Superb detail and clarity whatever we watched Seriously smooth on motion and action shots The Colours are crisp and vibrant, the blacks are deep and defined and even the audio was a surprise out of the box…. Forget about the expensive sound bar Lots of features and functions….. possibly too many at times to get your head around at first The only negative for me is the standard (full button) remote that is smaller than my old one and sits too low now in the hand for you to easily access the navigation buttons with your thumb that used to be higher up on and easily accessible on the older remotes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With its size, slim edging and optimized picture quality the viewing experience with this tv makes it almost feel like you are in the action of whatever you are watching. Its super slim design makes it perfect for mounting on the wall or just taking up less space wherever you place it. As with most smart televisions it also has a variety of apps to choose from such as Netflix, Apple TV and Disney+, just to name a few. Lastly it delivers a great sound quality with Dolby Atmos or can be made even better with a soundbar or surround sound system. It’s a powerhouse of a tv and delivers on picture quality, sound and all the smart features you would expect.

So the oldest was recycled, the hardly dated TV went to the bedroom, and this TV became our new living room TV. Every aspect of setup was an absolute breeze! Even linking our older Bose soundbar to work with the new remote was so easy! The picture quality is crisp and bright, even when gaming. The new home page makes accessing and searching for apps, shows, movies, channels, etc. a chore no more! It's truly so easy to navigate that I no longer have to help anyone find anything! This is truly a great TV, and another testament as to why I only buy Samsung TVs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is a game changer and it exceeds my expectations. I used to be a Sony girl until I purchased this TV and it blew my mind away from day one. The design is slim and didn't put much weight on my dry wall. The picture quality is outstanding with very intelligent colors. It also adapts to the lightning condition of your environment to give you a greater viewing experience. It's packed with so many features. You can start watching a show and continue watching it on Samsung phone (I have the Fold Z5). Love the slim remote although it's a little on the lightweight side for my taste. I say give it a try and see for your self. Let it BLOW your mind ;)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 2 weeks in and no issues at all. starting with easy to work with and great protective packaging, darn near bulletproof installation and seamless link with the Samsung Q930c Soundbar. As you would expect with a tv this size, even the tv sound alone is above par. built in apps work well, and the process to add more from the available is simple. Nice bright and clear, suits everything from youtube, to xbox to high-end 4k player flawlessly. If I have to nitpick, there is no dedicated source (HDMI) button on the remote, you need to go through the menu out of the available apps into the connected devices. I know, woe is me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this TV since my parents bought it and installed on the living room wall. I mostly use it for my games (Xbox series x) while my parents and siblings use it to watch things like Youtube. I love how the quality of the video is great and smooth. I also love how it supports some apps like Tennis TV which allows me to stream tennis on Tennis. Features that allows me controll tv with my phone and share my screen really makes me love this tv. The only thing that i am well satisfied with is that it doesn't do commands on menu screen fast enough, sometimes there is avout 1 sec. delays.

Everything just fits comfortably. I have ALL my Samsung products, and I mean all my stuff is Samsung, linked and synced together; tablets, Smart phones, Home accessories, TV's,(everything electronics basically), and it's all Family friendly too. Not like the competition that seems to way over complicate their products as well as way overpriced. Samsung is affordable and the best quality for your whole families use from room to room and office to work places. Great for on the Job Sites away from my office. Thanks Samsung for Quality service and Product.

And it’s not just how beautiful a picture, let me tell you how it presents itself! The technology is Top of the Best! The apps are way out there! With Samsung TV Plus, “this is what TV is supposed to be!” Samsung TV Plus has so much diversity with an ambient channel that is so inviting! I have 2 Samsung tvs now and I can remotely adjust either one from anywhere in the house. I can adjust my mother’s channel or sound. Both TVs purrr! I so love them! And the price was phenomenal !

Tv is good but just disappointing that i can't cast my other devices straight away to the tv eg watching netflix,neon etc. Works on other smart tv. I need to buy chromecast. I'm not talking about screen mirror as that's different from casting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a great tv perfect picture great sound and has the ability to use 2 sound devices simultaneously plus more if connected thru Samsung wifi devices the qsymphony kinda lacks tv volume though sadly I wish there was a way to adjust both volumes instead of the soundbar way outblasting tv speakers.. overall worth the buy.. but beware if you're buying a Samsung devices for philips hue sync app it comes with a hefty price to use the app nothing I can afford after just spending what I did on the tv the built in xbox dashboard is nice but would be better if it supported party chat

First of all, the size is the biggest I’ve seen yet, I recommend only getting this if you have enough space in the living room as it may make your living room feel small ! But for me, it is amazing ! The colours are very vibrant, black is very dark which is great, image quality is faultless and the sound is great too. There is so much to explore with this tv and it’s like having your own cinema screen at home because of its size. The build quality is very sturdy as well, this is a product what will last.

