also need hold the start button, it's not a quick touch. Almost annoyed that we bought the warranty, as my previous washer only lived 7 1/2 yrs without one (and a lot of CPR).

I didn't use that much but really loved all the different sanitizing options. This washer sadly doesn't have that option. Is very basic tbh. Basic wash cycles, basic look. It's spinning pretty fast and I can actually hear the spinning downstairs even though it says 'low vibration". I don't know. Not impressed but money is tight and I needed a washer asap. Had to stay with Samsung cause I didn't want to waste money on a new dryer too.

The washer has a large load capacity, what is the most important for a family of five. I’m an active person who likes to exercise and run every day, so my clothes are very soiled after. I threw them in the washer and after a short period of time they come out fresh and like new so it has an “Activewear” setting for that type of wash which makes it easy. From the start it would not spin without jumping all over. I talked with service. They talked me through a fix. It lasted 5 weeks. Had to fix it again. Finally requested a tech come out. He determined the machine had vibrated so much that the base cabinet was collapsing which was adding to the problem. Sitting in on the floor and leveling it helped but did not solve the problem.

There are many different cycles you can use for customized washing. My favorite is the quick wash cycle because you can get your clothes washed in 22 minutes.As you can see in the pictures there are 10 different cycles to choose from. So fast things are working good. There are a couple of concerns though. One is that the washer doesn't spin as well as our last washer. Our clothes felt almost dry with our older washer. This new one doesn't spin out enough water. Secondly, the door on the washer can't be changed to the other side. The dryer door can be changed. We are going to try to put the washer on the left side of the dryer and see if that works. The only problem we foresee is that the drain might not be long enough for this. All in all we like our new set. I've just downloaded the app for three "Smart Care" feature, but haven't used it yet. The reviews on the app store for this feature doesn't look good though. Time will tell!

Zero stars. 3 weeks out of warranty, this washer destroyed itself. The counterweight in the machine broke loose from the drum, then broke itself in half. Dented the front of the machine, punctured the drum and leaked all over the place. This seems like a failure that should never have happened. The installation was correct - level and secure. We did a self clean monthly. The calibration was checked regularly. What a disappointment and a total waste of $.

As a user of everyday equipment I felt a little scared regarding these (front doors) to my surprise and satisfaction I can tell you that it has been a success. I have a girl of preschool age and she helps me with loading clothes and pouring detergents (with supervision) this has provided a link between the two since we can spend more time together and she learns in a fun way. the washing machine has a larger load capacity than a regular one, you do not have to decide what the batch size would be because it has a sensor that determines the amount of water you need according to the amount of laundry. It has several washing cycles in which ae can highlight bedding, quick wash, and sportswear among others. It has compartments for detergent, bleach and softener with extra measures.

absolutely worthless..does not use adequate amount of water to effectively wash clothes..it say "high efficiency" ..i washed 1 set of clothes on normal (1hr) and then rewashed the same load on heavy (2.5hrs)..i felt very confident that this machine was not going to clean my clothes cuz it does not wash the clothes in a solution of water,i used a flashlight looking through the front..it just gets the clothes wet a tumbles them...so i gave it a chance and washed twice a total of 3.5 hrs washing..pulled clothes out and did a test..i washed by hand in a tub with a solution of water and soap..i got more dirt out of my clothes in 20 min. than the machine did in 3.5hrs..how is that an H.E...??so that is proof that his machine is not a washer machine and is not an H.E....do not buy..i'm now looking for a top loader where i can select the water level..bummed cuz i didnt need a dryer at the time,but i wanted a matching set so i bought as a set..now i'm taking new washer (11 month old)to the dump..no more matching set.. a complete waste of $1200...so disgusted that i do not trust any H.E. washer..i wont be staying at any hotels that use H.E. washer...just gross...if you have an H.E. washer..do the test youself..be ready to be furious and disgusted..

The different choice on what to wash it on is amazing! So many choices!! So easy to use, my husband is enjoying it too!! I love the child lack function, it locks the door to prevent children from climbing into and getting trapped inside The smart care function is great for me since my washer and dryer are down stairs so my phone will notify me and I can have it do a self diagnosis to find the problem. The self clean icon will appear after every 40 washes to remind me I need to self clean my machine. There are so many different cycles to wash on, I added a picture to show all the different ones and what they do! I have already used several of the different ones because I have boys and they help so much! The washer and dryer can be stacked or set side by side I case you need to maximize space, we have ours side by side because we have the room, but it’s nice that if we needed to we can stack. This machine is so larger inside the depth with the door open is 52.6 inches, I can put so many clothes in at a time and then use the heavy duty function! This has been a great add to our family! We love our Samsung washer!

