The One-Time Repair Pack for Screen Repair is a repair pack that covers only the repairs for damage to the screen which includes functional and physical damage as follows:

• cracked screen;
• broken screen;
• line on screen;
• dead/dot pixel;
• discoloration;
• touch screen malfunction

For foldables (Flip/Fold): this screen repair pack covers only the repairs for damage to the main screen (excluding the cover/outer screen/display)

One-Time Repair Pack Process

1. Customers may buy the repair pack at https://www.samsung.com/ph/
2. After purchase, our Samsung Contact Center will call/contact the customer to register their units/device IMEI, Serial Number and Model Code to the repair pack.
3. Customer to visit / walk-in to any Samsung Authorized Service Center. See list of Authorized Service Center in this link (https://www.samsung.com/ph/support/service-center/)
4. Authorized Service Center will inspect and repair the unit
5. Once repair is complete, Authorized Service Center will inform the customer

6. Buyers/Consumers who order services through the Samsung Contact Center will receive benefits in the form of priority lane services in this Program.

7. This Program only specifically covers Product repairs for damage to the screen (“Screen damage”) which includes functional and physical damage as follows:

a. cracked screen;
b. broken screen;
c. line on screen;
d. dead/dot pixel;
e. discoloration;
f. touch screen malfunction

8. Program only applies to Screen Damage repair. Any other repair outside of Screen Damage shall be covered by separate charges/costs accordingly.