All of those small details you have never been able to really see all of those details in such depth. When I watch older movies on ours I have laughed and been in complete shock because of how much you are able to see like in some of the very old movies you can most definitely tell the background is totally fake and you can see that so plainly and you are going to be like wow that looked so real in my old t.v's and I can't believe it. The sound is great to anyone who wants to buy a great t.v. you will love this one we have not found anything we don't like about ours!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this tv for watching reg tv and my fire stick. The picture looks great when watching my 4k firestick other reg application are just okay. If you want your picture to look great all the time, you definitely have to move up to a pricier model. When paired to a Q-Symphony soundbar the sound is definitely better but it's worth noting that the q80cd has an higher wattage then the entry level of this model, that being said if you don't need the boom that comes from a soundbar this tv sounds great naked. Overall, it's a decent tv for the sale price.

When we moved States, my TV was the 2nd most protected item after the 80 inch Samsung TV. I have owned my TV for at least 5 years and you wouldn't know it because it still functions just like the day we brought it home. I tell everyone to purchase Samsung for every product but especially TVs because they are the very best and will live well past any other brand. The features and ways I can customize the TV for my viewing pleasure are numerous and I've found as I age, I have to adjust more often and it's like the TV is intuitive and goes to exactly what I need. I would shout from the rooftops about my love for Samsung if I didn't live in a 2 story town.

The picture is sharp, definitely the best I've ever owned. The built in Alexa is handy. The remote is very functional, even though it looks very plain at first glance. Having hard buttons for Netflix, Amazon video, and Hulu built into it is a nice touch. The sound is better than I thought it would be. I'm not an audiophile, but I decided not to hook up my receiver and speakers after watching a movie on it without them. I've been very pleased with it since I bought it. I've recommended it to several friends that were looking to upgrade their older TVs. Will definitely come back to Samsung when I'm ready for a new one.

I have been nothing but disappointed since buying this TV. I hate the OS. Attempting to have the TV connected to the computer to watch media, but it keeps disconnecting when the TV is turned off or another app is used. Tried to use Plex on the TV instead, but the Samsung OS version is so slow and can't even direct stream media with subtitles and forces my PC to re-encode everything. The remote is a joke, it's so tiny and sensitive that I have to be careful picking it up incase I hit another app button which takes forever to get back to what I was watching. The colour on the TV is oversaturated on all settings, and adjustments are poor and lacking. Had my prior Samsung Smart TV for 10 years and thought I'd be safe with another Samsung.. But I was wrong.

I like the gaming features especially the AMD freesync premium pro which works great with my AMD video card. I like the 120hz refresh rate which is also variable. The size makes seeing every detail easier. I do wish I had money for an 8k tv as a computer monitor it is easier to see the pixels sitting 3 to 5 feet away. Also would be nice if the tv had Gsync Nvidia built in as well in case I ever got an Nvidia video card for my computer. Overall things are great with the tv.

Had a QLED 8k for almost 3 years we loved. It died, which was disappointing. Went to the 4K version, disappointed. Since most feeds aren’t event 4K, I’m shocked at the poor performance. Not only is the picture quality less (though not sure how or why), it is slow and lags when trying to access basic functions on the menu. The reviews of this TV were so good, and the 8k was the best TV I have ever owned (until it over heated and crapped out). Now, this is one of the worst I have ever opened. I’m so disappointed.

The colours pop amazingly, it's bright like very bright. It’s nice when the suns against it and there is still no glare it’s actually pretty cool to see. I also bought *The frame* soundbar, which with this TV gets you the *Q Symphony* and still is Dolby Atmos too. Also the salesman that sold me it was showing me how the tv can really take some abuse too for those of you with kids, this salesman was punching this demo and literally the screen never even flinched! it’s really a spectacular Tv all round, I guess only knock is actually during the setup, the stand looks no where near what it should be to hold up this massive flat screen and it’s only two little bolts that hold it together… definitely a scary/stressful little process to go through before you’ve ever even plugged it in yet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recieved this tv as a replacement offer for a broken q80b it had the app I wanted and the faster processor and 120hz 4k but lacked the deep tones of the q80b's built in subwoofers aka there are none in this model guys sorry to disappoint you also instead of the 2.2.2ch Dolby atmos sound of the q80b they downgraded to a 4 channel mts12 run sound... I was incredibly disappointed with these changes as some of these are why I bought the q80 model to begin with

I purchased this with Airmiles. QN50Q80CAFXZC. Overall it's a good TV, however, I have a DVD/VHS player (Panasonic model # DMR-EZ48V) which was connected to my previous TV by an HDMI cable. However, when I connect it to this TV, I am notified to try another HDMI cable. I have tried all the HDMI cables that I am using, without issue, for a Roku device, my cable provider and the PS5, but the TV is still not receiving the signal from the DVD/VHS player.

