What is Samsung Rewards?
Samsung Tiering is a loyalty program which rewards our customers by purchasing products through the samsung.com online store.
There are 3 tier levels:
• Blue
• Gold
• Platinum
Each tier will come with incremental benefits such as increased rewards earn rates, promotions, and discounts.
You will be added into the Blue tier as soon as you join the program.
• Spending between $3,999 and $9,999 within 24 months of joining promotes you to the Gold tier to earn 2% back in rewards points.
• To maintain Gold tier status, spend within this range within the 24-month period after your upgrade.
• Spending $9,999 or more within 24 months of joining promotes you to the Platinum tier to earn 3% back in rewards points.
• To maintain Platinum tier status, spend $9,999 within the 24-month period after your upgrade.
How do I enrol in Samsung Rewards?
Customers who set up Samsung account after 26th July 2023, would have been automatically enrolled onto Samsung Rewards. This means that there's nothing you need to do - you can start benefitting from Tiering straight away.
If you set up your Samsung Account before 26th July 2023 or made a purchase on samsung.com online store, you would have needed to opt to join Samsung Rewards to enjoy tiering rewards points benefits.

Where can I purchase Samsung Care+?
You can purchase Samsung Care+ on:
•Samsung.com Online Store (when you buy an eligible device purchase now) or,
•Samsung Care+ Online Portal (within 30 days of eligible device purchase)

What does my insurance cover me for?
Your Samsung Care+ plan includes Accidental Damage and Theft Coverage for hardware repairs, water damage, device replacement and certified care by Samsung experts.
How many claims can I make during the 2-year coverage?
You can make up to a maximum of two (2) successful claims in each 12-month period. You may have a maximum of two (2) successful claims in the first year and a further two (2) successful claims in the second year. We will determine whether to repair, replace or pay you up to the cover amount subject to payment of the applicable excess and the Terms and conditions.
