Do included accessories need to be returned?
You don’t have to, but you can always send in your chargers, cables, cases and watch straps and we will dispose of them for you.

- To be eligible for Trade-In, your device must meet the following criteria:
- Powers on and holds a charge without unexpected shutdowns.
- No liquid damage or defects.
- Reset to factory settings with all personal information and software locks removed. (Samsung Account, Google Account, etc.)
- If you receive an instant discount for new device but fail to return your old device, you will be required to repay the entire discounted amount in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
- If the inspection result differs from the estimated valuation, your Trade-In value may be adjusted.
- Not all brands or models are accepted for Trade-In. The list of eligible devices may change based on the availability of Trade-In partners and the age of the device.
