One-Time Repair Pack Process
1. Purchase the Repair Pack: You can buy the repair pack online at https://www.samsung.com/ph/
2. Register Your Device at a Service Center:
o Visit any Samsung Authorized Service Center after purchasing the repair pack.
o Provide your device's IMEI, Serial Number, and Model Code for registration.
o Note: Registrations are only processed Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM.
o If you purchase the repair pack after 5 PM (Monday-Thursday), it will be registered the next day. Purchases made after 5 PM on Friday or during the weekend will be registered on Monday.
o Important: Registration must be completed before the repair can begin.
3. Inspection and Repair: The Authorized Service Center will inspect and repair your device.
4. Repair Completion Notification: Once the repair is finished, the service center will inform you.

1. This program applies to purchases on the Official Samsung Online Store website (https://www.samsung.com/ph/) for the Philippine area.
2. Buyers/Consumers who make a transaction to purchase this program will be contacted by the Samsung Contact Center for further processing within a maximum of 3 working days.
3. By making a purchase transaction for this program, the Buyer/Consumer states that they have agreed to provide personal data (Name, Telephone Number, and Address) for verification purposes and to be contacted by the Samsung Contact Center team and the Authorized Service Center team.
4. Product work and repairs are carried out exclusively by authorized Samsung Repair Service Centers.
5. Buyers/Consumers can directly visit the official Samsung Repair Service Center (Authorized Service Center) which has collaborated in this Program.
6. Buyers/Consumers who order services through the Samsung Contact Center will receive benefits in the form of priority lane services in this Program.
7. This Program only specifically covers Product repairs for damage to the battery (“Battery damage”) which includes functional and physical damage as follows:
a. Battery not charging;
b. Battery fast draining;
c. Bloated battery
8. Program only applies to Battery replacement. Any other repair outside of Battery Damage shall be covered by separate charges/costs accordingly.
