How to claim
To claim the Cashback, claimants must:
Step 1: Purchase a participating Samsung Heat Pump from a Samsung partnered installer during the Promotional Period 7th July 2025 – 21st September 2025.
Step 2: Take a photo of the receipt you received with your new Samsung Heat Pump.
Step 3: Take a photo of the serial number of your new Samsung Heat Pump & a photo of your newly installed Heat Pump.
Step 4: Email nzpromotions@samsung.com with following details, along with the photos of Heat Pump receipt, serial number and installed Heat Pump before 22nd February 2026. The new Heat Pump must be installed before 22nd February 2026. You must register and complete your claim within 30 calendar days from the date of installation of your new Heat Pump, but no later than 22nd February 2026. No claims will be accepted after 22nd February 2026.

Step 5: Check your email for a confirmation of your claim. Samsung will not be held responsible for, and shall have no obligation to fulfil late claims. A bank account number is required when claiming cashback.
