Galaxy Z Flip Exclusive Pre-Order Campaign ("Campaign")
1. The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip Exclusive Pre-Order Campaign ("Campaign") is organised by Samsung Malaysia Electronics (SME) Sdn. Bhd. (629186D) ("Samsung").
2. This Campaign will start on the 30th April 2020 (Thursday) from 10:00am to 10:00pm. Samsung reserves the right to shorten, extend or cancel the Campaign Period without prior notice.
3. By participating in the Campaign, and with every pre-order of Samsung Galaxy Z Flip at Samsung Online Store, Customer will be provided with Samsung Galaxy Z Premier Service, which including 24/7 Premium Careline, free On-site Pick-Up and Delivery for Service Support within 12 months of purchase and Priority/Express Lane at Service Centre and one (1) screen protection, which consists of 1- time Inner Screen Crack Replacement within Device’s standard warranty period, which is 12 months from the date of purchase (“Promotion”).
How to Participate
1. Be one of the first Customers to purchase limited quantity of Samsung Galaxy Z Flip at Samsung official E-Stores during the Promotion Period.
2. The availability of Galaxy Z Flip in this Campaign is on “first-come, first-served” basis.
3. The delivery period of the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip pre-ordered unit will be arrange by the appointed service provide and to be delivered within 5 working days.
1. This Campaign is open to all Malaysians and non-Malaysians residing in Malaysia, aged 18 years and above (as of 30th April 2020), except the employees (and their immediate families) of Samsung, their affiliates and/or related companies, distributors, retailers, advertising and Campaign agencies. In the event the Customer is below 18 years old, please seek consent from parent/guardian before participating in this Campaign. Participation by Customers under 18 years old will be deemed to be accompanied with consent by the parent/guardian.