We can't even hear it running anymore. With an opening of just under 53", the washer is very deep and can hold a large load. It fits our queen sized comforter with ease. Our old washer could barely fit the comforter and even ripped it once. We would have to take it to the laundry mat in order to clean and dry it. Not anymore! It has many cycles and options to choose from. This new washer cleans our clothes deeper and even faster. This allows us to do more loads in a much shorter amount of time. Great for when the piles of clothes start to stack up! Very easy to use and install. Just pick throw your clothes in, pick your setting and relax! This is another great option if you would like to save some space. I told my family and friends about our new appliance and they already joked about coming over and using it! Unless I am in the garage with it, I won't hear the jingle to let me know it's completed washing a load of laundry. However, I can live with that. The best part of this is its quiet I can now adjust how hot I want the water to be. The touch pause and stop I love, it washes my clothes super fast which I really do need if I have to run out. The features that I like are how many rinses you want. I can hold 2 full size comforters. I like the quick wash the most because washes your clothes very fast if you're in a rush. We love the machine. We have the dryer that comes with it. The wash cycle are efficient. A music plays when the wash is done. The machine is very quiet, no vibration, even with full capacity like blankets. The washing result is always perfect. We can wash small load or high load with confidence. We installed the washing machine on the left side of the dryer and the doors opens such as you can just transfer the load directly from the washer to the dryer. We highly recommend.

It replaced an 8 year old, heavily used machine that I was able to repair (YouTube helps!) a couple of times. The good: it fit on the same pedestal. Seems quieter, less bouncy. More granular options (temp, spin, rinse etc). Accessible filter (a must have). The bad: this model does not have a chime disable option. The chimes are loud and there is no way to turn them off. My option is to find the speaker and disable it (likely to void the warranty), or return the unit. A crappy reason for a return but - who designs an appliance in 2025 to force this super annoying sound on a house with sleeping kids and a nervous dog? Seriously, did you talk to ONE mom/dad when you were in the product development and design stage? The older unit this replaced had the mute feature so of course it exists.

Save yourself an anxiety attack. Save yourself!!! Please do not, I repeat do not get this washer. This was the absolute worse decision I ever made. I have yet to have one wash in which it has ran smooth. There was a time in which I fell to my knees crying asking God why me. Why does this washer hate me. It wants to destroy me. It jumps, it has broken its own legs off. It has been perfectly balanced and still tries to destroy me and my house. I called my warranty up and they did not help at all! Please again I say, stay away, this will destroy your emotions. You have to hold the machine while it runs and shut it off when you can't hold it back from running away. It's so annoying.

Had it a few months. Started off great.. now a few months in its soooo loud.. isn't vibration reduction even in the title?.. with the experience I've had they need to remove that from the description of this product.. I had a tech come out the beginning of this month which was pointless and told me something of the effect that it was because of the foundation of my home.. im not an idiot im aware that washers vibrate to a certain extent.. but this is ridiculous.. Now I still have to say I am a Samsung fan boy and if Samsung will just refund me the initial money spent on this unit I'll purchase another washer directly from Samsung of greater value and I'd be happy to pay the difference

But after I got the water pressure fixed let me tell you my clothes for the last 5 years has not been clean. I’m telling you this cleans my clothes so good. And where I have a 2 and 4 year old grand children that pee in the bed. Plus, I have 3 dogs. And this machine cleans my clothes so good. And the technology has amazing. This washer replaced a prior model and there have been marked improvements. Occasional glitches where timing is off but not as much as previous model. The sleek design make it very user-friendly, to start a normal load now takes half the time as it did before. I felt the need to use double the amount of laundry detergent and fabric softener in my old washer just to make sure my clothes was getting clean and smelling good but now I use half of the amount which saves me tons of money on my detergent! And my clothes come out feeling and smelling super clean and soft even before it’s dried! The washing machine is very quiet and very unnoticeable went on. The drum of the washing machine is very large and can easily wash a huge king size comforter with no problem at all. Which is very exciting due to the fact I had to take my comforters to the cleaner just because my old washer would not accommodate. I would most definitely recommend my Samsung to anyone on the market for a new washer.

It offer's everything that I need to do the laundry more easy and for me to make sure that our clothes are clean and safe with every wash. I love the fact that it has the Bedding Cycle since it's something that I was looking forward to use. I love Comforters that are heavy and I always had a hard time washing them , but this time I was so amazed and happy to be able to wash them without worrying if they would come out clean or not. Being front loading, so clothes don't get wound up around any agitator. it's well balanced and sturdy, even pretty heavy, so it doesn't rock and throw itself out of balance during the spin cycle with a heavy load. When running, it operates with a soft, reassuring sound; just enough for you to know it's on duty and doing its job, without invading your ears with its action. Finally, the buttons feel sure and precise and let out pleasant tones with each press. What's amazing is how they can build and market such a machine, with this much technology and delivering so much value for the price they charge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I have had about a week now of putting the Samsung 6000 series washer through its paces. Honestly I was hesitant to switch to a front load. I can confidently say that it has been the absolute best washer I have ever had the pleasure of using. I no longer have to worry about if my clothes are going to come out clean. Not to mention just how quiet it is! The first couple uses I had to hang by the machine for a minute just to make sure it was actually washing because it is just that quiet. The lovely LED display tells you exactly how much time each setting will take and that has been lovely when trying to decide if I have time to wait on that extra spin cycle or not. The washer had a slew of preset options, but with each one you are able to customize the rinse, spin, temp, and soil level. Your laundry is washed exactly how you want it to be. Heavy Duty, Delicates, and Bedding are the presets I have used the most so far. Also noteworthy is just low musical the machine is. When powered off or on the machine plays a little tune, each button press is a musical chirp, and at the end of cycle it serenades you with tune.