I have been watching this TV for a month now and I really love it. The colors are fantastic ( but took a while to adjust the image as there are many settings to go through but once done the picture is beautiful.) I wll be honest I am not too found of the included remote which is (for me) too small and fragile but it works. The size of the screen makes you feel as if you are in a private theater and with a 4K movie just amazing.

Absolutely impressed with this TV. I was a little hesitant to purchase an 85-inch TV, but this TV goes way above and beyond my expectations for color and clarity as well as sound quality. The Samsung TV channel offerings are also pretty diverse and has something for literally everyone. I'm more than happy with this purchase. I used to be quite loyal to the Sony product, but this TV makes me question that loyalty.

I've owned this television for a month and have tried every available option to find the best picture and sound settings. Unless my experience is unique to this particular television, using the Intelligent Mode with Adaptive Picture setting engaged (Optimized or Eye Comfort settings), causes the picture to be overly saturated with colors, with inconsistently between broadcast TV channels. Faces, for example, can looked washed out in certain areas and overly saturated in other areas. You'll want to select all of the Adaptive Sounds since they offer useful features to enhance the sound quality. My preference was the Movie mode and adjusting the picture settings to my preference. Picture quality was very good, but not excellent. Sound quality was excellent. If I had it to do all over again, I would have paid a little more money and bought Samsung's Neo-Series QLED television.

The sound is crystal clear. We hated the previous operating screens so much we just ran firestick or roku. Picture looks great from all angles. 120 hz processor ensure no blurring or compromise to picture even when watching action movies or sports. Only negative feedback is that I am Not a fan of new simplified remote although others might like. Honestly, overall very happy with purchase

Image quality is good, a bit on the higher side of pricing, but it has two major issues... First, we chose a newer SAMSUNG tv so we use the double bluetooth feature however, the sound through Bluetooth when paird with two devices either flickers, gets disconnected or has multiple seconds of delay. also, dont like that when we are on the home page the software starts playing the last app autpmatically.

This TV was a Christmas present and it is fantastic. Even the old movies look good...not the same as resolution is lower(no HD back then) but still good picture. PS4 games look great. Sports are TERRIFIC... ALMOST LIKE BEING AT THE GAME whatever sport you enjoy. The menu is easy to use and even has extra TV program lineups. I would highly recommend this product. Well done Samsung!

I did expected more from this model but still it is okay. The Deep Black is good contrast is good, remote is good too. still I feel the price is much higher as TCL at a cheaper price gives the same effects, I purchased this TV looking into brand name and my friend did buy TCL but he paid far less than what I paid, but cant say anything about durability as its still new T.V.

Great picture quality; sound quality is ok - I later purchased a Samsung sound bar to “go” with the tv and the sound quality is now just amazing. Since I got this tv and the sound bar, I would rather watch movies on the tv rather than go to the theatre. Watching sports on this tv is also fantastic.

This is a replacement tv which I thought would be superior to the previous Samsung tv I had, but what an absolute disappointment. The picture quality is patchy and less sharp, no matter what setting it chosen. Even the sound quality is deteriorated. The volume on this tv needs to be set louder on some channels.. Gutted I purchased this tv. If I could send it back I would.

Even during fast-paced scenes, there’s no blur or lag. The 4K resolution really shines, especially when streaming high-quality content. I had it standing on my AV cabinet for a month until I got a wall mount bracket installed and had all the holes in the wall repaired from my previous 65" plasma TV installation. On the AV cabinet, it was quite over-powering. Now mounted on the wall it is less over-powering and blends in well in my viewing environment. The viewing experience is astounding.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this TV during the Black Friday deal, an upgrade from our current 75" Samsung 4K TV and wow what an awesome TV, love the vibrant colour, the 98" size screen, watching any sporting event like F1, MotoGP, AFL, NRL on this size TV is taken to another level, movies via streaming services are brilliant, it's like being at the movies but much better, I love the Dolby Atmos sound that is connected to my Samsung Q990C soundbar with Q-Symphony, both the soundbar and TV speakers are working togethering to give the best all-round sound ever. Once installed (min 2 people as it's very heavy) it was easy to set up via my mobile phone, love the new remote with rechargeable battery (no more AA batteries required) via the USB-C connection or solar charging if you remember to lay it down on its face so that the solar panel is faced up. The onscreen menu is very easy to navigate. I highly recommend this TV, the best I have ever owned.

