Management Talent Programs
Our Management Trainee programme is a 18-months fast track programme that prepares high-performing young talent, like yourself, for the future leader of our business. This programme is a structured rotation programme across our business unit, offering you an unparalleled opportunity to gain hands-on experience with global standard of excellence.
Qualities we look for:
•Excellent academic track record
•Fresh graduates or maximum 1 year of working experience is preferred.
•Active involvement in extra co-curricular activities.
•Strong leadership and analytical skills.
•Well-developed communication and written skills in English, Malay and Chinese.
•Highly pro-active attitude
Structured Internship Programme
Your journey of an exciting career starts here with the structured internship programme – a programme designed with coaching opportunities to develop your functional and leadership competencies.
Qualities we look for:
•Strong academic track record
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and in languages of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Constant agility and speed in work completions and solution findings though faced with ambiguity at times.
• A strong team player, shrewd interface agent and confident communicator.
• Always fueled with positivity, energy and can do attitude in managing assigned responsibilities.
• 3 to 6 months’ availability for the placement