Purchased in September, now mounted on wall. Immersive to say the least! Was a little difficult to setup with my Denon AVR and Shaw/Rogers cable, but finally seems to be working imperfectly. Does not recognize my XR11 v3-UTU remote as provided by Shaw/Rogers - that's rather disappointing, guess I'll have to get an upgraded cable box from Shaw/Rogers.

Couldn't be happier with this tv! the picture is great, I had a sound bar on it from day one so I couldn't tell you how it sounds, the gaming features build are amazing after I switched my cables to 8k. But is it so hard to have a functions button on the remote I hate that I have to go to the home screen every time other than that it's a great tv

Purchased a month ago, primarily used in our flex room for streaming and playing games on Xbox X. The gaming mode is nice automatically detects xbox, sound is good I'm sure I'm not using all the features but overall a very nice TV, we also have a 65" frame tv, Samsung does make good tv's. Previously I've had Sony Bravias and other Samsungs TV's.

Just bought one today and set it up only to see vertical lines down the screen when I turned it on. Now I have to return it. Does Samsung not test new tvs before they ship them? I was hesitant to replace my previous Samsung Tv that failed after only 6 years. Samsung used to make quality tvs but I don't think I can recommend Samsung anymore.

Really happy with my new Samsung TV. Love how fast it is, picture is amazing and it's really easy to use. Also love all the smart things stuff like the Samsung health app (it can link to your Samsung phone which can then be used as a camera to monitor your workouts), the gaming page, the phone remote, and all the other customizable apps.

I love my Samsung T.V! The only problem I have is watching football when the game is late afternoon. When the sun is setting and before lights come on. White colors look more blue and not sure what to do. If the sun is bright or when lights come on in stadium the white is white. This is my only complaint other wise picture is amazing!!

Bought this just before Xmas and the picture quality is excellent my only complaint and I'm not sure it is down to Samsung or not is the volume of sound difference one different channels, HD are so low I have to raise it above 60/70, it's so frustrating changing volume numbers on all channels as not one is the same as any other.

We have gone through many tv sets and settled with Samsung Q80C, it offers bright and stunning pictures with just Standard picture mode setting. To me, it can compete well with higher level tv sets. With features rich, 4 HDMI 2.1@120 hz. Tons of free channels. So far i don't notice any screening issues. Highly recommended.

Great picture, nice and bright for a room with windows. Great built in sound. Solid pedestal stand. Fast and easy to navigate apps. Screen had a couple bad led lights which translated into a couple small black spots on it. Samsung had their service techs come to our home and replace the screen. Excellent service.

I was very excited to get a larger TV to replace my 60 inch. I turned it on but to my surprise, the screen would just cycle between a black and grey color. I tried turning it off, unplugging it, and turning it on again, but no success. I exchange the TV and now have the replacement TV. I hope this one will last.

So far we really like the TV but having a heck of a time finding a manual or instructions on how to use its features. On line instruction is very vague. Last time I checked with Samsung user manual, it "was under construction" Why not a paper manual that I can follow. Have you given up on Keeping it simple?

Got it a month ago and love it, looks great only issue is that it keeps cycling my sound so one moment I'll have my soundbar, tv, and my 2 wireless rear speakers and then it will switch out to just TV audio and sometimes switch back, and turning on my ps5 constantly, but other than that it's an amazing tv

bought it 6 weeks ago. takes a while to set up the wifi with the app. I'm hoping it's worth it. The optical port sound works great. However there was no manual. the picture is fantastic. wall mounting was relatively effortless. however, a person will need an extension cord for the power. Plenty of inputs

Overall it is a great TV. At first I was not happy with not having a limited sleep timer till the bixby integration kicked in that gave me the fine details I wanted. I did find out that I can now run a 4k video off a USB (3.0) with no lag that you find one older models. So far very happy with the TV.

Bought about a month ago and very happy. There are lots of features to integrate all my technology. Being able to play Spotify with the screen off has been an unexpected, but favourite feature. I was concerned that it has a single base, rather than feet, but any worry has subsided as its very sturdy.

Been a year, performing exceptionally well. Smooth graphics and resolution with PS4 integration. Mobile mirroring works well. Remote not robust/strudy, but can be ignored (if maintained well, specially around kids). Otherwise, a good TV to have and enjoy,more so if your set top boxes support 4k.
